comments Todo perfecto , pero un comentario cuando entrabas al lavabo se notaba un olor muy desagradable a desague creo que podrian poner algun ambientador para evitarlo.

comments En realidad la estancia fue en el Hotel Victoria porque nos dijeron que tenían habitaciones inundadas en El Pasaje. En el Victoria todo muy bien y una relación calidad-precio excelente. Además su ubicación es perfecta porque se encuentra en la misma Puerta del Sol. Muy cercano a la mayoría de sitios de interés turístico. En lo referente a las instalaciones, bien. La más importante es que todo se ve perfectamente limpio y las habitaciones son muy confortables. Un aseo perfecto. El desayuno (que nos incluía) se realizaba en el restaurante de al lado, que se entra por el hall del hotel, y es muy surtido. Muy bien. En resumen, un muy buen hotel para fines turísticos o de corta estancia. Si volviera a Madrid no dudaría en volver a alojarme allí. Totalmente recomendable.

comments We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very central but quiet hotel. We cannot speak highly enough of our receptionists, who could not have been more helpful in all respects. She recommended a Flamenco evening and booked it for us, which was the absolute highlight of our holiday.

comments Excellent location very near Sol Metro and perfect for sightseeing. Room is very clean and decoration is nice. Good value for money. Breakfast was is good and exceed my expectation. I found a bit problem locating the Hotel when I arrived because I didn’t aware that it is so near from Sol Metro. Will definitely recommend to friend.

comments Perfecta ubicación a escasos metros de la Puerta del Sol de Madrid. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, confortables y pulcras. El baño con secador y de presencia actual, viene con su set de baño incorporado. Todas las habitaciones tienen nevera para que puedas colocar tus bebidas, caja fuerte personal, televisor plano y aire acondicionado. La calle es peatonal y tranquila y no se oyen apenas ruidos. Incluye desayuno bien surtido, en un hotel de su misma propiedad solo doblando la esquina. La conserjeria casi siempre esta cerrada, pero con que llames al interfono, en escasos 2 minutos como mucho, tienes alguien alli para atenderte, muy amables todos. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

comments albergo estremamente pulito e comodo (posizione centralissima rispetto alla città a 1 minuto a piedi dalla metro SOL). personale cortese ed educato. ci siamo trovati molto bene..l'unica "pecca" l'aria condizionata che soffia direttamente sul letto senza avere la possibilità di cambiare la direzione..per il resto lo consiglio vivamente

comments Gostei muito das instalações do hotel, do atendimento na recepção e achei interessante a opção do pic-nic para os hóspedes que precisam viajar em regresso antes do horário do café da manhã. Estavamos em grupo de quatro pessoas e ficamos todos muito satisfeitos!

comments Excellent location very near many tapas bars; the hotel's also on a traffic free street so noise is minimal. Room was a little on the small side, but had a fridge and a good bathroom, no tea / coffee making facilities though. Very helpful receptionist and good breakfast in nearby sister hotel. We'd come back.

comments Could not be more central literally 50m walk from the Sol metro station. We got a street Which was seriously noisy room. You can not have everything though, the Spanish go all night! A handsome Breakfast is provided but not in the Hotel 20m walk in a lovely cafe ajoining another Hotel. Sheets etc. Clean rooms bathroom. If your looking for a quiet spot this is not it or use earplugs. Its location is it big plus.

comments Positive comments: the hotel was in a great location, the room was nicely decorated, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast provided was excellent. Negative comments: we had requested a wake up call for the morning of our departure and did not receive it, due to the cafe/bar on the street, there was a lot of noise until 5 to 6 am each morning, we were in a street front room, one floor up from the street.

comments Hotel extrêmement bien placé à proximité de tout. Chambre très propre et en bonne état, certes petite mais ça n'a pas d'importance. Chambre au calme sur cour. TV, Internet et frigo tout le confort pour un prix économique. Petit hotel avec une réceptionniste un peu froide au début puis charmante, l'interphone pour l'appeler fonctionne très bien et elle arrive dans la seconde. Sympa, sobre et beau, très bien situé, super propre bref un petit hotel où je reviendrai !!

comments We stayed for a couple of nights at El Pasaje and we feel that things couldn't been better. Excellent price/quality relation and its localization is absolutely P-E-R-F-E-C-T. Just two steps aside Puerta del Sol, you are at the very core of Madrid. We had read some remarks about people complaining about the noise coming from the streets but, at least for us, our room (#304) was absolutely soundproof. The rooms are, has you should expect, very small but very clean and build up in modern materials, with A/C, flat TV and a small safe for your most valuable belongings. Micaela, the receptionist, was very professional and attentive. But, you better sharpen up your Spanish skills to establish communication with her and almost all the Micaela's in Madrid... comments First off, we had booked a room with the El Pasaje, but when we arrived there were told to go to the Victoria, just down the street, instead. Next, the desk staff at the Victoria were unfriendly and monumentally unhelpful (as in giving answers such as "the only grocery is far away" when in fact there is a little one almost directly across the street and a real one just around the corner, or "there are no sherry bars nearby" when we found one within a three minute walk.) Then, the room we got was on the top floor (once an attic), and while it had character, you could easily bang your head on the ceiling and you couldn't see out the window unless you stood on a chair. Breakfast was punch-a-button-machine-made coffee and bread passing itself off as a croissant and cereal with room-temperature pitchers of milk. But all of the foregoing would have been forgivable had it not been for the dreadful thing they called a bed, which consisted of one flat pillow for two people (they did give us another upon our request) and a very, very cheap mattress that swayed like a bucking bronco anytime a sleeper made the slightest move. Maybe a person could stand it if alone, but definitely not passable for two people. We might have gotten three hours sleep altogether. In the room's favor, it did have a mini fridge, a safe and a hairdryer, and was conveniently located by many tapas bars and not far from the Metro. Wifi was available in the lobby only.

You had booked a room in El Pasaje, a 3star hostal but, unfortunatelly, due to some maintenance problems, we had to accommodate you in hotel Victoria 4, a 3star hotel from our same company. Therefore, your reservation was upgraded from a hostal to a hotel. We are sorry to hear that the reception staff was unfriendly, as we always try to do our best to help our customers. Breakfast is the served in Café de Levante and it is the same restaurant for hotel Victoria 4 & El Pasaje. If you did not like the room, you could have told us so we could have shown you another room to be changed to. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant stay, but look forward to welcoming you some other time so you can have a better experience. Kind regards, THE MANAGEMENT

comments habitacion y baños pequeños pero modernos, limpios y bien distribuidos. el servicio muy bueno, aire acondicionado difidil de regulas (se pasa ago de frio) gran minibar para poder rellena tu mismo. camas muy comodas, ambiente silencioso por la noche. en definitiva, todo muy bien. P.D.: el buffet desayuno era muy completo y todo muy bueno!!!!!!!!!

comments Mi opinion personal sobre la estancia en el hostal ha sido muy buena, no tiene nada que envidiar a ningun hotel de la zona, las habitaciones muy modernas, el baño un tanto pequeño, pero calidad y precio inmejorable, yo me esperaba algo peor pero me he llevado una muy buena impresion, si vuelvo a madrid no duraria volver al mismo hostal, saludos desde tenerife.

comments Al llegar no habían limpiado la habitación todavía (y ya eran las 14). Nos fuimos a comer, pero luego tuvimos que esperar hasta las 17 a que llegara la recepcionista. Además, la calefacción / aire acondicionado no funcionaba o era muy complicado. Por cierto que la zona es muy ruidosa durante las fines de semana.
