The price for the breakfast buffet was not posted clearly and was way overpriced at 13 EU a person. Suggest posting the price clearly and giving the option of having only a continental breakfast for a reasonable price. Otherwise, it was very pleasant.

Huge hotel, with spacious rooms. Somewhat anonymous, but good value, though didn't appreciate cleaner trying to enter room at 8.45!. Ideal if overnighting before or after using Chamartin Station and appreciated being able to leave luggage there for free while sight-seeing before travelling on by an evening train. Not best placed for visiting Madrid old town, which by Metro was a dozen stops and half an hour away.

Es extremadamente ruidoso, mi habitación, en una planta 4, soporto el ruido del trafico del aparcamiento, donde el sabado noche se acumulan coches derrapando y con la musica altísima. Para ser un cuatro estrellas pienso tendrían que cambiar las ventanas de los años 70 por unas actuales que aislen un poco más, además de que el mobiliario es, digamos, un poco retro. Ojo, el desayuno, donde te cobran 20 euros, no merece mucho la pena....

Very poor cleaning of bathroom.
Loose electrical socket in bathroom.
When I paid they didn't know that I had paid a deposit, and tried to charge me the full amount again. Forgot to say sorry after correcting the mistake.
It would be nice if they smiled so that you felt welcome.
This Hotel is not worthy of 4 stars.
