Hotel was modern and clean, staff where frendly and willing to help, located directly outside metro station so anyone heading here from airport save you self a the money and catch Metro only 2 Euros pp, very easy to use. Located a 10 min walk from city centre, not in your most touresty area but located close to some fantastic restaunts and bars for any one who is game...we loved our stay :)

El hotel nos ha encantado,esta muy bien,habitaciones grandes y comodas,ademas de que el precio no es muy alto,y esta en el centro del madrid.Nos gusto mucho.

Clean, big room, very helpful providing a baby cot. Space for pram in lift, friendly staff, good location for walking into town (15 mins).

A lovely room with one of the largest beds I've seen. Only downside was that the door to the bathroom does not seal completely so the bathroom lacks privacy.
