comments El personal de la recepcion, asi como el que esta a cargo del desayuno nos atendio extremadamente bien. Quedamos muy satisfechos con el trato recibido. Por otro lado, las facilidades fisicas del hotel no fueron las mejores. La puerto del bano no cerraba, el mueble del lavabo estaba descompuesto y las camas no eran confortables. Cabe decir que la limpieza en la habitacion fue excelente.

comments La habitación del hotel fue satisfactoria, bien aislada del ruido de la calle y con un confort adecuado. Lastima de una habitación de varias camas donde se instalaron un grupo de adolescentes de fiesta. La recepción reaccionó bien ante la queja aunque no con la suficiente energía y control, ya que la fiesta continuó hasta horas avanzadas

comments Location is great and buffét breakfast very good. No trouble with the noise from Gran Via because the windows have been renovated. The only negative thing that I want to bring out is that the mattress (in double bed) was much too hard to my liking. In the family room's bunk beds the mattresses were softer and better. comments Bueno, la verdad que es la cuarta vez que me instalo en este hotel, todo esta muy bien, he notado un deterioro en la recepción,desde afuera se ve muy desordenada no es la imagen que yo recuerdo de un inicio,para mi sigue siendo un hotel familiar y con encanto, pero no estaría mal que la primera impresión que se lleva uno cuando entra sea esa.son cosas que se pueden servias y que no tienen tanta importancia, por lo demás yo siguiere volviendo a este hotel, todo lo demás es correcto.

comments Very nice clean hotel. The location is good: right in the outskirts of the historical center, a nice stroll to the Santiago Cathedral. Impressed by the modern interiors. However, was expecting something more rustic, as per the description. Didnt try to food at the hotel, as restaurants, cafes and bars are a stone throw away.Try the cafe that is right infront of the hotel. Is great and open till wee hours of the night

comments Hotel muy bien situado, el trato muy correcto y amable, la habitación bastante bien para un hotel de ciudad, aunque la falta de un bided en el baño para algunos puede ser una molestia, lo han rehabilitado y modernisado aunque han fallado en la insonaración, unas ventanas dobles hubieran quitado el ruido de la calle. En general bastante bien.

comments High marks for the room and the staff. Breakfast was grim and overpriced. Unfortunately I can't recommend generally because the noise, at least on the street side, was really bad - sirens screaming by all night long and poor noise insulation.

comments Marta, Reservationist and Front Desk Clerk, was very nice and helpful, we felt welcomed at check in. Assictance for future questions we might have was offered. At check out, desk clerk did not offer us a genuine farewell, I suggest Guest Service training. We were granted a late check out, that was very nice. There was not enough toilet paper in the room. Housekeeping was very flexible and could meet our expectations attending our room, since we travelled with our dogs.

comments La atención por parte del personal de recepción del hotel fue muy grata, una atención muy grat y profesional. la decoracion un poco triste, podrian dar un poquito mas de vida a sua cuartos. Me sorprendio igualmente que su hotel esta bien insonorizado que no escuchamos ruidos de la calle, tengan en cuenta que ganaron un cliente y una persona que gratamente recomendara su hotel, por la gran atencion prestada por sus empleados y la grata estancia en sus instalaciones.

comments The hotel was in an excellent positon. The rooms were furnished in a contemporary style and were clean and well cared for. The hotle was really good value. I'd recommend you ask for a room on the upper floors as it was rather noisy on the lower floors. Would definately recommend the hotel.

comments - Before my trip, I sent one eMail 3 times with questions and did not get an answer. - My reservation was a double bed room with breakfast. They told on the reception, it is not possible the breakfast is not including. I have to insist and to show my paper printout with the confirmation. - the people on the reception were very helpful and gave good information - The buffet of the brakfast was great; but the table-ware was not very clean

comments the price-quality relation is quite good. For people who need Internet, a good solution to travel without their laptop. Access is good in the rooms, even if on the other side there are already some little lacks in the comfort of the rooms (hydroshower doesn't work that well and so on....) Ask for a room at the last floors and there will also be no noise problem....

comments Hotel is in a convenient location and is modern and clean. Free WiFi is absolutely useless - my old 14.4 modem was considerably faster, so don't plan on doing any online work at this hotel. I don't think this hotel was worth the money, so I would look elsewhere for a better deal.

comments Perfect location, near everything interesting in Madrid, friendly staff, if you are a smoker there only is one floor (the first one) for us and it uses to be always busy, pity.

comments The hotel was in a great location, right off of Gran Via. It was clean and the room was awesome. Not one complaint! They had a working elevator, balconies, and 24 Hr. personel available at the reception desk. I totally recommend it.

comments We stayed at the Petit Palace Duacal on January 4th and we were very pleased with the service and the confort of our room. The room was bigger than ewxpected and in very good conditions. And the location is just perfect. You are walking distance of everything. Excellent choice.

comments this hotelm is perfectly situated right in the heart of it all,ideal for the metro and theatres but only a short walk awayb from all the sightseeing you need to do.can be very noisey through the night if you are staying on a lower floor.

comments - rooms at the first/second floor should be isolated form traffic noise - WC glass door is not very convenient - to have an internet connection at the room is very comfortable - breakfast choices are adequate but sober - beds are good
