comments I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel The rooms were clean, large and exceeded our expectations. We loved the terrace. All of the staff were fantastic and eager to assist when needed. Breakfast was the best!

comments Hotel Opera Madrid is in a great location near the center of the city and only one block from the Metro. The service was friendly and the room was clean and well maintained. I will stay there again next time I'm in Madrid.

comments Hotel is being refurbished but had no problems. Room and adjacent bathromm were excellent. Room rather big and cozy with all facilites, safe, fridge, TV etc and the bathroom was also big with bath and also with a separate shower and two washhand basins. Brand new. Room service good but carpet was never vacuumed during our stay. Position excellent and cannot be better, right in the middle of the centre. The only negative part is the high prices of the restaurant. Never saw more than four tables occupied during our stay.

comments The bedrooms were adequate, but the lift kept breaking down, and five floors is a long way when you are disabled, we found the food very expensive, compared to the local restaurants, the one good thing was the close procimetry to the opera house, could be seen easily from the bedroom window, the staf were generaly very helpfull. we would be willing to stay there again on our next visit.
