comments Was great, and the staff was quite generous with their time and knowledge, but be the street below can be quite noisy (ca Mayor). We were on the 3rd floor and had to keep the windows closed.

comments la verdad es que tanto a mi mujer como a mi nos sorprendio porque no sabiamos que habia un hotel en esa zona, nosotros viajamos mucho a madrid y nos movemos por esa zona, lo increible fue que para ser un hotel pequeñito, las habitaciones son muy grandes y la atencion del personal magnifico, tenemos intencion de volver, porque calidad y precio son muy aceptables.

comments POSITIVO: desayuno estupendo, limpieza de habitación agil, cama cómoda, tranquilidad. NEGATIVO: habitación pequeña, no se puede dar una doble interior en una oferta llamada "fin de semana romántico". En general lo veo caro para la habitación que nos dieron.

comments It was not my own choice to stay at this hotel, I went with others. The room was clean and everything worked just fine. I found the interior a bit too masculine (I guess that's why it's called "high tech"?) and colours were "cold" and not very inviting. The window went out to a sort of atrium that could have been made to look pretty with a bit of greenery but it was dirty and unkept. So yes, it was OK, but personally I would prefer to pay for something slightly less modern but just as functional for a lower price, as I did the following time I was in Madrid.

comments Excelente ubicacion en el centro de Madrid, installaciones muy adecuadas incluso para familia completa de 5 mienbros, excepcional el baño varias duchas. Buena atencion del personal del hotel. Totalmente aconsejable.

comments The hotel is in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the Royal Palace and Cathedral one direction, to the Plaza Mayor across the street, and then walk the other direction to the Prado Museum. It was the perfect location to see those sites. The staff spoke English and were very nice and helpful. The room came with shampoo & body wash but no other commodities such as coffee, tea, bar soap, etc. The laptop in the room provided easy access to the internet to stay in touch with family back in the United States. The Sol Metro stop is just a couple of blocks from the hotel. The room came with a king-sized bed and was priced well for the location. After reading other postings about this hotel, we did request a higher floor (got the 5th floor) and had no problems with street noise and no smells like others described.

comments Location was fantastic. The rooms were clean and modern. We had a family room with a queen and Bunks, worked out perfect. A tighter bathroom door and fan would have saved Dad some abuse. Our room was on the seventh floor with a balacany and a fabulos veiw. Staff was great to. Higly recommend. The internet and PC in the room was a nice bonus.

comments Cuarto muy comodo y limpio...les recomiendo contar con una máquina de café ya que habemos personas que no desayunamos pesado y nos encanta despertar con un café...por lo demas todo bien y muchas gracias.
