Very comfortable hotel, great situation, breakfast room has stunning views. Check in and out seems to be extremely slow - otherwise all is good! |

The hotel had constant noise and not very comfortable.
Every evening people coming in to hotel had no thoughts for people sleeping and as the walls were very thin you could hear everything.
The doors between the reception area and the bedrooms were also kept open so you could hear all that noise as well.
The cleaning staff were also very noisy early in the morning.
I will never stay with this chain
again. |

El recepcionista del hotel parce que sea un repartidor de pizzas. Hotel muy impersonal. La habitación que nos dieron era minúscula, no cambian las sábanas todos los días y nos la limpiaban en ocasiones sobre las 4 de la tarde, por lo que si llegabamos después de comer todavía no estaba hecha. Lo único bueno el desayuno, por la simpatía de la camarera sobre todo. |

La habitación era espaciosa, luminosa y perfectamente insonorizada. Dotada de portátil con conexión a Internet y bicicleta estática. Ningún dato negativo a reseñar. Lo único que eché en falta: gorro para ducha... |

I enjoyed especially the location of the hotel in proximaty to the old town. The airconditioning was excellent, shower was incredible and the whole bathroom was wonderful, wonderful to be able to have internet in my room, staff always pleasant and helpful. Well worth the money and in fact I´ve booked one more stay there. |

Hotel services are not very impressive: Air conditioning wasn't working in 1st, 2nd room we were assigned. In 3rd room worked. They didn't try to compensate us for the inconvenience, we finished in a less confortable room but with air conditioning. Rooms very small.
Internet works well, but think hotel is oversold in the ads. |
