You have a wonderfully friendly, comfortable, and modern hotel. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and both you reception desk staff and your drivers were wonderfully helpful. We plan to recommend you hotel to our friends. Steve and Barb Carter, Maryland and Florida, USA

Have a fantastic stay at your Hotel. My family and I thought it was a beautiful place with great service. I would love to stay there again if I'm ever in Madrid, and I will highly recommend it to my friends who are traveling through Madrid

An excellent stay overall only a few areas where I think improvements could be made. The room I booked was for two occupants but only one bathrobe and slippers provided. The tea & coffee selection in the room was good but only two small containers of milk provided. I'm sure these could have been rectified if I had called housekeeping but I don't think it shold have been necessary. One further comment would be that the selection of TV programmes was a little limited. However, none of the above significantly affected my stay.

Superb Customer Service, from shuttle driver to Front Desk. Room extremely nice and clean. I will definitely recommend the hotel and try to stay again.

Hotel was very good. Room was fine. I would have liked some gym facilities at the hotel. Restaurant food was the weakest area.

It is nice well equipped hotel with friendly staff. I recommend for anybody who doesn't need to stay in city center and he wants a stay for reasonable price in good quality.

Nice hotel, but pity that it was not possible to have breakfast before 8:00 during the weekends (and take-away breakfast was pretty hard to arrange), so we had to leave for the congress without breakfast.

The hotel was really nice and staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle buses to the centre of Madrid were also very useful. The only slight criticism was not having a tea tray in the room.

This was a great place to stay for an overnight stop in Madrid. The staff were all really friendly and the shuttle bus service was punctual and saved me paying for taxis, even when I arrived late at night

We are economy tourists, which means 2 or fewer stars. We needed a place to stay for our last night in Spain, close to the airport, for a too early flight home. The price of this hotel was well within our budget. We trained back to Madrid, then took the shuttle bu to the airport where the hotel shuttle picked us up and took us to the hotel. We were astonished to find that the Hotel Nuevo Boston is a brand new hotel! Seems like a 4 star to us. The appointments in the room and hotel generaslly are impressive. The staff polite, efficient and fluent in English. We dined in the Bar/Dining room and were pleased with the food. We had to retire early so could not partake of the buffet. It was up at 3:30 am, the shuttle driver was ready and whisked us to the airport. I highly reccomend this hotel for it's location and efficient shuttle to/from airport. Note: they also run the shuttle to downtown Madrid on weekends.

The staff went out of their way to be marvellously helpful and kind. Our stay was very pleasant indeed and we will certainly return to the Nuevo Boston, Madrid. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is well situated for us who had a flight to catch the next morning, plus we wanted to visit city. We have absolutely no complaints. Great hotel. The only minor issue was having 2 twin beds for me and spouse. But it was not so bad.

I have had a very pleasant (short) stay at your hotel. The room was very large and very clean. I will definately come back! One critical point: I would have liked it if the restaurant had an a la carte menu, I am not a fan of a buffet and some of the food was cold (which was very nicely reheated, but still).

Very nice and clean hotel. Bus shuttle to/from the airport without any problem. Breakfast buffet was fresh, tasty and fullfilling. Recommended!

My 22 year old daughter and 30 year old son were the travelers-they have been to many areas of the world. Both stated many times hotel nuevo boston is the nicest hoyel in which they have ever stayed.

We thought the comfort and quality offered were outstanding but were disappointed about the high prices charged for breakfast. I would not have minded paying a few Euros more for the room so as to have been able to have a coffee and a tostada at a more realistic and economical price at the hotel itself, Instead we went out for both breakfast and dinner which were on offer nearby at acceptable prices. I have no hesitation however to recommend the hotel and look forward to staying there again.
