comments Lo mejor, el desayuno, es espectacular y merece la pena. Mucha fruta fresca, cereales, embutido, etc. Y hasta las 11.00; una hora muy razonable para el fin de semana.

comments He encontrado personal muy amable y con la disposición de servir lo que me parece sumamente importante especialmente en la señorita María Santos, quien todo el tiempo ha buscado apoyar mi placentera estadía en el Hotel Petit Palace el Arenal 16 Madrid. Me parece formidable que el hotel mantenga dentro de sus instalaciones el silencio que todos buscamos para descansar y lograr un sueño placentero. De continuar con éste concepto de servicio, espero continuar durante mis visitas a Madrid, el servicio del Hotel Petit Palace el Arenal 16, Madrid

comments The hotel's location was great, centrally located, near two metro stops, just the ideal location. The shower was awesome, it had on overhead, a hand, and body heads that could all work at one time. It was also very nice to have a computer in the room as well as wifi available for free!

comments Acabamos de star un grupo de tres amigos y la estancia ha sido muy agradable. El aparcamiento sin problemas en el parking de la Plaza del Carmen. La habitación, inmejorable, daba a la Calle Arenal y el único inconveniente ha sido el ruido que hacía la multitud de gente joven que a partir de la una de la madrugada hacía cola para entrar en la sala "joy eslava", quizá podrían plantearse colocar en las ventanas cristales de climalit. En sucesivas ocasiones que visite Madrid, no dudaremos en volver a este hotel. gracias.

comments A pesar de su situación, en plena Calle Arenal, la habitación era tranquila. Lo único, una bicicleta estática que no funcionaba, y un grifo que le dieras a la izquierda o a la derecha, salía agua caliente, por lo que tomarse un vaso de agua fría era imposible. Por lo demás, es limpio, cómodo y el personal amable. El comedor es en una cava, muy interesante. Volveré sin duda, me gusta este hotel.

comments es un hotel pequeño, pero muy muy bien situado, ideal para estancias cortas en madrid. el único inconveniente es el ruido que pueden ocasionar los viandantes, por ese motivo es indispensable alojarse en una habitación interior, ja que sinó segun el dia puede ser dificil dormir.

comments El hotel se ve mejor en las fotos que como es en realidad. En mi habitación estaba roto el mando de la ducha y en la de mis suegros no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ni el mando de la tele. Por el mismo precio he estado en hoteles muuuucho mejores. Una desilusión, la verdad.

comments Nice location. The very center of Madrid. You're two steps from everywhere. Peaty, the air-conditioned only works when you get into the the room. If the day is hot, when you get there is like an oven.

comments Me canviaron al Petit Palace de Puerta del Sol por obras. 3 días antes de la llegada me avisaron y respetaron todas las tarifas cerradas con antelación. La estancia ha sido perfecta, sin problema.

comments llegamos a la la una pasadas y una de las dos habitaciones no estaba lista. Nos fuimos a comer y al volver resulto que nos daban la segunda habitacion en la planta 1, estando la otra en la planta 5. Me parece que tendrian que intentar que la gente estuviese junta. POr otra parte. La primera habitacion que nos dieron al llegar estaba en la planta 5, dando a unas obras he innumerosos ruidos... no le dimos importancia, mala suerte! pero cuando nos dijeron que la otra habitacion habia de ser en la planta 1 y decidimos que nos trasladaran tambien a esa planta. descubrimos que tenian habiataciones libres que no daban a las obras. Nos dieron una para que estuviesemos todos juntos. Mi pregunta es: ¿ si hay habitaciones que no dan a las obras... porque nos dan las que mas molestia tienen?

comments Situado en un sitio muy céntrico y bien comunicado. En los alrededores muchos sitios donde comer a buen precio, muchas tiendas de compras. Lo que es el Hotel: la habitación pequeña para 3 personas, cuarto de baño poca intimidad (puerta de cristal), poca limpieza en habitaciones. Habitación oscura pero poco ruidosa. Las camas literas tienen poca estabilidad. El trato del personal del hotel agradable. Hemos pasados 3 días muy agradables en Madrid.
