Ademas pude reservar plaza de parking a escasos metros del hotel y aunque tuve que retrasarme algo respecto a la hora limite de llevar el coche fueron muy amables en flexibilizar dicha salida

A dos bocacalles de la Castellana, Santiago Bernabeu, y muchas paradas de metro a través de las cuales te puedes mover perfectamente por Madrid. comments magnifico hotel. Perfecta relación calidad-precio, aunque mi habitación, creo que por solicitarla de fumador era muy pequeña, pero acogedora y práctica. La ducha sale con chorro "de verdad". El personal de recepción es de lo mejor que me he encontrado, incluso en comparación con hoteles de categorías superiores.

Por poner un fallo sería que en la habiltación individual no existe bañera sino ducha, pero aún con todo eso no es prioritario si tenemos en cuenta todo lo demás. el desayuno realmente barato para lo que se ofrece, la limpieza y calidad del servicio muy buena. comments Hotel muy bien situado, céntrico (Barrio Salamanca), sin ruidos exteriores. La habitación doble es funcional, el baño es correcto sin lujos. El personal es amable. Hay dos tipos de desayunos: continental y buffet. Perfecto para lo que buscaba: céntrico para reunión de trabajo al día siguiente con un precio razonable (reservé en la web del propio hotel).

comments Hotel Infanta Mercerdes is a great little place in a quiet neighborhood (Tetuan) well north of noisy, bustling, partying central Madrid (Sol), filled with mostly local/native Madridians. It has a nice park across the street, plenty of shops and restaurants around the area, including a 24/hour "7-11" type market 5 blocks away. That was a real lifesaver the night I came home hungry at 4am from the clubs. The hotel itself is great; well air-conditioned, a pleasant staff (you'd be surprised how rare that is in some parts of Madrid), most of which knew English, and they were always around, day or night, 24/7, in case you needed help in any way (including printing small documents). The room was small but not indecently small, my girlfriend and I both stayed in a single with no problems for a week. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, especially on the side of the hallway, as I could hear people talking as they passed by at night. All in all, definitely a 5 out of 5 hotel experience in my book, especially for the price. I was extremely satisfied.

comments Hotel limpio, práctico, trabajadores amables y según en que fechas precio bueno en relación a su calidad. hay muchos hoteles de mas estrellas y peores condiciones. Aunque es un poco extraño que el desayuno de los sabados sea a partir de las 8 cuando hay muchos viajeros que deben salir antes y no hay ningún sitio donde desayunar por los alrededores a esas horas.

comments Mi estancia fue estupenda. Es muy tranquilo y bien comunicado con dos estaciones de metro muy próximas. Sobretodo quiero destacar la habitación individual de la que disfruté. En la mayoría de los hoteles las habitaciones individuales son "lo peor" del hotel. En este caso me quedé gratamente sorprendida, quiero dejar constancia de ello y felicitarles. A ver si toman nota en otros establecimientos !!!

comments We stayed in Hotel Infanta Mercedes for 3 days. Without a second thought, I can give 5/5 rating for this hotel. It is located very close to the modern Madrid. Football stadium can be reachable by walk in about 30 minutes. Metro train station Tetuan is just 5 minutes by walk from this hotel, and from there the city center Sol is just 20 minutes by metro. Since Madrid has very convenient and fantastic metro system, you never feel this hotel is far from any other place. The price is no doubt the best. Hotel personnel were always helpful with the required information and could able to speak good English. If we visit Madrid again, we would definitely stay in this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends if they have plans of visiting Madrid

comments I stayed 5 dayes during May. At my request, I was provided a nice quiet room with a large bed on the top floor. The front desk were helpfull and they spoke English. The hotel is far from the center of Madrid, but price was very reasonable.

La habitación tiene un tamaño razonable, si bien, al menos en la nuestra, habia algún pequeño desperfecto que tampoco impedía el buen uso de la habitación. Solo algo que a mi no me gusta que son las cortinas en la bañera, donde se ponga una mampara, mucho mejor.

comments This hotel is very very affordable considering it has a restaurant on site, room service, a good breakfast, and very helpful front desk staff. Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, and great bath. I love the quiet, safe, location that is near Tetuan metro line that goes directly to the center of Madrid. It is also very close to Vaughan Systems meeting point. After 10yrs of coming to Madrid, I now have found the hotel that I will be staying for my every visit. It is a great value.

comments En general bastante bueno, limpieza, habitación, localización..., lo peor el tema del parking, solo 6 plazas ysi quieres dejar el coche controlado tienes que dejarlo en un parking publico a unas calles del hotel, por lo menos tienen concertado un descuento y sale algo mas barato, pero no como el del propio hotel

Mensaje en el baño de que si te olvidas algún útil de aseo lo puedes pedir en recepción (esto no te lo ofrecen muchos hoteles de categoría y precio superior). Buena relacion calidad precio. comments Me alojé en el Hotel Infanta Merceces durante un fin de semana, por un Congreso al que tuve que asistir. Dentro de los hoteles que estuve buscando era el más económico, pero estoy segura de que a la altura de cualquier otro más caro. Estaba bien situado, la habitación era pequeña (habitación individual con baño) pero estaba muy bien, y la cama muy cómoda. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, resolviendo cualquier duda o pregunta que pudiera tener. En cuanto a cosas a mejorar: 1- hubiese estado bien una mampara en la ducha, en vez de una cortina. 2- El precio. Aunque como he dicho era el más económico que encontré, me sigue pareciendo algo caro 55 euros por una habitación individual sin desayuno. Aún así, y en resumen, un hotel muy recomendable.

comments Precio-calidad un 10. Habitaciones limpias, nuevas, amplias...colchones equivalentes a un 5 estrellas ( cosa muy importante cuando se pasa de los 30 jjjj ) . Por ultimo el desayuno también de 10,abundante, variadisimo y en fin; con la sensación siempre de estar en un 4 estrellas. Si tuviera q poner una pega seria tan solo la distancia al metro q son entre 8 y 15 minutos andando. Pero bueno, hay también paradade taxis en la misma puerta. Eso es todo. comments Fue un fin de semana y resulto muy agradeble. El trato del personal tanto en recepción como en el comedor fue cordial y muy muy correcto cosa que se agradece. El sitio resulto ser tranquilo sin apenas ruidos y como ya he estado otras veces no me costo encontralo. El garaje puede que sea un poco estrecho para maniobrar pero no es ningun impedimento para aparcar. Volvere seguro. Hasta entonces un saludo y hasta pronto.

comments Recomendaría este hotel a cualquier persona que visite Madrid: la manera de hacer la reserva es rápida y eficaz, el precio es más que razonable, el servicio muy amable, y la situación en Madrid es buena (a cinco minutos de una parada de metro y a diez minutos caminando del Paseo de la Castellana), además se encuentra en una calle bastante tranquila en la que se puede transitar sin problema a cualquier hora de la noche. En relación al desayuno, me pareció muy abundante y el servicio maginífico. Como crítica diría que la habitación, teniendo en cuenta que era doble, me pareció algo pequeña, al igual que la bañera. Mi valoración es bastante positiva e insisto en que se lo recomendaría a cualquier persona.

comments We had such a wonderful time in this hotel. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet is just Superb. Personel speaks good english and are very helpful. The hotel is not on the main street of Madrid but Tetuan is still a part of Madrid City (zone 1). It takes about 12 minutes by metro. There are lifts (elevators) for those who have a hard time taking the steps up and down to get to the metro. Tetuan is also just a few minutes walking distance from santiagio bernabeu footballstadium. The area is a commercial district, with restaurants, stores and coffee shops. I would really rather stay in this part of the city than have a crapy hotel in grand via for the same price. Besides you cannot have a descent sleep in the city center because of the noise that goes till dawn. We will difinetly stay in this hotel if we visit Madrid again sometime in the future. Even recommend it to people who are planning to see Madrid.

comments My stay in the Spain is eventful! I stayed in Hotel Infanta Mercedes! The place is great and is accessible to the Metro, walking distance to Castillana, Santiago Bernebeu etc. What made this hotel very special is that the staffs are very friendly and accomodating. My CC was not wrking when i was checking out. As a policy they do not accept US Dollars for payment and only in EURO. But they accomodated my request as there is no open cash converter at 7am in the morning! I will trully stay here again once i get the chance to go back to Madrid!

comments He estado alojada por dos veces en este hotel y, la verdad, es que me encanta. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y la limpieza es indudable. Además, los empleados del hotel son muy amables y educados. Sólo pondría una pega: yo, personalmente, soy alergica al polvo y, aunque esta todo muy limpio, las moquetas del pasillo siempre acumulan polvo. Por lo demas, la proxiima vez, volveré también a este hotel.

comments Hotel très propre et très calme, les employés sont très réactifs. Le garage et très pratique et peu cher 11€/jour. Un peu loin du centre mais la station de métro est très proche de l'hotel et nous mène directement au centre sans éffectuer aucun changement.

comments En general el servicio es bueno, el cuarto esta limpio, un poco reducido. Sin embargo sugiero que incluyan el internet inalambrico sin costo. En Londres en todos los hoteles lo incluyen como parte del servicio y eso es atractivo. Saludos

comments The neighborhood was quiet, though close to public transportation that made touring Madrid easy. The breakfast was very generous, the restaurant was spotless. Our room was comfortable & clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and certainly will stay here when I return to Madrid.

comments This is a good clean hotel about 7 or 8 metro stops from the centre. Nice rooms, helpful staff and walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants in that area. The hotel has limited parking facilities so you have to find spaces in the area around the hotel where there is time limited availability during the day. At night it's free. Overall good value and would stay again.

comments A excepción del ruido alguna noche, coincidiendo con el fin de semana, el trato ofrecido por el personal del hotel ha sido excelente. Ya he estado en algún otro hotel de la cadena Sol Meliá, pero sin dudarlo volvería a elegir el Tryp Infanta Mercedes. La relación calidad-precio me ha dejado también muy satisfecha.

comments hace exactamente una semana que estuve pasando unos dìas en Madrid,el alojamiento lo hice en el hotel Tryp Infanta Mercedes y tengo que decir al respecto,que fue del todo de mi agrado.Desde el personal que allì trabaja,que han sido todos muy amables,sus habitaciones muy limpias y sin ruìdos que pudiesen entorpecer. Por mi lado,aconsejarìa a quien desee pasar unos dìas en la ciudad y necesite un hotel,que se animen y vayan a este,no les defraudarà. Por mi parte,espero muy pronto volver a disfrutar, de sus servicos
