The hotel was very nice. It is about 15 minutes, if that, from the airport. It is also not far from the Chamartin Metro which is a straight shot to all the happenings in Madrid. Of much joy to me was that it also had internet access. The single rooms are very small by State standards but the design maximizes the use of the space. No complaints.

nice stay, excellent service (laundry was fast and efficient ) , Double room should have one only large bed ! excellent brakfast but coffe was not strong enaugh

The bathroom was delightful A little disappointed that there was no room service menu for breakfast, especially as the evening meal on the room service menu was so good. Staff were polite and helpful Recommended

Hotel was very modern and nice,the rooms were very clean with a safe and tv. The only downside was the metro was a bit far about 25 min walk.

I am very safisfied with the service I received during my stay at Hotel Nuevo Madrid. The room was very comfortable, quick room service, and friendly employees I found. If I have the chance I'll come back again.

Very nice hotel in a reasonable location, the excellent metro service provided easy access to the city centre. Staff were pleasant and helpful and prices of food for room service are very good. If I was to visit Madrid again I would have no hesitation in using the hotel again.

An incredibly tidy hotel, excellent service and reasonable prices. I was lucky to watch Spain win Portugal in the 2010 WC at the hotel lobby :)

The staff were exceptionally helpful, informative and polite which goes a long way in helping me enjoy a travel experience. The cleaning room near 501 has a loud door when it is shut in the morning disturbing my sleep but the staff were very helpful in alleviating the problem the next day.

Good, business hotel. Bar limited in size - no area to watch TV during World Cup - a surprise. Good restaurant. Helpful staff.
