	Have a fantastic stay at your Hotel. My family and I thought it was a beautiful place with great service. I would love to stay there again if I'm ever in Madrid, and I will highly recommend it to my friends who are traveling through Madrid

	Excelente. Lo unico que eche en falta fue una manta extra para el cuarto, soy friolenta y no habia ninguna. Pero al final no hizo falta y dormi muy bien.

An excellent stay overall only a few areas where I think improvements could be made. The room I booked was for two occupants but only one bathrobe and slippers provided. The tea & coffee selection in the room was good but only two small containers of milk provided. I'm sure these could have been rectified if I had called housekeeping but I don't think it shold have been necessary. One further comment would be that the selection of TV programmes was a little limited. However, none of the above significantly affected my stay.

	Nice hotel, but pity that it was not possible to have breakfast before 8:00 during the weekends (and take-away breakfast was pretty hard to arrange), so we had to leave for the congress without breakfast.

	The hotel was really nice and staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle buses to the centre of Madrid were also very useful. The only slight criticism was not having a tea tray in the room.

	This was a great place to stay for an overnight stop in Madrid. The staff were all really friendly and the shuttle bus service was punctual and saved me paying for taxis, even when I arrived late at night

We are economy tourists, which means 2 or fewer stars. We needed a place to stay for our last night in Spain, close to the airport, for a too early flight home. The price of this hotel was well within our budget. We trained back to Madrid, then took the shuttle bu to the airport where the hotel shuttle picked us up and took us to the hotel. We were astonished to find that the Hotel Nuevo Boston is a brand new hotel! Seems like a 4 star to us. The appointments in the room and hotel generaslly are impressive. The staff polite, efficient and fluent in English. We dined in the Bar/Dining room and were pleased with the food. We had to retire early so could not partake of the buffet. It was up at 3:30 am, the shuttle driver was ready and whisked us to the airport. I highly reccomend this hotel for it's location and efficient shuttle to/from airport. Note: they also run the shuttle to downtown Madrid on weekends.

	hemos estado dos veces en este hotel y nos parece muy bueno, tanto en instalaciones como el trato que te da el personal. Vemos muy bien el traslado al aeropuerto tanto como la posibilidad de ir al centro de Madrid gracias al transporte del hotel. Aunque el hotel este alejado del centro si llevas coche esta muy bien comunicado.

	Todo muy correcto. Dos detallaes a destacar: Uno. La posibilidad de escoger una habitación para no fumadores. Nada olia a tabaco. Y Dos. Minibus lanzadera al centro (con distintas horarios de ida y vuelta). Ideal para aparcar el coche y pasar el día por el centro sin problemas de aparcamiento y de tráfico.

	The hotel is well situated for us who had a flight to catch the next morning, plus we wanted to visit city. We have absolutely no complaints. Great hotel. The only minor issue was having 2 twin beds for me and spouse. But it was not so bad.

	I have had a very pleasant (short) stay at your hotel. The room was very large and very clean. I will definately come back! One critical point: I would have liked it if the restaurant had an a la carte menu, I am not a fan of a buffet and some of the food was cold (which was very nicely reheated, but still).

	Conoci este hotel por casualidad y desde entonces y, aunque vivo en Madrid, siempre que viajo me alojo alli por proximidad al aeropuerto y porque tanto el personal como el serviciolas instalaciones son estupendas. 	Totalmente recomendado. Lo mejor: la habitación , amplia, comoda, limpia y totalmente equipada. Personal atento. Hay sitio para estacionar el vehiculo en toda la calle, y un gran centro comercial muy cerca. Zona tranquila.

Me encantó este hotel, ,es muy cómodo, la habitación era muy amplia, bonita con un cuarto de baño muy amplio también y una bañera grande. Además el desayuno buffet es realmente extraordinario, y todo el personal del hotel es muy amable. También aprecié mucho que vengan a buscarme al aeropuerto, y eso que llegué muy tarde , después de las 12 de la noche. Y para descansar la piscina y la zona de jardin es muy agradable.

We thought the comfort and quality offered were outstanding but were disappointed about the high prices charged for breakfast. I would not have minded paying a few Euros more for the room so as to have been able to have a coffee and a tostada at a more realistic and economical price at the hotel itself, Instead we went out for both breakfast and dinner which were on offer nearby at acceptable prices. I have no hesitation however to recommend the hotel and look forward to staying there again.

I was extremely impressed with Hotel Nuevo Boston. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was great, and the wireless internet worked consistently well. The shuttle to/from the airport was punctual and quick. I can't say enough- this is the perfect place to stay if you are only stopping over and need a place near the airport. Excellent value for the price.

I only stopped one night and was going from the main train station in Madrid to Jerez the next day. I was told by reception to get a bus to one of the main underground stations in central Madrid and then transfer onto the underground from there. I had heavy luggage and a five year old. I had a lot of problems lifting luggage down steps in the absence of lifts. In future please advise your customers to go back to the airport and get the express airport bus to the main train station. I did this on my return journey and it made life so easy. Just thought it may be a useful tip for the reception staff. Lovely hotel though and would stop again.

	Hola, La estacia ha sido muy buena en general, (el personal muy amable y la habitación muy limpia y amplia). La única pega que en el servicio de transporte al centro nos dijeron que nos dejarían junto a la puerta de alcalá y luego nos dejaron el otro luegar pero con el metro al lado todo solucionado. Además llamamos para cambiar el horario de recogida y sin ningún problema nos lo cambiaron.

	Es un hotel que sirve tanto para los que están de paso (como era el caso de mi mujer y mio) como para los que se van a quedar largas estancias. Tenia muy buenas instalaciones y muchos servicios extras, y sus empleados muy cordiales. Yo particularmente volvería.

	Nuevo Boston was a very pleasant end to a wonderful vacation in Spain. We chose a hotel close to the airport for our final night in Spain. The hotel is very modern, clean, and the staff very friendly. And, the pool was very refreshing. We would definitely stay again!

	Your hotel is a lovely hotel close to the Madrid airport--with a beautiful pool and grounds-- a nice bar and restaurant--and a free airport shuttle service to and from the hotel. Our room was also very well appointed--and we had a good night's rest. We would definitely stay here again. The room charge was also very reasonable for this new and very attractive hotel with good amenities.

	There is a smell of disinfectant in the lobby area that was a little bothersome. But overall, the hotel was much better than expected. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool. Nice to have pool towels provided. Service was friendly and helpful.

The only small 'issue' was that the swimming pool was ready but we were not allowed to go in and the weather was so nice and warm! Maybe you should open it as of May 15th instead of June 1st.

	Pickup at the airport was effortless, room was beautiful and very modern, breakfast buffet was delicious. We also had dinner in the bar/restaurant eating a yummy hamburger and trying Lemon beer for the first time. We would definately stay here again on a stopover in Madrid.

	It was very nice! Just for visiting Madrid it`s too far away from the centre and it would be better, when the shuttle bus could be used alltime. Because the Touristcards are only vallable until the airport. The bus from the metro to the hotel has to be payed seperatly.

I booked this hotel because it was near the airport and needed a place to stay for one night before my flight. Was relieved that despite our very late arrival (around 11 pm) there were people at the desk to check us in. Very decorative, clean, modern hotel. Rooms sizable and also clean and well lit. Breakfast buffet was GREAT with variety of foods in nicely decorated eating area. Free shuttle to airport. Would definitely stay here again. My only problem was that on their website they say they are a 15 minute walk from Metro Station Pinar de Chamartin Lines 1 and 4. We rode Line 1 from Atocha Renfe through Madrid and got off at Pinar de Chamartin. Because it was so late and there was no one around to ask, we hailed a taxi thinking that it would be a very short ride. 15 euro and 20 min. later arrived at hotel! Taxi driver pointed out some other Metro station nearby but obviously not the one the website indicated. (was too tired at that point to care.....)

	Great hotel close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, large and clean. Our only minor complaint was some noise from the atrium over the restaurant since everyone eats until almost midnight. The staff was very courteous and helpful, as was the free airport shuttle. Highly recommended.

This is a true 4 star hotel. When we arrived at the airport, just called the hotel and the hotel shuttle arrived at the airport within 20 minutes (it was @12 midnight). This is a modern hotel, we were very excited and happy (imagine we just flew from Venice, the hotel there were totally in different style). The whole hotel has free WiFi, does not need a pass word. The buffet breakfast was excellent according to American standard. The two rooms that we were in are big according to American standard. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathroom is bigger than the traditional European size. All four of us are very happy with the service. Definitely will come back.

The Hotel Nuevo Boston was super convenient to the airport, with free hourly shuttles, even at 4:00 a.m., and although breakfast and room service weren't technically available at that hour, the staff was willing to bring a continental breakfast up to our rooms. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well equipped (we loved the soap that looked like a golf ball). The food in the restaurant was delicious (the BEST croquetas we had in a week and a half of eating them across Spain). The service in the restaurant and at the front desk was excellent. I would stay there again when needing to be close the the airport.

	The hotel is ideal for a stay near the airport. Their shuttle saves you 21 euros, one way, to the airport. The staff set up a visit to a downtown cultural event for me. They were vey willing to do it. I would stay here again.

	A positive, relaxing hotel visit. Shuttle service from the airport is very efficient (once us Canadians figured out how to use Spanish phone numbers on our new "worldphone"). Decor is modern, sleek. Beds are very comfy. Everythig was spotless. Hotel staff is efficient, friendly, and bilingual. Buffet breakfast was extensie and delicious. thank you for a wonderful stay.

	What a great place next to Madrid airport. I wish that I would return to use the pool in warmer weather. My room was clean, the bed was good, breakfast was the best! If people do not do a lot of traveling they will find the prices higher than they want to find them. For the money this place is a find!

El Hotel superó todas las expectativas. Con una llamada me vinieron a buscar al aeropuerto. El hotel al ser nuevo está en excelentes condiciones y además tiene una decoración muy moderna. El servicio y calidad a la par con un hotel de 4 estrellas. El único inconveniente sería la distancia a Madrid para los que quieren disfrutar de la ciudad pero el hotel lo suple ofreciendo un servicio de autobuses a Madrid los fines de semana.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The shuttle was efficient and hassle free and the reception staff were superb. I loved the design of the hotel and the bedroom/bathroom were gorgeous. I have never slept so well in such a comfortable bed. My only concern is that the restaurant food is simply not at all good. La verdad que todo muy bien, si tuviera que poner una pega sería por el aire acondicionado, creo que debido a la altura del techo y al estar colocada la rejilla tan cerca del mismo el termostato no corta en automatico, supongo que será un problema solo con la calefacción ya que el aire caliente tiende a subir por lo que si la sonda esta más baja que la rejilla nunca corta dicho automatico y al ser el techo tan alto pues no calienta la habitación lo suficiente. Pero lo que estoy seguro es que cuando vuelva a Madrid si tengo que ir al mismo lugar me quede seguro en su Hotel. El personal de Recepción y Cafetería muy amables.

Nosotros solamente estuvimos una noche, para coger un enlace a Paris, al día siguiente muy temprano. El hotel está muy bien, la decoración es muy acogedora y es un hotel nuevo. El servicio de traslado aeropuerto-hotel, es gratuito y funciona muy bien. Excelente cena en la habitación. 	No conociamos el hotel y nos gusto, sobre todo que el comedor estuviese abierto en nochebuena aunque no habia mucha variedad, pero es de agradecer. Everything perfect at the hotel, reception, shuttle, room, internet! etc The only thing which was not perfect was phone call between me at the airport and personnel answering the call when ordering the shuttle. My wife had reserved the hotel via inet from Malaga and I didn't know the inet pages. I had the reservation number but it was not easily to be found. But I have stayed once more after this wisit (27 Dec) and then everything was perfect. I will use this hotel also later.

	El hotel tiene unas muy buenas instalaciones. El personal es profesional y amable. Dos puntos negros: 1) La habitación estaba muy fría, no funcionaba la calefacción y tampoco había mantas; y 2) El servicio de transfer al aeropuerto es muy rígido (el minibus sale cada hora). Estos pequeños borrones enturbiaron lo que, de otra forma, habría sido una experiencia muy positiva.

The hotel was more than I expected. I called the hotel for the shuttle when I got to the airport. It arrived in about 15 minutes as promised. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was great and welcoming. I ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and although the breakfast bar was great the dinner menu was not as great unless you just are looking for a sandwich to eat. Above all, it was a great stay and I was very pleased.

I stayed at the hotel 2 times in 2 different rooms, both of them were great. I was picked up from the airport by shuttle bus in the middle of the night with no problem. I specifically asked for a room with double bed and my wish was granted. Great front desk service! Weak up call exactly as I requested. Free internet and printer. The only thing I wasn't very impressed about was breakfast, not bad but not as good as I expected. I absolutely loved hotel's design! Easy parking on the street and very convenient, close to the airport, location.

	We had an extra bed in the room and even with that had plenty of room to move around and lay out three suitcases. The bathroom is divine with a wonderful soaking tub and plenty of counter space. Our only disappointment was that the prix fixe menu was not available on Sunday evening. We will definitely stay here the next time we need a hotel that is close to Madrid airport.

We only were there for about 12 hours . . . but had a great last night before our flight back home the next morning. The room and bathroom were beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Your wait staff for dinner that night was also very nice. Finding your entrance - late at night/in the dark/on a one-way street with another car right on our tail was challenging - we missed it of course. A bigger sign with bright light might help other guests! If I'm back in Madrid, I will return!

	Nos quedamos muy contentos con la estancia y el servicio que se nos prestó. La habitación fue muy amplia y espaciosa, el diseño del hotel muy tranquilo y relajante y el servicio de shuttle-bus del aeropuerto rápido y muy eficaz. 	It's a new Hotel with great facilities and very convenient stay. It is a little bit far from the Madrid city but as I am departing early morning through the Barajas airport, this is a very nice place for our plan. It was really a great hotel that I and my wife fully satisfied. It is a quite new hotel and very close to the airport. I guess this is the disadvantage if someone have very short time to visit Madrid. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the Sol centre. A very good service is the free Airport service that takes you to the airport. All in all, we had a great stay in Nueva Boston and I recommend it to my friend.

	Overall this was an excellent hotel! Excellent service, beautiful and comfortable rooms for a great price. Very close to the airport and shopping, and the restaurant was excellent, open late, and very reasonably priced. Make sure to take the free airport shuttle to the hotel as a taxi ride is very expensive given the short distance (there is an airport 'premium').

Although the hotel displays 4 stars, the accomodation, the service, ... they all scream for the fifth star. Very friendly people and a super breakfast. The pool is rather small, but you can't compare the pool with typical hotel-pools. The pool is a haven of tranquillity. A few people on luxury poolbeds, the refreshing water, the cold cerveza brought by a friendly waiter... an ideal place to relax at siesta-time after a busy and hectic day in Madrid

Puntos negativos: . 1. En la recepcion del hotel no son muy serviciales, en el sentido de que si tienes algun problema no se esfuerzan en solucionarlo, siempre la via mas fácil, que es pagar un precio mas elevado, y en mi caso el precio que pague a mayores no fue equivalente con lo que me ofrecieron. 2. El restaurante no esta a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Ej: Mi estancia era sin desayuno, con lo cual a las 11:00 baje al restaurante-cafeteria a tomarme un desayuno, y resulta que el camarero solo sabia decirme que el bufet estaba cerrado y que no podia servirme nada. Le expliqué que iba a pagar mi desayuno ya que mi estancia era sin desayuno y no hubo manera, me quedé sin desayunar. Solo me ofrecia un cafe. 3. Las habitaciones son un poco ruidosas, no por los ruidos de la calle, sino por los ruidos del propio hotel. Ej: Mi habitación superior, debia estar muy cerca del comedor ya que sobe las 8:00 de la mañana se empezaron a oir ruidos tipicos de comedor (colocacion de mesas, sillas, platos...) Puntos positivos: 1. Esta cerca del aeropuerto y el servicio hotel-aeropuerto funciona bastante bien. Simplemente no es un Hotel que este a la altura de un cuantro estrellas, no creo que repita.

	It is an unexpectly top quality hotel closing to the airport. Reception is professional, the decoration design is moden and pleasing, you can feel the refreshing atmosphere everywhere. The hotel was 5 star quality, the shuttle service from the airport was very efficient, check-in and check-out were exceptional. Beautiful hotel, 100m to the metro and it's a straight shot to the center. We changed hotels and paid 4 times the price to be downtown but if we did it again, we would have stayed here our whole stay. No matter where you stay, you really need to take the metro to get around and this involves many line changes but from this hotel it is direct. Rooms are large and super-equipped, all toiletries (including toothbrush!) and a nice blow dryer.

	The staff was so helpful, and the amenities were amazing! I had to have a last minute person addition to my room, and it was only an extra cost for a bed. They have a free shuttle to the airport, as well as to nearby restaurants! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nuevo Boston.

Hotel Nuevo Boston is beautiful. After 2 1/2 weeks of traveling around Spain and France, our hotel room and bathroom here both seemed huge to us. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel bar staff was very friendly. We stayed here one night - we'd flown in from Paris and were flying back to the States the next morning, so it didn't make sense to go into the city. The only drawback to this hotel is that it isn't more easily accessible to/from the city center. If it were, we'd definitely stay here every time we come to Madrid!

No veo ningun punto negativo excepto la distancia del centro, pero es una elleccion que debemos hacer : un poco dificil para encontrar (my taxiste se perdio) la direccion del hotel. Hay un autobus gratuito entre el hotel y el aeropuerto : hay que llamar al hotel para que van a buscaros.

This hotel is extremely nice for the reasonable price. It's very close to the airport, whig is why I stayed there. They have free pick up and drop off at the airport, but if you want to be picked up you have to make a reservation ahead of time. Try to get the reservation for the free shuttle as taxis will charge between 15-10 euros for the ride due to the 8 euro airport charge premium. The room was beautiful, clean, and very modern. The bed was very comfortable. Though I didn't get a chance to use the pool or enjoy the breakfast, I appreciated the free wi fi. Overall, great hotel at a great price, espacially if your looking to stay near the airport.

	Esos dos días la temperatura exterior era altísima y en la habitación se estaba IDEAL: fresca sin llegar a fria. Las camas son las mas comodas en las que he dormido de todos los hoteles de mi vida. El baño: espacioso, por tanto, también muy cómodo. Se está muy bien, por eso estuve el año pasado y este he vuelto.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Nuevo Boston. The service was excellent, the room was very modern and looked pristine. For a hotel in Madrid as nice as this that costs less than 100 euros a night you'll have to look long and hard. Great value overall. They even included an third bed for us for twenty extra euros. The one drawback, of course, is the proximity to central Madrid. But within a five min. walk there is a bus stop which you can take to the subway. Overall, it took us appr. 35 mins to reach the city center.

	Las pocas horas que estubimos en el hotel fueron muy satisfactorias. Tenía que hacer escala en Madrid y me lo recomendaron. Un hotel ideal para las ferias. La habitación era grande, tranquila y bien equipada. Buen servicio para traslados a la feria y el aeropuerto de Barajas. Tambien hay para ir al centro de Madrid. Trabajadores eficientes y muy amables. Solamente un punto negativo fue los olores de cloaca en la calle en frente del hotel. A lo mejor era una cosa puntual por algún problema. Recomendaría al hotel tanto a visitantes de negocio como turistas de Madrid.

A sleek, and contemporary little gem that is immediately off the A2 and very close to the airport. The hotel is nestled in row of large commercial buildings, seemingly away from everything, but getting into downtown (old) Madrid is actually very easily done via public transportation. . If you are on your way home and don't need to get back into the city there is also a huge shopping mall within easy walking distance which features a full floor of restaurants and fast food shops, as well as movies and stores of every sort. The hotel itself has a wonderful morning breakfast buffet, and while we didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, we heard from other guests that it was very good. We had a large, bright, and very clean room with a high ceiling, well stocked mini- fridge and a huge bathroom. The front desk, room service, and bar staffs were very friendly, attentive, and obviously motivated to serve - we received quick responses to each of our questions and requests. A great find in a surprising location!

	Relación calidad-precio, excelente. Muy bien ubicado para conexiones con el aeropuerto. 	Lo mejor del hotel es su diseño, cuidado hasta el detalle. Tanto en las habitaciones como en todo el hotel. Esta muy limpio y tiene una relacion calidad/precio muy bueno. Personalmente me encantó.

	La estancia en el hotel fue realmente positiva. Está a 15 minutos del centro en coche en una zona tranquila. Las instalaciones están nuevecitas y la habitación era excelente. El desayuno buffet bien de cantidad y calidad. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

	Good, clean, comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Accommodation – good value. But location next to noisy highway made it impossible to open window at night. Poor meal in trstaurant.

	Aunque fue oco tiempo, debo decir que tanto la limpiza, el trato, no solo en recepcion sino en los demas sitios fue escelente, el servicio de cafeteria comedor muy bueno, el de llavarnos y recogernos del aereopuerto buenisimo.

	It is`an extremely good luxurious airport hotel. Superb service and fantastic breakfast. Location is far from the city. I think it would do slightly better if the suttle minibus could take clients to the nearest Metro station more frequently, say once every hour.

Helpful and informative desk clerks; room was clean, spacious and well-appointed; price was very competitive. Parking was not included, but there are plenty of spaces to park around the hotel except in the front, and no problems with leaving the car on the street. Although quite near the airport, it is a little tricky getting to the terminals, but if you follow the directions carefully you should have no problems. Those using the airport pickup service of course will certainly have no problems. Restaurant and mini bar prices overpriced, but there is a shopping center about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Those looking for easy access to night life, restaurants, etc should be prepared to navigate the public transport system, pay for a taxi, or get a hotel in town.

	El trato recibido siempre fue muy agradable y servicial. Los desplazamientos gratuitos a madrid son una de las grandes ideas de este hotel. En cuanto al hotel en sí, es muy elegante por dentro y los pasillos muy divertidos y agradables. La habitación muy cómoda, con toda la información necesaria, incluidos los precios del minibar (de los que carecen otros hoteles).

	Hotel is really nice, very modern! If u have an early flight- this is the best choice... We had a little misunderstanding with shuttle service, but other than that is was ok! Make sure you find out the time schedule for the shuttle!!!!!!

	ha sido corta la estancia pero puedo decir que esta muy bien el hotel. Solamente un detalle, no habia en el set del cuarto de baño pasta de diestes ni maquinillas de afeitar, por apuntar algo.

	Hotel estupendo. Nos fueron a buscar, y de nuevo nos llevaron al marchar al aeropuerto. Tambien te llevan y recogen en Centro de Madrid, pero tienes buena comunicacion con autobus. Viajamos mi esposa y mi hijo, habitacion amplia, nueva y bonita. Os lo recomiendo, lo pasamos muy bien.
