comments Nice hotel, great location, good looking room; but the room was way too hot even with the heater turned off (no way of turning on the AC). Also the smell of smoke was omnipresent, even on a non-smoking floor.

comments The room was very nice and clean. The location was perfect and quiet considering it is right off the main Ave. The staff was as friendly as they could have been but they were fine.

comments I was quite disappointed with the bathrooms, there was no lock on the door and it was virtually all see-through glass. A more traditional door would've been more appropriate. Also, they randomly deducted momeny from my account then put it back in, but I lost out £7 on the exchange rate?! Lastly, the AC wasn't working but I've been told that was a one-off problem. No compensation was offered though. Other than that a very pleasant experience.

comments El hotel se encuentra en el centro. Metro, autobus y bus turistico a 10 metros de la puerta. La habitación muy bien, lo único que la cama superior de la litera deberia tener una barandilla para niños. El cuarto de baño perfecto. Lo único que las puertas de los balcones no están insonorizados y se oye cuando se hace la recogida de basura y si hay gente hablando también.

comments Great location - right in the heart of Madrid which was perfect. The rooms were a little small and our room had no natural light as it backed onto other tall buildings, which was a little strange. The receptionist kept us waiting while she chatted on the phone to her boss for 5 minutes - wasn't impressed with that! But overall it was a nice modern hotel in a great spot.

comments I was very happy with the hotel. It is very centrally located so the attractions are within a 20 minute walk. The rooms were quite. The metro is right around the corner and will take you everywhere in Madrid. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Do not take the cab from the airport. It cost me 50 euros. The metro is easy to use and is only 2 euros from the airport. You can get off at Grand Via. When you get off walk toward the Panasonic billboard the street just before the H&M store. The trip will take about 1 hour. Maybe the hotel will update this.

comments The room is clean and the bathroom is good. However, it's right on the main street (Gran Via), so the noise is so loud all day and night that you can't open the balcony door just for some air. However, it's a good location to take subway and close to a grocery shop at Sol.

comments Great location, and quiet despite being so central. Staff are friendly and the rooms are very good. My only complaint would be that the hotel and rooms are unnecessarily warm! But this seems typical of Spain - have these people heard of global warming? Turn the heating down!!

comments Staff were great, the location is right in the centre but there were no noise issues at all in terms of street noise etc (except for some noisy Italian guests but then silence is not their thing). We got an upgrade on our rooms too which was a nice surprise. The rooms were well equipped, air conditioned and very clean. I'd stay here again at this price.

comments Very pleased although did request a non smoking room and the room we got smelled badly of smoke and the bedcover was particaulrly smelly and dirty however when we mentioned it to reception they rectified this the same day. Shower was amazing and location was perfect for us. Very pleased and would recommend the hotel.
