comments The desk was extremely helpful with a good command of English. The top floor was great with 2 balconies in our room. Room was small but adequate.

comments Muy limpio, céntrico y recepción y atención más que correctas. Sólo una pega, el bar ponía que lo cerraban a las 00; veníamos de la calle a las 23.30 y no nos quisieron servir...porque estaban cerrando.

comments I loved Hotel Lusso Infantas Madrid, and Madrid is my new favorite City in the world. The hotel and my room was comfortable, elegantly designed, clean, surprisingly affordable, and extremely well located -- easy walk to all museums, shopping, and some of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of visiting. Plus there was a Starbucks directly across the street, so every morning I got a little touch of home. The staff was friendly and very helpful even though I spoke no Spanish. This was my first visit to Madrid, but will certainly return, and I will certainly again stay at Hotel Lusso Infantas.

comments Great location between Gran Via and Chueca, and on a quiet street. Nice room, great shower. Buffet Breakfast was excellent, fresh food and strong coffee. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
