	Fuimos a pasar la nochevieja al hotel,aparcamos practicamente en la puerta,la habitacion muy limpia,nos dejaron uvas y polvorones y dos botellitas de cava de bienvenida el personal muy amable y el buffet de desayuno muy bueno e incluido en el precio;repetiremos.

	Excelente servicio de conexión con el aeropuerto y muy cerca de una estación del metro, por lo cual ofrece la ventaja a los viajeros internacionales de conectarse con la ciudad sin tener que pagar taxis en ningun momento. El personal es amable y bien preparado

	Todo muy bien. El trato del personal impecable y atento. La habitación limpia y el transfer al aeropuerto perfecto. Incluso servicio de café gratuito en recepción por la mañana. La única pega: la habitación familiar no dejaba de ser una doble normal con literas... Pero bueno. Todo ok.

	Muy buena ubicación: cerca del aeropuerto, pero a la vez conectado a la ciudad mediante el subte. La estación La Alameda de la linea 5 está a pasos del hotel y esa sola linea te deja en el corazón de Madrid. Muy buena la habitación y confort en general, buen equilibrio precio-calidad. Nos impactó la cordialidad y disponibilidad del personal del hotel.

	Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas, el servicio de lanzadera al aeropuerto fue correcto a la ida y ala vuelta. La profesionalidad del personal fue inmejorable. Estoy contento con el trato recibido y si vuelvo a hospedarme en Madrid unos días antes de volar, probablemente vuelva a elegirlo

	Recomiendo a todas las personas este hotel que esta muy cerca al aeropuerto ,es limpio ,personal agradable y fue una magnifica decision .Lo recomiendo a todas las personas que tengan que tomar una conexion .El Bus que te recoje del aeropuerto funcional muy bien.

	La habitacion era amplia y confortable, la atencion fue muy eficiente. El transfer hasta el aeopuerto estuvo a nuestro servicio cuando fue solicitado. Volveria a hospedarme en él ya que la linea de subte tan cercana me permitio moverme por todo Madrid facilmente.

	I would highly recommend this hotel. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and very convenient. The staff was gracious and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the price was reasonable.

I am fully satisfied while at your hotel by having freindly attitude of personell, correct food, ability to profit of a free shuttle bus from and to the airport, availability of a lap-top. The only comment I have which does not spoil my impression but just an advice: to change the cover of a floor in the bath room from laminated parquet to e.g. ceramic tiles, which is more durable against water spills. Thank you for your hospitality. I will defently use a hotel of your network while I come to Spain next time.

	The price was very fair at 85 euros, but beds were a little hard. All in all a good place to stay for 1 nite. Cab ride was a 25 euros (from airport to hotel even though it was supposed to be only .5 kilometer away), which seemed high considering it took less than 5 minutes buy bus to get to our terminal from the hotel the next morning.

I was supposed to spend 1 night at your hotel on my way to the UK and back to the US. Due to the Volcanic eruption I had to stay an additional night. I must say that the staff in the Hotel were very cooperative friendly and helpful in finding me an accommodation for the 2nd night as well as all other requests and questions I had. This was a very hectic period of time and I was impressed by the level of cooperation by the people in reception. The room was very good and the internet service was great just what was needed at times of desperation when you need to find many things online . In general I liked the stay in the Hotel and will recommend it to anybody going through Madrid. Thanks Mr Lev

Cena adekwatna do jakości. Brałem opcję bez śniadania. Hotel w zacisznym miejscu. Czysty i zadbany. Darmowy internet z łatwą obsługą(Laptop). Z lotniska darmowy bus. Wystarczy zadzwonic i za 10 minut extra przejezdża po gościa. Bardzo blisko Hotelu (ok 400m) stacja metro z dokonale biegnacą zieloną linia do samego centrum Madrytu. Metro działa do 1.30. Taxówka z centrum kostuje 20 EUR. Busem bez problemu młoda Pani odwozi na lotnisko. Polecam. Dobrze wydane pieniądze.polecam Daek goraco polecam.

The hotel is really quite nice...very high tech and only a short walk from the local Metro station. The bed was comfortable; the room was clean. We could not have asked for a more pleasant hotel to spend out last night in Madrid. We unfortunately arrived very late at night - about midnight - and had to leave at 5:00 a.m., so we were not able to use the hotel's media or other amenities. I did not get the desk clerk's name, but he was most welcoming (even at midnight!) and helpful. He made the call for our early morning taxi. And this was our only disappointment -- we had to take a taxi to the airport because the shuttle bus does not run until 6:00 a.m. We do not fault the hotel for this. If we were to stay at the Hotel High Tech again, we'd try to take a later flight from the airport.

The front reception was very kind and spoke decent english. The shuttle was very convenient and was perfect for getting to the airport free of hassles. However, the walls of the hotel are paper thin and I could hear every little noise. It was very difficult to sleep. The beds felt like I was sleeping on a slab of wood and the rooms are considerably smaller than they appear online. I got terrible sleep both nights I was there. I would probably look for a different hotel near the airport before I stayed here again.

	We had a 5:30am flight out of Madrid and the shuttle service doesn't start until 6am. The night concierge was very helpful with getting a taxi, although the driver did seem to rip us off.

	We booked this hotel to have a shuttle to the airport. However, the shuttle wasn't running for our early flight. We had to pay a taxi 16 euro for the very short drive to the airport. Also, the shower was so high tech that I bathed from the waist down only...couldn't figure out how to operate the thing! Travel adventures!

The staff was brusque in their service, and the locale of the hotel left nothing to speak of when it came to dining outside of their accomodations- unless you count tapas and a convenient store as "dining." I stayed twice there, and on both occasions I had to slam the room door shut because they wouldn't close properly, and they are miserly with the amount of hot water you can have in your shower. The thermostats in the rooms also require maintenence, not masking tape, but real work so you can actually turn them on.

	The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed. Cool shower in the bathroom but laminate flooring is never a good idea in a bathroom. Very quiet hotel. Excellent room service. Laptops in room, books for the kids all nice touches.

the hotel itself was great. However, I booked this hotel because it is close to the airport, and I was arriving late and leaving early to catch flights, and I thought this would be quicker and cheaper than staying in the city. Upon arrival at the airport after some time travelling, the taxis refused to take me to the hotel because of the free bus service; however the bus didn't show up for over half an hour! the times I did managed to get a taxi to and from the hotel, a minimum taxi fee for airport transfers didn't make it quite so cheap...

The hotel was very clean and pleasant and it was nicer than I had expected. The customer service was great and the people at the front desk went out of their way to help me. Breakfast was good, but I didn't get a chance to eat dinner there. The shuttle to and from the airport was VERY convenient, and the Metro stop down the street was easy to take to get right to the city center. My room was very comfortable and clean and overall, my stay was very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again!

	the reception staff the gentlemen who checked me in was very rude and when i called for information he answered again and was very rude made me feel very unwelcome at the hotel. however the staff memeber the next day was poliute at my checkout and helpfull

This is an excellent hotel. It is a nice size and well managed. The staff are very helpful and extremely polite. A shuttle service operates between the hotel and Madrid airport. I managed to find the 'Hotel Bus' area outside the terminal 1 fine - it's not the hotel's fault it's badly sign posted. So be ready to scope out that area yourself. Once you arrive there make sure you have the hotel's number to call for the shuttle - since it's unlikely, esp. late at night, to show up magically on its own! Rooms in the hotel are excellent: the design is fantastic. Small but very, very functional. Bathrooms are quite generous and well-appointed. The bar area is very good and, as a nice bonus, three PC terminals with broadband service are ready for use. The restaurant is the hotel's only weak spot. The food is ambitious - but not great. They'd be better sticking to basic dishes and making sure the food was hot etc. The breakfast is usual European mix of fruit and pastries and bread. I am giving this hotel a very good rating because of all the plus-points... but I shan't say too much about the scrambled eggs... these tasted like something from powedered versions my Dad still groans about from World War 2. So apart from that, book here with great confidence.

	Walls were paper thin, could hear everything from adjoining rooms, but it quieted down around midnight. Great bar menu to eat dinner with the kids, but hard to discover that this option even existed. But, still a great bargain for the family room, and room itself was very comfortable.

	The location was very convenient and the staff was effieicnt and helpful. The only problem we had was not being to regulate the heating and air conditioning.

	would be better if you had single occ rooms for 1 night as i had to pay for 2 nights or double occ for 1 night

	A funny name for a hotel where the TV does not work and there is no wireless access in the hotelrooms. A great plus: it has a non smoking floor of rooms. It needs to be upgraded and redone - but a ok place to spend the night before your next flight. The desk personnel is very nice. It does not include breakfast.

The transport at the Airport was excellent and thne ghentleman driving was extrmly helpful and friendly.I found the staff at the reception incredibly helpful and they really deserve to be congratulated.I was a little disappointed with the munu in the main restaurant as I would have liked something typical food from Spain but maybe next time. All in All a very pleasant experience and I will certainly use the Hotel on my next visit to Madrid.

	Good hotel close to airport with good shuttle service.

No brekfast included and the hotel breakfast is 15E(!). I recommend the local bakery/coffeshop one block from the hotel. Call the shuttle service direct after landing - otherwise you may have to wait for a looooong time. Eventhough it says on the hompage that High Tech have a shuttle to IFEMA, they don't. Take the local bus #112 (1E) or a cab (15E when ordered the hotel and 5-6E when you grab one on the street). To get into the town one can take bus #114 or #115 to the end station of the green metro line, and from there the metro. When going from town to the hotel after midnight, the night bus "N4" is to recommend (it stops 50 m from the hotel).

	Hotel was nice, we weren't there long...wake up call came on time, and cab was waiting. Nice and clean...shower looked wonderful...didn't have time to try and figure it out though!
