Estimada Beatriz, Muchas gracias por sus amables comentarios, nos agrada saber que la acogida en nuestro hotel ha sido satisfactoria. Los colchones se cambiaron en su totalidad el año pasado, todo el hotel tiene colchones nuevos. En esta materia es dificil acertar con todo el mundo ya que unos prefieren colchones duros y otros los prefieren no tan duros, nosotros cogimos una gama media pensando que agradaría a más número de personas, sentimos que en su caso no hayamos acertado. En cuanto a la carta de almohadas, habitualmente no informamos directamente en recepción pero la información esta en la web y en el directorio de servicios de cada habitación. A lo mejor debemos plantearnos dar este tipo de información a la entrada. Le reitero nuestro agradecimiento por sus comentarios y esperamos volver a verles pronto en Lusso Infantas. Estimado cliente, Nos alegra saber que valora de forma positiva la posibilidad de expresar la experiencia vivida en nuestro hotel. Para nosotros es muy importante la información que llega de nuestros clientes ya que ésta nos sirve para mejorar constantemente la calidad de los servicios que ofrecemos. Es cierto que los comentarios positivos, que son la mayoría en nuestro hotel, nos agradan mucho pero comentarios no tan buenos, como es su caso, nos aportan muchísima información valiosa para nosotros. Desde la dirección del hotel le pedimos disculpas por todos aquellos fallos que hemos podido cometer y le agradecemos que nos los haya hecho llegar para así poder poner solución al problema. Me gustaría hacer saber que en el directorio que hay en las habitaciones los clientes encontrarán las instrucciones para hacer funcionar el sistema de climatización de forma correcta. No obstante, como hemos comentado en otras ocasiones, el personal de recepción estará siempre a su disposición para explicárselo detenidamente. Por otro lado, le pedimos disculpas por no haber podido proporcionarle las zapatillas. Como bien le comentó el personal de recepción hemos tenido problemas con el proveedor, que ha quebrado debido a la crisis, y hemos tenido que realizar otro pedido con el retraso que ello conlleva. El problema estará solucionado en unos días. Por último le informamos que el departamento de mantenimiento está constantemente reparando y renovando los útiles y accesorios de todo el hotel. No se que pudo pasar con el estor pero le aseguro que ahora mismo está en perfectas condiciones de uso. Aprovecho la despedida para volver, por un lado a pedirle disculpas por todas las deficiencias que encontró en su estancia, y por otro lado para agradecerle sus comentarios que nos han sido tan útiles. Estimada Sra Cusó, Nos alegra mucho saber que su estancia fue agradable en el hotel. En cuanto al olor a tabaco, ventilamos las habitaciones todo el tiempo que nos es posible y utilizamos ambientadores especiales anti tabaco pero a veces quizá no conseguimos eliminar del todo el olor. Tan solo tenemos 10 habitaciones de fumadores y prestamos mucha atención a su ventilación, trabajaremos más sobre ello para ver si conseguimos una eliminación de olores completa. Somos conscientes de que el servicio de desayunos es muy importante para nuestros clientes y por ello estamos constantemente intentando mejorar los productos que ofrecemos. Actualmente el servicio está compuesto por café expreso recién hecho, zumo de naranja natural, variedad de zumos, cava, yogures, bollería recién horneada, muffins, surtido de tartas, tostadas, cereales, huevos revueltos, salchichas, chistorra, longaniza, salmón ahumado, surtido de productos ibéricos tales como chorizo, lomo , jamón, quesos… Creemos que la variedad que ofrecemos es bastante amplia y de calidad. De todas maneras, como le he comentado con anterioridad, seguiremos intentando mejorar y a principios de año le daremos otra vuelta de tuerca para optimizarlo. La relación calidad precio es una de las características mejor valoradas por nuestros clientes, sentimos que usted no lo valore tan positivamente. Si se reserva con antelación se pueden obtener grandes ofertas pero debemos de tener en cuenta que no es lo mismo venir a Madrid en Agosto que en Octubre. Por otro lado y solo a modo de información le comento que Madrid es sin duda la capital Europea más económica respecto de los alojamientos, no hay más que comparar precios por ejemplo con Barcelona, es complicado encontrar un hotel como el nuestro por menos de 100€ noche. Estimado Sr Cónsul, Estamos rehabilitando todas las bañeras del hotel que han sido dañadas como consecuencia de que al caer la alcachofa de la ducha se picaba la propia bañera. El primer tratamiento que nos dieron no resultó bueno y el producto que echaban amarilleaba dando la sensación de mancha. Lo estamos volviendo a hacer en todo el hotel poco a poco. Estimado Jorge, Muchas gracias por sus comentarios, supongo que el problema de conexión sería con el wifi ya que la conexión directa no ha dado ningún problema. En cuanto al wifi le puedo comentar que tenemos al lado un Ministerio y de vez en cuando pasan inhibidores de frecuencia y no podemos hacer nada ante eso pero son momentos puntuales. Únicamente se me ocurre que con motivo de la visita del Papa, estuvieran haciendo barridos de señal como prueba. De cualquier modo le pido disculpas ya que estamos muy pendientes de las tecnologías para que nuestros clientes no tengan nunca problemas de conexión, de hecho ahora estamos estudiando la posibilidad de ampliar el ancho de banda. Tratamos de mantenerlo limpio pero en ocasiones se nos puede pasar algún arañazo, después de algunas estancias y aunque le parezca raro, parece que la habitación lleva sin hacerse años y no es así. Para los clientes que quieren visitar los lugares más emblemáticos de nuestra ciudad, el hotel está muy bien situado. Si uno quiere ir al Museo del Prado, a la Plaza Mayor... lo puede hacer caminando tranquilamente en pocos minutos. También La zona comercial de fuencarral está a solo 3 minutos desde el hotel al igual que la de sol que está a tan solo 8 minutos caminando. Esperemos volverles a ver pronto por el hotel. If you are comming from the airport the best way is take the bus 527 and drop off in Cibeles Square, from there you have to walk only 200 meter to get the hotel.
