comments Hemos pasado un buen fin de semana, muy bien situado. Y sobre todo hemos conseguir estar en un Hotel la familia completa en una sola habitación sin agobios. MUY BIEN. LO RECOMIENDO.

comments Fue una estancia muy agradable. La habitación ideal para cumplir su función de descanso. Deben revisar el mobiliario más a menudo y sustituir el que se vea defectuoso. En nuestra habitación había una silla un poco deteriodada. Personal muy atento y bien informado. Desayuno completísimo, para todos los gustos (no os perdáis el jamón que era de buena calidad), zumos naturales, frutas, panes variados, aceite de oliva, revueltos, embutidos,cereales, todo de buena calidad. el hotel muy bien situado y comunicado con parada bus a 50metros, metro muy cerca. Creo que si vovemos a Madrid repetiremos hotel o alguno otro de la cadena. Lo que no me hizo mucha gracia es que los pasillos de las plantas de habitaciones estaban muy oscuros, con poca iluminación. Pero....como a lo que ibamos era a dormir...... Por cierto las camas estaban bien aunque no era la textura que más me agrada. Había mantas suficientes, almohadas dobles por si era necesario. Muy completo. Internet bastante mejorable pero se agradece la conexión y el oirdenador en la habitación (muy buena idea) Perfil usuario: Familia de dos adultos con dos hijos 10 y 12 años. Familias con niños más pequeños no creo que sea recomendable, pero que prueben porque nosotros estuvimos muy bien. Un consejo si vais a Madrid. Usad el abono transporte turístico, es muy útil ya que el transporte público funciona muy bien.

comments Cogimos el paquete romantico y se les olvido la botella de cava y los bombones en la habitación. Nos hicieron un descuento del 10%. Sin embargo como habitación nos dieron una suite duplex cuando esperábamos una habitación más sencilla. Lo del portatil en la habitación con internet está muy bien. Repetiría.

comments Ubicación excelente, muy bien comunicado con autobuses y con varias paradas de Metro cercanas. Diseño interior sorprendente, el portátil en la habitación es todo un punto favorable. Desayuno muy completo. La única pega, una ducha totalmente impráctica en la que se sale el agua.

comments The hotel is situated in the barrio of Salamanca which is the posh and glam area of Madrid. It's easy to walk around the hundreds of nice shops, restaurants and bars and you can even walk to the Prado and Thyssen museums. Chueca is close too so you don't have to worry about spending a fortune in taxi fares. Overall our experience in HT Villamagna was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room could be a bit bigger but I have to say the bed and the shower were great. There is internet access for free, good breakfast, mini bar, safe and enough space for your luggage. I would definitely come back and I recommend it to people that want to visit Madrid.

comments Stayed in two different rooms (had a water problem on the first room) both had poor TV image quality (why do you need an LCD) when the reception is bad! Some ligh fixtures were not working on the room. The corridors are too dark. Breakfist room should have natural lighting. These are improvement suggestions. It's a good hotel
