comments Fuimos un grupo de amigas y ocupamos la habitación de 6 plazas. La estancia fue muy cómoda, las camas muy confortables y al haber dos cuartos de baño en la habitación, no hubo problemas de utilización. También muy cómoda la ubicación tan céntrica del hotel. Recomendable.

comments some of the staff were nice, some didn't even say good morning. Every time i took a shower there was no hot water. i had to call front desk and wait 20 minutes for the hot water.

comments A grande vantagem deste hotel é a sua localização tão central. O que mais me desagradou foi o tamanho do quarto, muito pequeno. Cheirava também demasiado a tabaco, no primeiro dia. Agradeço o apoio do pessoal da recepção.

comments Very pleseant stay. A room on the fifth floor was great, we fit six people in a room without a problem. Free internet was GREAT for a group of teenage boys traveling. This hotel had a great location and I highly recommend staying here.

comments Las paredes no aislan los ruidos que hacen los vecinos de al lado al hablar o poner la tele ni los de los vecinos de arriba al levantarse y hablar con sus hijos.

comments El trato del personal excelente, sobre todo fenomenal la chica que atiende los buffet del desayuno un 10 por ella, respecto a la limpieza la habitación dejaba un poco que desear los cristales hacia semanas que no se limpiaban, el baño pequeño y las literas tercermundistas no tenían de escalerilla de acceso. La ubicación del hotel es buena, pero para ser un tres estrellas deja que desear. Sin embargo el trato del personal muy bueno. Un saludo

comments Pedimos una habitación triple y era muy pequeña para 3 personas. Llamé al hotel para preguntar si tenían parquing y me dijeron que no pero que tenian un acuerdo con uno vecino. Total que pagamos 45? por 2 dias de parking. El acuerdo era solo un descuento pequeño.

comments Great location! Family room recommended for families up to 5 members, but beware the stairs with small children. Minus for cleaning personnel which required a timeslot just during the 1 hour daysleep and never game back when we were out

comments El hotel es pequeño pero acojedor y está ubicado en el centro de la Gran Via por lo que es facil moverte en metro por Madrid. Lo unico malo que le veo al hotel es que esta situado en un calle estrecha.
