comments La habitacion era amplia y confortable, la atencion fue muy eficiente. El transfer hasta el aeopuerto estuvo a nuestro servicio cuando fue solicitado. Volveria a hospedarme en él ya que la linea de subte tan cercana me permitio moverme por todo Madrid facilmente.

comments The front reception was very kind and spoke decent english. The shuttle was very convenient and was perfect for getting to the airport free of hassles. However, the walls of the hotel are paper thin and I could hear every little noise. It was very difficult to sleep. The beds felt like I was sleeping on a slab of wood and the rooms are considerably smaller than they appear online. I got terrible sleep both nights I was there. I would probably look for a different hotel near the airport before I stayed here again.

comments We had a 5:30am flight out of Madrid and the shuttle service doesn't start until 6am. The night concierge was very helpful with getting a taxi, although the driver did seem to rip us off.

comments We booked this hotel to have a shuttle to the airport. However, the shuttle wasn't running for our early flight. We had to pay a taxi 16 euro for the very short drive to the airport. Also, the shower was so high tech that I bathed from the waist down only...couldn't figure out how to operate the thing! Travel adventures!

comments The staff was brusque in their service, and the locale of the hotel left nothing to speak of when it came to dining outside of their accomodations- unless you count tapas and a convenient store as "dining." I stayed twice there, and on both occasions I had to slam the room door shut because they wouldn't close properly, and they are miserly with the amount of hot water you can have in your shower. The thermostats in the rooms also require maintenence, not masking tape, but real work so you can actually turn them on.

comments The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed. Cool shower in the bathroom but laminate flooring is never a good idea in a bathroom. Very quiet hotel. Excellent room service. Laptops in room, books for the kids all nice touches.

comments the hotel itself was great. However, I booked this hotel because it is close to the airport, and I was arriving late and leaving early to catch flights, and I thought this would be quicker and cheaper than staying in the city. Upon arrival at the airport after some time travelling, the taxis refused to take me to the hotel because of the free bus service; however the bus didn't show up for over half an hour! the times I did managed to get a taxi to and from the hotel, a minimum taxi fee for airport transfers didn't make it quite so cheap...

comments The hotel was very clean and pleasant and it was nicer than I had expected. The customer service was great and the people at the front desk went out of their way to help me. Breakfast was good, but I didn't get a chance to eat dinner there. The shuttle to and from the airport was VERY convenient, and the Metro stop down the street was easy to take to get right to the city center. My room was very comfortable and clean and overall, my stay was very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again!

comments This is an excellent hotel. It is a nice size and well managed. The staff are very helpful and extremely polite. A shuttle service operates between the hotel and Madrid airport. I managed to find the 'Hotel Bus' area outside the terminal 1 fine - it's not the hotel's fault it's badly sign posted. So be ready to scope out that area yourself. Once you arrive there make sure you have the hotel's number to call for the shuttle - since it's unlikely, esp. late at night, to show up magically on its own! Rooms in the hotel are excellent: the design is fantastic. Small but very, very functional. Bathrooms are quite generous and well-appointed. The bar area is very good and, as a nice bonus, three PC terminals with broadband service are ready for use. The restaurant is the hotel's only weak spot. The food is ambitious - but not great. They'd be better sticking to basic dishes and making sure the food was hot etc. The breakfast is usual European mix of fruit and pastries and bread. I am giving this hotel a very good rating because of all the plus-points... but I shan't say too much about the scrambled eggs... these tasted like something from powedered versions my Dad still groans about from World War 2. So apart from that, book here with great confidence.

comments A funny name for a hotel where the TV does not work and there is no wireless access in the hotelrooms. A great plus: it has a non smoking floor of rooms. It needs to be upgraded and redone - but a ok place to spend the night before your next flight. The desk personnel is very nice. It does not include breakfast.

comments The transport at the Airport was excellent and thne ghentleman driving was extrmly helpful and friendly.I found the staff at the reception incredibly helpful and they really deserve to be congratulated.I was a little disappointed with the munu in the main restaurant as I would have liked something typical food from Spain but maybe next time. All in All a very pleasant experience and I will certainly use the Hotel on my next visit to Madrid.

comments No brekfast included and the hotel breakfast is 15E(!). I recommend the local bakery/coffeshop one block from the hotel. Call the shuttle service direct after landing - otherwise you may have to wait for a looooong time. Eventhough it says on the hompage that High Tech have a shuttle to IFEMA, they don't. Take the local bus #112 (1E) or a cab (15E when ordered the hotel and 5-6E when you grab one on the street). To get into the town one can take bus #114 or #115 to the end station of the green metro line, and from there the metro. When going from town to the hotel after midnight, the night bus "N4" is to recommend (it stops 50 m from the hotel).
