- Before my trip, I sent one eMail 3 times with questions and did not get an answer. - My reservation was a double bed room with breakfast. They told on the reception, it is not possible the breakfast is not including. I have to insist and to show my paper printout with the confirmation. - the people on the reception were very helpful and gave good information - The buffet of the brakfast was great; but the table-ware was not very clean	report this review as inappropriate

Staffs are helpful & location is very convenient. Hotel lobby & room decoration is what i saw in booking website only that it's a bit older than our expectation. In general, my husband & i are satisfied during our stay in this hotel.	report this review as inappropriate

the price-quality relation is quite good. For people who need Internet, a good solution to travel without their laptop. Access is good in the rooms, even if on the other side there are already some little lacks in the comfort of the rooms (hydroshower doesn't work that well and so on....) Ask for a room at the last floors and there will also be no noise problem....	report this review as inappropriate

Hotel is in a convenient location and is modern and clean. Free WiFi is absolutely useless - my old 14.4 modem was considerably faster, so don't plan on doing any online work at this hotel. We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel is very well located for culture, shopping and nightlife. Non-smoking room would have made it perfect, but we were not asked nor offered. We would love to use this hotel again for a next visit.	report this review as inappropriate

The hotel was in a great location, right off of Gran Via. It was clean and the room was awesome. Not one complaint! They had a working elevator, balconies, and 24 Hr. personel available at the reception desk. I totally recommend it.	report this review as inappropriate

We stayed at the Petit Palace Duacal on January 4th and we were very pleased with the service and the confort of our room. The room was bigger than ewxpected and in very good conditions.
