comments Excellent service, very clean, restaurant food was very good if a bit expensive. Spa & pool lovely after a day walking the city. Would recommend this hotel and stay there again if return to Madrid.

comments Stayed here for a long weekend. It was great. The staff are helpful, the rooms clean, restaurant good and the Spa/Gym/Pool provides a welcome break from walking the city! About 20 mins walk from the old town. Only downside is the Spa is closed on Sunday.

comments as it is a slow month in Madrid the hotel was very quiet. Very good location near to museums and shopping areas. rooms are very comfortable and , unlike most hotels today, have two doors between bedroom and corridor so there is no noise, at all! breakfast was excellent. service is very 5* and there is a really nice garden restaurant and bar where we had late drinks. would definitely reccommend this hotel and will stay again.
