Hotel excesivamente caro para las instalaciones que posee. Afortunadamente en fin de semana tiene un 66% de descuento.
No servían cenas en fin de semana. El viernes sólo room service y la carta sólo mostraba helados y postres.
La ducha de hidromasaje no funcionaba como tal y las puertas estaban totalmente salidas por lo que el baño se llenaba de agua en cada ducha.
Los pasillos no son muy amplios para 4 estrellas y los muebles son antiguos.

La habitacion,bastante bien y comoda,pero muy mal por el holor nauseabundo a tabaco hasta en la ropa de las camas.Los anuncios en planta prohiben fumar.

We had a good stay in this nice hotel, with well furbished rooms, nice bathroom, good access to Madrid centre by Metro station nearby, shopping centre Alcala Norte is nearby

We were under the impression this hotel was at the Airport and that a shuttle was available. Not so, we had to pay 40 Euro for a van ride to the hotel.

bien comunicado, habitación espaciosa y aseo muy bien. Lo único fue que reservamos habitación triple para 3 amigas y la habitación era de dos camas de matrimonio.

The staff was cordial and helpful. The rooms were cleaned very efficiently. It was very nice to have free internet access in the room. The restaurant out in the front was great. We ate in the patio twice. The kids loved it.
