We were happy with the accomodation and facilities and the friendliness of all the staff. We would like to commend the young man on reception when we arrived. I think his name was Scott Allen and he was extremely helpful in helping us confirm our travel arrangements and access to the city etc. It was very refreshing to find such a helpful friendly young person.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was absolutely beautiful, although far from main attractions. A bus stop was right outside the door which made it easy to get to the metro. Unclear about directions as to which bus to take to get to the hotel, but other than that we had a pleasant stay and would return/recommend.

A comfortable modern hotel outside of the city but with an excellent bus service. Pleasant pool and friendly helpful staff.

Todo muy bien. La única pega es que la cama y las sabanas no eran de un hotel de 4 estrellas. En lacama sólo una sábana deshilachada y sin cojines ni colcha ni nada y las almohadas muy malas. (estuve en otro eurostars en este viaje y no hay punto de comparación).

Todo perfecto,el sitio perfecto para el descanso. Lo unico que le vi de pega que el horario del bar cafetería se queda con unas horas de cierre por la mañana en las que no puedes tomar nada y algo escasa la variedad de la carta. El trató del personal excelente. Muy recomedable
