	I found all the staff to be helpful, but one in particular was wonderful in helping me connect with a friend via telephone (I don't speak enough Spanish to have negotiated calling her hostel on my own) and she was also very kind in helping me with the police after my wallet was stolen. My room was pleasant and the hotel was in a good location for wandering about the center.

	Very good hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast but disappointed that in Spain of all places (where one always looks forward to delicious coffee at breakfast), there was an automatic instant coffee machine. Small point but still a little disappointing...

	Decent/Comfortable facilities with Good location. Buffet Breakfast is ok too, tho savoury dishes are very salty. Bfast hours (7.30-10am) could be extended to later tho, to beyond 10am.

	A very comfortable hotel in a quiet street; ideal for the museums and Atocha station and the rest of central Madrid can be covered from here on foot.

	Hotel cercano a todo, muy bien comunicado. Sitio tranquilo, habitaciones sencillas pero muy bien decoradas y con detalles y todo muy limpio. Seguro que repito.

	meal service including room service is very expensive; the hotel is in a great location and is very comfortable. There is a computer for use of guests but it is expensive and time is only sold in one hour blocks.

	Everything at the hotel was quite OK -- but the single room I booked was the tiniest hotel room I've ever seen...

The hotel was delightful. I stayed 10 days as part of a business trip, and found nothing to complain about. Perhaps, though, other guests could learn to be considerate when rolling in (drunk) at 6.00am! The hotel is central to the main sights, clean, comfortable with excellent breakfast, and very helpful and efficient staff. I would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid and I will certainly use it again.

El hotel muy bien y además en el mismo centro. Fuimos con mi hijo de 2 años y nos pusieron una cama supletoria y una de matrimonio y aún así la habitación era muy amplia. La chica granadina de recepción un amor, super atenta, nos facilitó muchisimo la visita del zoo, de donde cojer el metro...Lo único que no me pareció bien fue que cada desayuno tenía un precio, podian unificarlos en el precio y poder elegir lo que quisieras.Nos sentimos muy a gusto somos riojanos y se respiraba aire de nuestra tierra en las fotos, los caramelos... detalles. Muchas gracias por todo. Volveremos.

	Parking is only for small cars !! The Hotel is nice and very clean,and only five minutes from Museums.

excellent though front desk staff hit and miss graciousness-wise. apples in bowls on every floor. was delighted on first day, thinking i'd have one a day just like the doctor says. then all bowls were empty for the rest of my visit. i know because I walk the stairs, therefore see everyfloor. My suggestion: raising expectations and disappointing is worse than not raising them. do it well or not at all.
