Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena, ningun problema, muy buena la atencion, muy limpio, el personal es bastante agradable y atento y el hotel esta cerca de todo. Lo unico que se podria solicitar que se mejore un poco es la señal del wifi y subir un poco la calefaccion en el invierno

La ubicación excepcional si lo que quieres es moverte por el centro sin depender de metro y autobuses.
Se trata de un hotel sencillo pero muy limpio, con parket y sin la decoración de los sesenta.
Nuestra habitación era interior y no escuchamos ni un ruido ni medio, además fue el recepcionista quien nos lo aconsejo a pesar de que era una habitación con camas separadas, y la verdad, es que fue un acierto.
El hotel no lo recomendó una amiga, y fue un acierto. Si volvemos a Madird para movernos por el centro, reservaremos de nuevo en este hotel.

Room was a good size , very clean and comfortable. The hotel is at en excellent location. The walls are very thin and therefore it can be a bit noisy in the late evenings.Breakfast is very basic. Staff was extremely friendly. We will use this hotel for shure next time we visit Madrid.

Cumplió todas nuestas expectativas. Queríamos un hotel céntrico y buen precio. Nos tocó una habitación interior con lo que no escuchamos el ruido de la calle. El aseo estaba poco iluminado pero bien con una ducha hidromasaje.
El personal del hotel extraordinario en el trato. Nos guardaron el equipaje en la consigna del hotel sin problema.
Una buena opción y barata en pleno centro de Madrid.

El hotel estubo muy bien, trato del personal muy correcto, habitación triple espaciosa y limpia. la situación del hotel perfecta...ecima de la puerta del sol i a 5min caminando de la gran via, subiendo la calle del mismo hotel....bares i tapas i pubs tambien a 5min. Para lo que veniamos buscando fue el hotel idoneo.

el hotel esta situado perfectamente , ya habia estados otras veces alojada en dicho hotel , y todo fantastico , pero esta última vez la habitacion era horrorosa, pensamos q era una habitación de dos ya que solo habia una cama de matrimonio y como mi reserva era de tres nos abrieron un sofa cama incomodísimo que ocupaba toda la habitacion.El cuarto de baño pequeñisimo para tres

Holtel muy centrico, la habitación estaba muy cuidada y limpia, el personal de recepción inmejorable. El uncio fallo por asi decirlo, le haria falta un poquito más de luz en el baño, por lo demás totalmente recomendable!

Pese a las malas recomendaciones que vi en algunos foros de viajes, tengo que decir que el hotel tiene una situación perfecta, el personal es muy amable, la habitación estaba limpia, el baño reformado y no escuché ni un solo ruido (mi habitación daba a la calle), asi que totalmente recomendable.

Nos alojamos en el hotel EP Neptuno durante un congreso que tuvo lugar en Madrid. El personal de recepción nos atendió muy bien en todo lo que necesitamos (llegada, indicaciones sobre desplazamientos, solicitud de factura). La habitación era pequeña pero muy acojedora, limpia y confortable y tenía lo que habíamos pedido: camas separadas y balcón con vistas a la Puerta del Sol. El único inconveniente era el ruido de la calle por la noche, puesto que el hotel se encuentra una de las calles principales de ocio de la ciudad. El desayuno es completo y para nosotros fue una ventaja que se sirva a las 7.30h. En resumen, si alguna vez volvemos a Madrid, repetiremos.

The front desk gentleman was professional, friendly and helpful. The location was close to metro and popular square and easy to get to plaza del mayor (area i prefer). The price was reasonable and place was clean. I would recommend this place. There were other places cheaper in similar area but I don't know if they were within the same level of cleanliness so I'll give this a 4. But it was nice, convenient and comfortable.

The employes are very trained, and could resolve 90% of my problems. The only problem that I see, is that no have internet on the rooms.
For me, that works with internet, was a little complicated to do conference with some clients in the hall.
Taking the internet problem aways, was a very good stay in the Hotel.

El edificio y las instalaciones me parecen en buen estado. Pero lo que hace de este hotel un verdadero exito es la manera tan estupenda en que el staff te trata. Cada una de las personas en recepcion nos trataron excelente, me senti en casa. Si vas a Madrid, este es el hotel.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Hotel EP Neptuno. It is in a fantastic central location, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We got a rate of about £60 a night for a twin room and you can't really do better for a cheap city centre location. The hotel is 30 seconds walk from the metro and about 5 mins from loads of bars and tourist attractions.
All in all, a great stay in a fantastic city.

Hotel en pleno centro, lo que te permite ir a todos los sitios andando. La habitación amplia, limpia y al no dar la ventana a la calle completamente silenciosa, también el baño nuevo y amplio. Mejoraría algo el desayuno, los 5 euros me parecen algo caros. Personal agradable.

Estoy ambivalente... La atencion del personal, la habitacion, el bano y el desayuno son de primera... Eso me gusto mucho.
El hotel no es practico para una persona mayor... viaje con mi madre y fue dificil el maniobrar su silla de ruedas (pequena, liviana y plegable) por la estrechez de los pasillos...
No me gusta eso de tener que ir caleteando mis maletas por la avenida hasta donde me esperaba el taxi, si hubiera sabido eso antes de llegar al hotel, me voy a otro... es la primera vez que llego a un hotel que no tiene servicio de botones... y el andar cargando maletas no va conmigo...
Muchas gracias por el servicio prestado del cual no me quejo, que quede bien claro...
Me gusta la comodidad, pago por ella... Ya estoy advertida y a su hotel volvere sola, mientras viva mi madre ire a otro lugar...

For price and location you can't go wrong with this hotel. It's steps away from the Puerta del Sol and its Metro stop and was a very affordable place. The beds weren't the most comfortable but the staff was very friendly. I would recommend it to others.

Estuvimos en el hotel un fin de semana en julio de 20011 en una habitación triple, desde luego repetiremos, la situación es genial justo en la esquina de la plaza la cual podiamos ver desde la ventana, todas las instalaciones muy nuevas y cuidadas, limpieza super y el personal muy atento y amable.

Se trata de un hotel con prestaciones muy completas, totalmente renovado, muy limpio, en un lugar privilegiado tanto para visitas turísticas como de negocios o rabajo. Tiene bocas de metro, cercanías de renfe y taxis a escasos metros, muy próximo a paradas de autobús.
Queda al lado de cines, teatros, restaurantes...
Próximo al paseo del arte, Madrid de los austrias, Borbones, junto al Barrio de las Letras, Ateneo, Cítculo de las bellas artes.
Con un precio increíble.
Y lo más importane un trato exquisito que hace que te sientas como en casa y entre amigos.
También es interesante el perfil de los clientes, que siempre me han dado muestras de muy buena educación.

Ottima posizione in pieno centro, in una via pedonale vicinissimo alla Puerta del Sol e alla metro' Sol. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Hotel pulito ed accogliente con camere spaziose. Reception 24 h al giorno, personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio senz'altro, è un ottima base per visitare Madrid.

Estoy muy contenta tanto del hotel, como del servicio del personal. Muy buen precio que corresponde con las expectativas.Excelente localización que permite llegar andando hasta los museos, monumentos, el Parque del Retiro, etc. Existe la posibilidad de optar por habitación con vista a la calle o atrás, donde no hay ningún ruido.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana muy ameno y hemos aprovechado muy bien el tiempo ya que debido a la situación privilegiada del Hotel
todo está cerca y bien comunicado. Y aunque hay ruido en la calle si cierras la ventana y estás en un piso alto No se oye apenas. Posiblemente repetiremos.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay in the heart of Madrid. I would rate this hotel as three stars, as the standard of the room was suprizingly high. The room size are big, the bathroom was clean, the arconditioning was efficient. Ok, the TV was an old fashioned one, with 30cm diagonal, but I don`t care! CNN and German stations were avialable though. The stuff was friendly, the breakfast was not so glamorous, but you can find many good places for eat in the neighborhood. The "Sol" metro station is just 50 m away! I definitely would stay there again!

Ich war überrascht wie sauber alles ist. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde das Hotel durchaus wieder wählen wenn ich erneut nach Madrid komme. Bei Fragen oder Problemen standen einem die Mitarbeiter sofort zur Verfügung.

What a great deal right in downtown Madrid and very close to metro station for us 1st-timers coming from the aeropuerto. Room was very quiet. We're US residents so the smallish, euro shower was a new experience but sufficed. The desk staff was the best-they had some tourist advice for the area-very helpful. We tried our 3rd grade espanol and they spoke english. It is very safe just outside the hotel's doorstep. And the area is the heart of Madrid city so you can catch transportation, go to eat, visit museums and be close to your hotel. This is a good choice. We found it on the internet completely by chance and selected EP Neptuno based on customer reviews. almost forgot, great breakfast, continental style so you serve yourself at a buffet counter. The house staff were so nice to us.

All of the staff were kind and extremely helpful. Any questions I had they answered and if they didn't know the answer they researched and got the answer for me. The location was perfect, within 10 minute walk to several attrations. Right next to a metro entrance and a police station two doors down. The hotel was very clean and the room size was adequate with twin beds. The bed was small but only used the area to rest. Had a nice common room for breakfast and relaxing. Regular european breakfast. If you are not used to overseas travel things are different than the United States. Overall I was very pleased with my choice of accommodations from just randomly picking a hotel. I would definately stay there again. Thank you to the staff for making my vacation a great experience.

El hotel está muy bien para pasar unos dias. Mi estancia fue corta porque fue por motivos de trabajo pero estuvimos agusto. Lo único que la habitación daba a un patio interior y habia ruido de los motores de las calefacciones, pero por lo demás muy bien.

I had a lovely one night stay at Hotel Neptuno in May 2011. The stay was slightly marred by the fact that my blackberry was stolen by a pickpocket on the way to the hotel from the airport, but the desk was very helpful about where to find the nearest police station, how to access WiFi, etc. And the very central location made walking around the town centre a breeze. I'd definitely stay there again, but perhaps will be more careful of my possessions on the metro!

It's an excellent location in the centre of Madrid and very close to all touristic sites, reachable with very short walks.
The only defect is the night noise from the street, if you've a room on it.The staff is very gentle; the room and the common places are very clean, comfortable and characterized with a nice modern design.

Excellente! I have travelled a lot in my life. Your hotel is one of the ones I loved so much, I will always recommend it to my friends. Not only is your staff so sweet and helpful, I also loved that when you walk out of the hotel, you are in Sol. You can walk until you can no longer take a step, and you can just take a bus or subway and you are back. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Bravisimo...keep up the good work.

Excelente ubicación, en pleno centro de Madrid y bien cerca de la salida del Metro (SOL) alrededor tienes mucha vida comercial, venta de comida, tiendas y a una cuadra subiendo La Gran Vía!.. al llegar fui muy bien atendida me entregaron mi factura, tarjeta electrónica de la puerta, una notita con la clave del wifi y un mapa de la ciudad que incluía las líneas de metro. La habitación espaciosa, limpia al igual que el baño, calefacción en perfecto estado y TV además me gustó eso de tener neverita en la habitación con agua, cerveza o refrescos. En el desayuno podía escoger diferentes tipos de pan, queso, mermeladas, café, jugo, cereal, que es lo que usualmente se ofrece. Yo lo recomiendo, y de tener que quedarme en Madrid probablemente sería en este mismo hotel :)

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el Hotel, es excelente su ubicación, muy céntrica, los sitios de interés están cerca, el ambiente del hotel es bueno, tranquilo(excepto por el ruido de la calle en las habitaciones del frente), el trato del personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones están bien, la limpieza también.

Mi habitacion era pequeña pero comoda, mobiliario en buenas condiciones, baño pulcro. Pienso que el desayuno se debe mejorar, colocar mas opciones (iberico, serrano,quesos, variedad de frutas). Las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas, mi estancia fue tranquila a excepcion de una noche en la que hubo huespedes ruidosos, se escuchan las voces y los repiques de los moviles, como si estuvieran dentro de tu habitacion. La calle montera normal a pesar de que leí malas referencias sobre ella. Presencia policial constante en la puerta del sol y alrededores. El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto ayudar al turista. El hotel esta cerca de todo, excelente ubicacion. Lo recomiendo: si viajas con presupuesto ajustado y si tu intencion es conocer la ciudad durante el dia, y tener un lugar comodo y limpio para dormir y que ademas esta practicamente cercano a todo.

Das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis ist SUPER ! Die Lage vom Hotel ist genial. Leider war das 1ste Zimmer sehr lärmig, neben dem Lift. Das zweite Zimmer war etwas besser, aber immernoch sehr lärmig. Wir hätten aber bestimmt jeden Morgen das Zimmer wechseln können (aber 4x wäre zuviel gewesen :-) auf jeden Fall war die Reception SUPER LIEB und zuvorkommend (naja, die wussten wohl, dass wie lärmige Zimmer hatten). Zimmerausstattung sehr gut, bzw sauber und neues Bad, Boden, TV. Das Frühstück für 5 EUR inkl. war auch OK :-) Ich würde wieder dieses Hotel buchen und weiterempfehlen.

we stayed at Neptuno for only one night, saturday, due to layover of flights. It was contemporary and clean. We are light sleepers and asked for a room in the back - we were assured that the room we had would be quiet and it was not. Other than that, the stat at Neptuno was fine.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, y el personal muy agradable y atento. La habitación es más bien grande, y la cama (matrimonial) de buen tamaño y calidad. Muy cómoda. En cambia, mucho espacio perdido e inútil en la habitación, comparándolo con el tamaño del cuarto de baño, demasiado pequeño. Somos tallas 40 y 46, y no costó movernos en el cuarto de baño, entonces ni imaginos para unas personas hasta con un ligero sobrepeso... Es una lástima que el suelo de la habitación no lleve alfombras, porque cuando vas descalzos no es muy agradable. El desayuno : bien, mucho para elegir, pero todo muy industrial. pero para el precio tampoco se puede esperar más. Lo principal es que comas! Y el ambiente general : todo limpio, pero se escucha mucho a la gente en los pasillos y las habitaciones de al lado, o sea que hay que llevar tapones para los oídos si se quiere dormir. En general : calidad-precio : muy bien, para una noche está bien, no hay que quejarse.

El hotel se encuentra en pleno centro, al lado de la puerta del Sol y a 50 metros de la estación del metro. La atención en la recepción fue perfecta, con un trato muy amable y servicial.
La habitación era muy bonita, limpia y tranquila. Destaca con respecto a otros hostales el baño, muy superior a la media. Quizas podría mejorar un poco el servicio de desayuno, pero de todas formas estaba bien.

This is an excellent small hotel to stay in if you want to be in the center of Madrd (literally - as it is within steps of the Puerta del Sol). I asked for a quiet room which I got and was very happy during the short stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was adequate with excellent fresh ground and brewed coffee. I have stayed at other hotels in Madrid and for convience and price I will be booking here again. Great little hotel in a walking zone, steps away from the Sol Metro!

Excelente relación calidad/precio teniendo en cuenta su ubicación, instalaciones, servicios y trato ofrecidos.
Es la segunda vez que estoy y si surge la necesidad por trabajo o vacaciones seguramente repetiré de nuevo.
Aspectos a mejorar:
-En contra de lo indicado, no todas las habitaciones tienen ducha con hidromasaje (la 1ª vez si, en esta 2ª no).
-En contra de lo indicado en la reserva, la televisión es TDT normal y no satélite.
-Mejorar mantenimiento en algunas habitaciones. La mia presentaba reparaciones en la pared sin aplicarle una mano de pintura que lo adecentara un poco.
-Desayuno suficiente aunque algo pobre y con demasiada bolleria industrial. Se agradecería que algo de la bolleria fuera fresca y un poco mas de detalle en su presentación (zumos de Lidl, magdalenas y agua de Makro, pan de molde Aliada que si bien estan muy buenos y no pongo en duda su calidad, no deja de ser un detalle, bajo mi punto de vista, a mejorar).
No obstante, 100% recomendable.
Nos veremos de nuevo.

En mi opinión, teniendo en cuenta que el hotel está al lado de la puerta del Sol, el precio es bastante económico y su situación inmejorable.
La atención en la recepción fue perfecta, con un trato muy amable y servicial.
La habitación estaba bastante bien.
Lo único que no me gustó fue la actitud de la mujer que se encargaba de la limpieza del comedor, ya que, en mi opinión no realizaba bien su trabajo.

La relación calidad precio es muy alta. Es un hotel muy económico que no tiene nada que envidiar a otros que le doblan en precio.
La ubicación es perfecta para alguien que quiera estar en pleno centro de madrid y bien comunicado al tener la estación de sol (y otras) muy cerca.
He estado muchas veces, y por poner una pega, según el "vecino" que te toque, si es ruidoso, se le oye bastante. Aunque como digo, eso pasa en otros hoteles más caros también.
Las habitaciones están bastante bien, reformadas no hace mucho.
En mi opinión, muy recomendable por un precio muy razonable.

Quem entra pela Calle Montera não dá nada. A porta é pequena, o barulho da rua é imenso. Quando entramos no quarto ficamos surpresos: o quarto era amplo, silencioso, quentinho - estávamos em pleno inverno madrilenho - e tinha móveis suficientes. Ponto fraco para o box do banheiro, que vazava água durante o banho. Mas nada que não se pudesse contornar. A limpeza é muito boa, com toalhas e roupa de cama sempre abundantes e em ordem. O tratamento da portaria é ótimo e familiar, e a localização do hotel é nota 10 - próxima de todos os pontos turísticos importantes de Madrid, e principalmente do metro. Relação custo/benefício bem equilibrada. Recomendo.

Me ha sorprendido muy gratamente el hotel, la ubicación y sobre todo la habitación que se nos adjudicó. La 501 es muy coqueta y bonita.
Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días en la capital. Espero que en años venideros podamos volver a contar con dicha habitación y que todo continúe en los mismos términos.
Solo una pega. Lo tremendamente caro que es el parking de la plaza del Carmen. Pero eso no es dependencia de ustedes.

Creo que la unica cosa que el hotel deve mejorar es el desayuno, pues, sin embargo la variedad, parte significativa de las opciones es industrializada y no natural. La sala del deasayuno tambien es calida por no haver calefacion.
Todo el resto fue muy bueno, en que de destacan la limpieza, el staff amable, la ubicacion practica, el cuarto y el baño amplos.

Calidad/precio=satisfecho.La entrada al hotel es un poco angosta, no es nada vistosa .El recepcionista es un muchacho muy agradable y atento.La limpieza de las habitaciones es correcta.La zona habilitada para los desayunos es muy agradable y el desayuno es muy variado. La ubicación del hotel para visitar Madrid es inmejorable. Lo malo:hay una comisaria de policía a 50 metros, en el que las patrullas salen con la sirena puesta a la hora que sea; y la calle por la noche es ruidosa,la gente pasa gritando o moviendo contenedores.Repetiría, pero me llevaría tapones. Estuvimos el mes de noviembre en el Hotel Neptuno durante un fin de semana y lo recomendamos 100%. Tuvimos la suerte de tener una habitación con vistas a la Puerta del Sol, con techo de madera, muy espaciosa y limpia, baño con hidromasage, y minibar con bebidas a precio super económico. Sirven desayuno continental, hay un espacio wifi con sofás y el personal del hotel es muy eficaz y encantador. La próxima vez que vayamos a Madrid repetiremos.

El hotel esta muy bien, el baño genial con ducha de hidromasaje. El desayuno tiene bastante variedad y buen horario hasta las 11 pero se queda sin leche rápido.
Lo único que se podría mejorar es la insonorizacion de las habitaciones o poner ventanas dobles porque estábamos en el 4º piso y aún así el ruido de la calle montera se notaba mucho.

Quedamos muy satisfechos con la atención brindada en el hotel. El personal ha sido sumamente atento y cálido. Las instalaciones se encuentran en un óptimo estado de conservación y ha sido en general muy confortable. Solo dos observaciones personales: Nos hemos alojado en un tercer piso y aún así el ruido de la calle con las ventanas cerradas ha sido muy fuerte y molesto a quien tiene sueño liviano. Por otro lado (y esto es algo que posiblemente sea costumbre de cada país) las almohadas enteras y finitas no han sido del todo confortables.

El lugar y las atenciones super estupendas ,la limpieza merece un 10 y mi unica molestia son los ruidos (me toco a la calle de Montera )las ventanas tienen que ser blindadas , el resto muy bien .
El trato es muy familiar y eso nos gusta a la mayoria .

Estuve en el Hotel durante este mes de Septiembre, la habitación era excelente, muy comoda; la ubicación del hotel es ideal; cerca de la mayoria de los lugares turisticos de interes. La gente de la recepción es súper atenta, me ayudaron a organizar las salidas turisticas con mucha amabilidad. Sin dudas, volvere a hospedarme alli cuando vuelva a Madrid. Gracias!!

Muy buena situación, en el mismo centro de Madrid. Habitación silenciosa, buen baño y buena cama. La entrada al hotel desmerece lo que luego encuentras en su interior. Desayuno correcto, con bolleria,cereales, tostadas y embutidos. Además de zumos, yogurt, leche, cafe, etc. El único inconveniente fue que el brazo de la ducha no quedaba sujeto al aplique del baño.

l'albergo gode di una posizone centralissima (puerta del sol) ed è a due passi dalla stazione della metropolitana SOL. La stanza era spaziosa e fondamentale si è rivelata la presenza del condizionatore in camera, considerato che a madrid c'erano 45 gradi. Spazioso anche il bagno con la doccia idromassaggio. Unico neo la colazione... senza infamia e senza lode... il giorno dopo abbiamo deciso di fare colazione fuori. Personale della reception molto cortese e disponibile.

Es un hotel muy céntrico y bien atendido en recepción. Tiene todo lo necesario en la habitación, pero le falta "algo" en la cafetería para los desayunos, y sería mejor si las habitaciones estuvieran mejpr aisladas (se oye mucho el pasillo. En general bastante bueno para su precio.

El hotel estaba correcto, pero cuando llegamos la habitacion estaba abierta de para en par, habria unos 35 grados, el aire no funcinaba correctamante del todo, hasta que pasaron un par de horas alli no se podia respirar, no obstante estaba limpio y correcto, el hotel deberia tener algun acuerdo con un parking, de todas formas volvere.

Loved the location....staff was very friendly....room was very clean! Biggest challenge was the temp was close to 100 degrees and the AC was on full blast (barely running) and the room was incredibly hot....staff came to look at it 4 times and that was as cold as the room was going to get. Great choice in a cooler time of the year....

Perfecto trato y servicio. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y me he sentido como en un hotel de más estrellas. La pequeña entrada a la recepción engaña, puesto que las habitaciones y baños (al menos en la que yo estube) son muy amplias.
El desayuno bufet también me pareció muy correcto.
En definitiva, si necesito volver a alojarme por la zona de Madrid - Sol, sin dudar repetiré estancia, puesto que su precio es muy competitivo.

I spent three days at Hotel Neptuno during June 2010. The hotel location is definitely a plus: just a few steps from Puerta del Sol, from which all important locations can be easily reached.
Things started particularly well for me: even though I had reserved for a single-bed room, I was given a double room. I guess I was lucky because of June being low-season in Madrid. The room itself was nice and spacious and the bathroom was also modern and spacious. The furniture and appliances were in very good shape. A minor problem was that the shower handle support was broken and I had to manage myself to fix the stream to a usable position. The air conditioning and the TV worked fine. Breakfast was also fine (no surprises here-just the traditional continental buffet thing), though the room in which it is served seemed a little small to me, considering the Hotel size. Nevertheless, I had no problem at all having breakfast as there were few guests in the Hotel during my stay. Breakfast was included in my fare; otherwise I would have found it kind of pricey.
The morning of the second day I woke up to realize that there was no hot water, so I had a cold water shower before getting down to the counter to find out what was going on. The staff knew already about the problem: it was due to a broken heater that was affecting an entire area of the hotel. They were friendly and helpful and told me that since the heater would take a while to repair, they were relocating the affected guests into other rooms. Again, I was given a double room in spite of only being paying for a single. The second room was as spacious and nice as the first one, and this time the shower handle support worked fine.
Overall, I consider to have received a good, kind service, and I definitely recommend Hotel Neptuno for a visit to Madrid. I for sure would stay here again.

Nice and small hotel. Breakfast was good, employees were nice. The room had a view towards 2 walls and a pipe, but we were tired enough to use the hotel only for sleeping, so the view was not a problem for us.
The location right in the center of the city is an advantage.

A clean hotel, with friendly helpful staff and an excellent location (i.e. close to the metro station and Puerto Del Sol). The breakfast was pretty basic (cereal, toast, fruit) as was the room (okay beds, air con, tiny TV, massage shower/no bathtub). Nice to have free wifi in the common area (none in room). Overall, decent value for the price (approx 50 euros).

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel , location and the whole setup. Hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms were adequate. Showers modern standard. Perhaps ask for an extra pillow as the one provided is very small. Staff helpfull and friendly. Breakfast basic but ok . All in all I would definately return. The location of the hotel couldn't be more central , many sites in walking distance .

No podria estar mejor situado, a menos de 1 minuto de la puerta del sol. El desayudo adecuado a un hotel de dos estrellas. La habitacion y el baño tenian una bonita y agradable estetica. El unico inconveniente la insonorizacion entre habitaciones. El personal del hotel, tanto recepcion como el servicio de habitaciones, muy profesionales y agradables. En el futuro volveremos por alli.

El unico comentario, sera le de la poca amabilidade con que la señora des desayuno nos a habldo. Pretendiendo que no hubieramos debido ponernos 3 personas en 2 mesas, sabiendo que son mesas para 2 personas. Como aun no hemos acabado de comer que lla nos quita el plato.
Fuera este incidente, vuestro hotel me encanta.

We were pleased with our stay, altough we arrived very late due to the flight delays we were nicely welcomed, the room was quite calm, comfortable, we enjoyed the simple but varied breakfast, the smiling staff.It is also worth mentioning the good location of the hotel and a nice room rate.(see the article we wrote on trip advisor :"une bonne surprise pour mes 60 ans ")

Gostei muito do hotel e do serviço. Está muito bem localizado e as pessoas são muito simpáticas. O quarto estava muito limpo, sendo, no entanto, um pouco pequeno. Uma óptima escolha!

Buena relación calidad-precio, y excelente relación ubicación-precio. El lugar perfecto donde alojarse cuando lo que uno necesita es simplemente un sitio donde dormir cómodamente y, el resto del tiempo, no perderse detalle de lo más entretenido y pintoresco del centro de Madrid. El trato dispensado por los empleados del hotel es, además, impecable.

Myself and my friends had a brilliant stay at the hotel, it had the perfect location, we had a quiet room, the room was cleaned every day and the bathroom was modern and nice. It was also handy that we did not have to get taxis home at night time when we went out, we could just walk home. If I am ever staying in Madrid with friends again I will definitely be staying here.

Location is perfect, room's are new and clean, stuff is very polite...
Only problem I had was view, but it was my first trip to Madrid so I wasn't spending that much time in hotel. But I am sure that they have rooms with good view.

Situado muy centrico,la habitacion muy correcta y el baño con ducha de chorros.Todo limpisimo.
Pero lo mejor, el trato del personal.El recepcionista nos resolvio todas las dudas de ubicacion que le planteamos, incluso nos acompaño, lo dicho una maravilla.
Por supuesto lo recomendaremos a todos los amigos que tengan que visitar Madrid.

La situación del Hotel es inmejorable, cerca de todo. La habitación era sencilla pero limpia. La única pega es que las paredes son de papel y se oye absolutamente todo de las habitaciones vecinas. El desayuno básico pero suficiente para empezar la jornada. El personal del Hotel fue siempre muy agradable y atento. Buena relacion calidad/precio.

La habitación era un poco pequeña por tanto no había espacio para colocar la televisión entonces estaba colocada muy alta y se veia de forma poco cómoda. La limpieza excelente nada más me gustaria añadir un detalle no me gustaron las cortinas que había en la bañera se podría sustituir por algo mas moderno e higiénico (aunque estaba limpias). La gente muy agradable, atenta y educada en todo momento y el desayuno sencillo con un bue café.

La posizione dell'albergo è perfetta per visitare Madrid, a pochi passi dalla metro Sol. Le stanze sono semplici, ma pulite, e la doccia con idromassaggio è un sollievo dopo ore di cammino per le vie di Madrid! Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ero con due amiche, e ci siamo trovate benissimo, se tornassi a Madrid alloggerei nuovamente in questo albergo, e lo consiglio a chi vuole risparmiare un po', ma senza rischiare brutte sorprese.

Me pareció un Hotel muy bontio.
El trato por parte de los trabajadores del hotel fue muy cordial en todo momento nos orientaron en cualquier duda sobre la ciudad.
Como punto en contra decir que por las noches cuesta dormir por el ruido, y si te pasas un día entero andando por la ciudad llegas con ganas de descanar.

Es un hotel pequeño, renovado y limpio. Aceptable para su categoría. Bien situado en el centro de Madrid. Adolece de un vestíbulo demasiado pequeño y carece de sala de estar donde poder meterse sin tener que ser en la habitación.

La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. El trato es bueno, las habitaciones suficientemente amplias y el salón para el desayuno, agradable. Detalles negativos: los tabiques son muy finos y se escuchan claramente las conversaciones del vecino. Los chorros de hidromasaje de la ducha no funcionaban.
Aparte de eso, todo correcto.

Todo muy bien, relación calidad precio, genial. Ambiente tranquilo, aunq de noche se oía algún ruído (lógico al estar en pleno centro) la estancia fue muy tranquila, fuimos una familia con un niño de 13 años y muy bien, aunque reservamos una habitación triple y la segunda cama era un sofá cama, nos esperabamos una cama pequeña, pero bueno era bastante cómoda. Al lado del hotel se encuentra la policía municipal y la calle es muy tranquila. El desayuno buffet, sencillo, pero suficiente. Trato amable y nada de ruidos del resto de habitaciones. Habitaciones amplias y una ubicación más que perfecta.

La habitacion era basica, pero impecable - muy limpia. La fachada y la entrada del Hotel necesitan un poco de "amor" ya que desde afuera parece que el hotel es de menor calidad de lo que las habitaciones muestran.

Hotel muy recomendable. La localización es perfecta. Personal muy amable y el trato es excelente y muy cordial. Nos guardaron las maletas incluso después de abandonar la habitación durante unas horas hasta el regreso al aereopuerto. Habitacion muy bonita, limpia, y muy comfortable. Sin duda volveré a repetir.
