	Excelente hotel, atención de primera. Personal muy cordial y con cable para conexión ADSL en el cuarto (cómo me ayudó eso). Lo malo: no había manera de bajarle a la calefacción por lo que a veces el calor dentro del cuarto no era muy agradable. Pero obviando eso (se puede abrir la ventana) es un excelente hotel.

notre safe ne fonctionnait pas correctement et nous avons du changer de chambre après de longues tractations avec le réceptionniste. Lui le manipulait du premier coup, et nous n'avions pas le coup de main. Après une heure d'essais, nous trouvions logique de pouvoir disposer d safe plus facilement. notre seconde chmabre était plus petite, au même prix. sinon situation idéale, propre, réception accueillante, petit deéj agréable.

	La localización del hotel es excelente, está muy céntrico y tienes todo muy cerca. El trato del personal es muy cercano y con ganas de agradar y ayudar en todo lo posible. Por poner una pega quizás comentar que al estar la habitación en la primera planta los ruidos de las cañerías daban un poco la lata. Del resto todo perfecto. Lo recomiendo

	Actually we got a surprise because it was better than we originally though it could be. We are a couple and perhaps the small dimension of the room does not make any difference for us. No noises. Daily room cleaning. Professional team. Extremely good position at the very center, you won't need of the public transport at all.

	Me alojé tres noches en una habitación cuádrupe. El grado de satisfacción es bastante bueno, tanto en cuanto a la habitación como en cuanto al personal. Está muy bien situado. Se oía mucho ruido de la calle, ya que daba a la Gran Vía, pero fue una elección nuestra, nos ofrecían una hacia el interior y preferimos la exterior.

	Todo perfecto, como siempre que hemos estado en los hoteles de su compañía. Sólo una pequeña observación.....no estaría de más que en los ventanales hubiera "foscourits"(cortinas oscuras) para que no pase la luz exterior. Gracias

	Bien en cuanto a calidad precio bien situado en la gran via de madrid cerca de los sitios mas frecuentados por casi todo el personal que va de fin de semana a la capital bueno. en todos los sentidos.

	Hotel nuevo, con todas las comodidades, esta situado en una plaza muy agradable y muy centrica. Tiene algún fallo estructural, como los grifos de la ducha o la nevera que calienta todo el armario. Lo peor el desayuno, poca variedad y cantidad para el precio del hotel.

	Es un hotel muy coqueto y familiar. Tiene un buen servicio y una recepción excelente. Además está situado estrategicamente en el corazón de Madrid cosa que lo hace perfecto para cualquiera que quiera conocer la ciudad. El precio es bastante razonable, así que yo se lo aconsejo a todo el mundo. Saludos!!!!

	Hotel en el centro de Madrid, cerca Pta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Cibeles, Plaza España.Habitación amplia , la unica pega que encontre es la poca luz que hay en la habitación pero es algo habitual en todos los hoteles. Volvere a utilizar esta cadena por facilidad en las reservas via internet, por la amabilidad del personal y por su relacion calidad/precio.

El trato recibido ha sido muy cordial y en ese sentido no hemos tenido ninguna queja. En cuanto a las instalaciones, nos ha llamado la atención de forma negativa el acceso y la intimidad que da el cuarto de baño. Aunque cuando vas al hotel y compartes habitación lo haces con personas con las que tienes confianza, no es muy "comodo" que las paredes del cuarto de baño sean de cristal y que se "insinue" lo que está ocurriendo en el baño. Pero además, el logo del hotel se encuentra ubicado justo a la altura del wc, por lo que la persona que está en la cama está viendo que está haciendo la persona que se encuentra en el cuarto de baño. Vuelvo a reiterar que esto crea una situación de "incomodidad" que, a nuestro modo de ver, debería subsanarse. Esta es la pega que le ponemos al hotel, ya que por lo demás y teniendo en cuenta la calidad-precio no tenemos nada más que añadir.

	Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, no se parecen en nada a las fotos de la página web. El baño lo mismo. Lo mejor lo bien situado que está, el servicio que es amable y el aire acondicionado, que funciona muy bien; el resto regular.

	I'm satisfied enough from my staying at this Hotel , its cute , clean and in the center , u dont need even the metro to go round (it has close 2 metro stations although) the locations is very good. The receptionist quite gente. In small words i would recommend it and i would go again there!

This hotel was functional and had a convenient central location. We had booked a room for 3 people and my friends a room for 4. Strangely the 3 person room was much bigger than the 4 person room. The bathroom was slightly strange for 3 people sharing in that the door had a big see through piece in it through the glass. Breakfast was also very busy and the tables were not cleared promtly but on the whole I would say this is a good place to stay.

	En la reserva se especificaba una habitación doble con dos camas, la primera noche nos dieron una de matrimonio, pegada a la pared, y con una sola mesilla, al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación. Las habitaciones que dan al exterior, calle gran vía, son muy ruidosas.

	The hotel room itself was very small, but it was clean and newly refurbished and very well designed. The hotel location is fantastic: unbeatable for Madrid. Service was fine, everybody was polite, and overall the Hotel High Tech Gran Avenida was the best of three different hotels we stayed at in Madrid.
