	Alojados en habitación triple espacio suficiente pero la cama supletoria podria ser mejor. Desayuno tipo buffet escaso y su precio elevado. Buena ubicación.

	La habitación esta bien aunque nos encontramos la ducha de hidromasaje estropeada. El buffet del desayuno no es muy variado para lo q vale.

	Muy Bien. Céntrico, pero silencioso, por lo menos en las habitaciones interiores.Habitación pequeña pero mobiliario nuevo, baño grande y nuevo.

El hotel, los servicios, el trato, limpieza, situación, etc, son muy buenos. Pero aunque las habitaciones están insonorizadas, debido a su situación tan céntrica, al menos en el primer piso (que era el mío) se escuchaba todo lo que se movía por la calle, y en horario comercial la música de la tienda de zapatos que teníamos justo debajo era inaguantable. Desistimos de la siesta por este motivo.

	Considering the prioce, the location and the cleanliness of the hotel was really good. Much better than alot of other more expensive hotels I've stayed in. The room was basic, but clean and functional and a great spot right in the centre of town

	Great location (steps away from Sol), walking distance to the Prado etc. Our family room was spacious and clean (with laptop included); and great breakfast up on the roof terrace. Parking in public garage nearby. Very helpful staff. This hotel can only be recommended.

	Great place and the friendly staff is fluent in english. As this hotel overlooks one of the streets branching from Plaza del Sol, it can be a bit noisy at night. That said, this is still a great place to stay and one I would definitely consider again.

	This was a very comfortable room with a nicely appointed bath. The location was excellent for dining and sightseeing with easy access to the Metro. The street is very busy late into the evening, but the windows when closed quite effectively seal out the noise. The air conditioning took a bit of experimentation but we got the hang of it. Having a laptop in the room is a great convenience.

	Hotel is really perfectly located, everywhere - metro, Gran Via street, pubs and restaurants area less than 5 minutes by walk. Room and bathroom as well were clean but some functions in shower didn't already work. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast menu was OK. Finally I can highly recommend this hotel. 	Very good value for such a central location: we had a family room with two beds and two bunks which still left ample room, + good sized shower room. Would stay again.

The hotel is very well situated right next to Puerto del Sol which makes it a perfect place to stay in when in Madrid. Petit Palace Londres is tidy and in good condition, the breakfast excellent and staff quite helpful and speak english which seem not to be very widespread skill amongst the Madrilians. One thing that was a little bit disturbing was that all the noice from other rooms and the hallway reached the room which is not very nice if you wish to sleep in the night and your neighbours have other plans. In all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to any travelling couples (not maybe families with small children because of the noise) from youngsters to elderly.

	The hotel has a great location - absolutely fabulous, but don't plan on spending any time actually in the room besides to sleep. It is absolutely tiny! Not a good value for the $.

	There was a street performer playing a flute (and playing only one song over and over) until 3 am most nights. Unless I am assured that the hotel can quiet the street performers in its vicinity after 1 am or so, I will stay elsewhere. You have a great hotel and would like to return, but the flute player was like mental torture.

	Excellent central location. Friendly staff. High quality rooms. There was an upward poiting screw in one of our rooms from a damaged door stop which was potentially hazardous

	Ideal location. Nice room - although it is a good idea to request an exterior facing room - as the original room they gave us had a view of a brick wall and was small and pokey!

	Best location! I had and inside room that was large and quiet, with a fantastic bathroom and shower. The breakfast was average; eggs were greasy but there was fruit cereal, cheese and pastry.

	my late arrival was met with very helpful, nice couple at the front desk. rooms were very nice, clean, spacious. enjoyed the stay very much. only negative: seems that every noise carries loudly, whether it's someone walking down the hall, closing a door, or if you have a room on the pedestrian street side, beware of very late weekend night musicians. other than that, highly recommended.

	Well situated, but very dated. Breakfast is basically the same day in day out. You can only get eggs if you arrive within the first 4 or 5 portions. Dining room draughty, great in summer not so good in winter. Staff friendly, and helpful. Rooms very noisy.

A totally comfortable efficient easy and friendly stay, right in amiable old center. Direct internet cable in room. Only criticism: in second room, shower water was not piping hot at 1 a.m. (hence the 4 out of 5). But overall an >excellent< option for the price. Breakfast big varied and nourishing in pleasant room. People HELPFUL. An essential TIP: TO LOCATE IT , go to Plaza del Carmen (where the nearest 24h indoor parking is) and take the Southwest downhill exit on a pedestrian street, then left on Calle Carmen, and first right is Galdo, the shortest street in Europe. When police stay you cant drive on pedestrian street, point to the street sign in that Plaza that says "except for access to the hotels".

	the hidromassage shower is nice but not very good. U just can open one of the water exists not all together which would be much better. The hotel is a bit noisy. U can listen allways what the person in the next room talks

	Hotel v comfortable, spacious, good location. Didn't realise breakfasts not included, so check when booking. Hotel staff unfriendly, particularly when I realised about breakfasts!!

	We really enjoyed our stay at the Petit Palace Londres Hotel,the staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. We had breakfast each day and it was very nice there was lots of choice and something to suit everybody. I think the rooms with a view onto the streets are much nicer that the inner rooms that overlook a courtyard. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

	The central location of this hotel cannot be beaten if you want or need to be right downtown. 45 minutes by metro from the airport. Free ADSL & WiFi. Hotel staff were very helpful, enabling us to even print up our boarding passes from the reception computer.
