	Muy céntrico, al lado de Sol y al mismo tiempo muy tranquilo y silencioso. Limpieza e higiene excelente. Trato superior. Estuvimos tres personas en dos habitaciones, una doble y otra individual y cuando volvamos a Madrid iremos al mismo hotel.

	Hôtel très bien situé (plein centre), très satisfait de notre séjour. Hôtel confortable. Seul petit bémol le bruit provenant des jeunes sur la place devant l'hôtel pendant la nuit. Avantage et inconvénient du centre ville.

The hotel is very well located but quite. You can visit all Madrid by feet from the hotel.It's very clean and people are very nice. I booked a family room : it was a bit room (but no separation between parent's bed and kids one. Last but not least the decoration is very beautiful. Maybe the breakfeast is a little bit expansive (15€ per person per day) but it's free for children under 12. Finaaly I really recommend it.

	La habitación cuádruple es espaciosa aunque muy poco iluminada. El hotel está muy bien situada y los empleados son muy amables en su mayoría. A nuestra llegada no pudimos entrar hasta después de comer por una salida tardía del anterior cliente, y aunque fue un trastorno para nosotros en recepción lo solucionaron satisfactoriamente.

	Hotel muy bien situado, acogida de la dirección del hotel muy buena (una riquísima cesta de frutas), personal de recepción agradable, habitación estupenda, amplia, camas comfortables. Desayuno correcto ubicado en un lugar muy acogedor. Cuando hice la reserva realicé una petición sobre la habitación (por cuestiones personales) y no nos sentimos en absoluto defraudados. Gracias

	Definitivamente el hotel ideal para conocer Madrid! Queda justo a una distancia de todo que se puede facilmente caminar. Las habitaciones son comodas, los banos excelentes, y los que trabajan alli hacen lo posible por atenderte lo mejor posible.. DEFINITIVAMENTE volvere y lo recomiendo ampliamente!

	The hotel is in a very good location. Breakfast is very good. It is easy to walk to the major sights by foot. The staff is excellent. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I would definately recommend the hotel. It is great for the price.

	Clean, nice design, large bathroom and excellent location. But really hard beds and thin rugs for the season (nordic rugs preffered, cleaner). The view to the backyard was disappointing.

The hotel is a friendly boutique hotel in the very hearth of Mardid and despite it is very close to the busy Puerta del Sol and the Gran Vía it is located in a quiet square called Plaza de Carmen. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and helpful, as well as the breakfast is good and affordable. An added value of the hotel is that there is a laptop computer available in each room with free internet access and free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. However, minibar prices a little bit high and the inner height of the rooms in the attic (4th floor) is low. Nonetheless the foregoing we highly recommend this hotel for a good stay in Madrid.

Ha sido una experiencia estupenda. El Hotel es cómodo, limpio y bien acondicionado. Muy apropiado para viajar con niños. La atención exquisita, con un personal muy agradable y correcto. El desayuno completo y bien atendido. Está muy bien situado y comunicado, y la zona tiene un ambiente muy agradable pese a la proximidad de otras zonas menos apropiadas para pasar con los niños. Una relación calidad/precio muy bien establecida. Seguro que volveremos en nuestras siguientes escapadas a Madrid.

El hotel estuvo bien en general. Teniamos dos habitaciones reservadas, en una habia una gotera del aire acondicionado que caia en la alfombra lo que hacia que la habitacion oliera mal. En la otra habitacion cayo una enorme gotera que era provacada por una fuga en la habitacion superior, sin embargo nos cambiaron a otra habitacion inmediatamente. Los cuartos familiares al que nos cambiarion despues son demasiado bajos, mi esposo que es alto debia caminar con cuidado para no golpearse la cabeza. Por lo demas todo bien. La localizacion es muy buena y el desayuno esta bastante bien.

	When I arrived, I was told that I was at the wrong place. I later discovered that the Petit Palace Plaza del Carmen had a problem with power so that is why I was moved to the Petit Palace Alcala Torre? Not sure if the spelling is correct..Prior notification would have been useful...

	We're a family of 4 and finding one hotel room for us was tricky. This was spacious enough for us, clean and VERY well located near Plaza del Sol. We even took the subway from the airport and walked with our bags to the hotle it was so close.

	El hotel esta super bien ubicado.. sencillo pero muy bonito y limpio. Las habitaciones son pequenas.. de pronto por el mismo precio se puede conseguir algo mejor, pero en general muy bien..

The hotel was in a very central location close to 2 metro stations, spotlessly clean, the bathroom huge, the staff very helpful, the free wireless internet connection in each room very useful, buffet breakfast good value. Downsides were the actual room was tiny, very disappointing as not apparent from website pictures - 2 of us could not move around at the same time- had to crawl over the (huge) bed to get into it, & the corridors were dark. The worst was it was very hot and stuffy & although we had a little balcony overlooking the square, the square was a building site and used by noisy partying teenagers the whole night, so impossible to keep the windows open. The hotel (as with most) could probably half its heating bills by turning the heat down a couple of degrees to a bearable level.

El hotel, para le precio que nos costó (74 ? hab.doble sin desayuno), está muy bien aunque las habitaciones de los no fumadores están en el ático y son abuhardilladas, por lo que salen con un dolor considerable de riñones. Por otro lado, y visto el precio real de las habitaciones (parece que cuesta 320 ?/hab.doble) me parece excesivo aunque, eso sí, la situación es envidiable, puesto que estás en el centro y puedes ir a un montón de sitios de interés a pie.

	A wonderful little hotel in the heart of Madrid. Very modern and well furnished rooms. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Laptops with internet access are most welcome. Delicious breakfast and very friendly personnel. Well done Petiti Palace Plaza del Carmen - two thumbs up!

	Enjoyed that it was central and tucked away in a location that buffered street traffic noice to the extent that we found it very quiet. Neat exterior with Lovely interior decor throughout and friendly efficient staff. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay.
