comments nos buscaron la habitación más grande de las posibles para 4 personas, y el trato en recpeción fue muy amable. La habitación (408) estna un poco vieja por dentro, pero era muy confortable.

comments Excelente ubicación en el barrio de Salamanca, habitación familiar confortable y con encanto. El desayuno muy bueno, con productos de calidad. Claramente lo recomendaría para familias con niños pequeños, nuestra habitación tenía una cama de matrimonio y un sofa-nido para los niños.

comments El hotel está muy bien hubicado, pero tuvimos algunos problemas. El termostato de la calefacción funcionaba al revés y la primera noche pasamos frío ya que nadie nos avisó. Indican una cafetería que no existe y al preguntar por ella nos dijeron que si queríamos nos subían algo para tomar en el escueto Hall.

comments L'hotel est agreable, la chambre petite mais la salle de bain/douche est pratique. J'avais demandé une chambre calme donnant sur la cour intérieure et c'était vraiment calme (mais aucune vue). Le petit déjeuner est correct, l'acceuil sympathique et efficace. Le principal atout de l'hôtel est son emplacement, en plein au centre des magasins et facile d'accès. Le rapport qualité/prix est aussi favorable.

comments La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Con mucha tranquilidad para dormir. El mobiliario lo encuentro un poco anticuado y una pega es que ibamos con 2 niños y la litera de arriba no tenía barra protectora, así que no pudimos usarla. Asímismo la ausencia de parking en el hotel.

comments Ubicación magnífica. Habitación confortable y limpia, muy bien. El baño, correcto, pero quizá menos diseño y más funcionalidad serían mejor (al ducharte, sale agua fuera de la ducha... y esas paredes de cristal hacen del baño poco discreto -por utilizar un eufemismo).

comments Hotel muy bien situado, centrico, con habitaciones un poco pequeñas, aunque el espacio esta bien aprovechado. A las mismas les falta algo de colr, ya que predominan los grises y hace de la habitacion un ambiente un tanto lugubre. Problema de aislamineto, por que el ruido de la noche por esas zona es bastante elevado. Kit del baño incompleto y almohadas muy mejorables. Limpieza correcta pero olvidadiza (reposicion de toallas). En lineas generales bien pero mejorable, por que sobrevive gracias a su buena situacion.

comments En general muy bien, el personal amable, la habitación ámplia, limpia, con buenas vistas y bien equipada. El buffete completo y el comedor cómodo y limpio. La única deficiencia que vimos fue el que la cama es excesivamente dura y el que en el hotel no hay parking y no tienen ningún convenio con alguno cercano que facilite este tema a los que viajan con vehículo particular. En el que nosotros aparcamos és muy caro y está situado en la cercana C/ Velazquez.

comments Location was only brilliant, and room was very comfortable with lovely sheets and great shower. Nothing seemed to be skimped on. However, the glass bathroom in the middle of hte bedroom was a bit strange and made no difference to us (married for 7 years and 4 kids) but if you were on your first romantic weekend away I think it would be a bit ackward. comments El colchón y la almohada me han parecido muy duros (la almohada pesaba). El agua salía de la ducha. Y lo que me molestó sobre todo es la chica del turno de noche que me pareció antipática, pareceía que le molestaba cuando le preguntabas algo. Pero, por lo demás bien, me ha gustado el hotel por su diseño.

comments As a family of four we found our visit to the Hotel exceptional, the family rooms were a little cramped but more than adequate. The hotel itself was small and friendly and the staff were helpful polite and eager to please. The location for visiitng Madrid is second to none and it proved a great base for our three nights in the city. We are coming back in Novemebr and will definately be staying there again.

comments Not a place I would go again. The beds are hard like rocks, the blankets were dirty, and having the bathroom "in the bedroom" was weird - maybe it's cool, but having my husband watch me go to the bathroom was not my idea of fun.

No obstante, el servicio era durante todo nuestro tiempo allí, mas que amable y nos facilitaban todo típo de información sobre la zona, el hotel, etc. Volveré a alojarme allí en el futuro. Gracias

comments Magnífico hotel con una buena habitación familiar y un buen servicio. Lo único negativo que encontramos fue no encontrar en un hotel de ese nivel un desayuno sin gluten y que tras consultarlo con el hotel no nos lo facilitaran cuando ya se hace en hoteles de menos nivel. Por lo demás es un lugar muy recomendable y situado en una zona inmejorable.
