	Centrico, limpio, se oyen ruidos en el pasillo pero por la noche es tranquilo, el personal excelente y aunque estuvimos en la ola de frio, en la habitación tuvimos algo de calor.

Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo ..Camere belle e pulite ,il bagno IN CAMERA e grande ( c'e' anche il bidet ...non sempre si trova fuori dall'italia ) ..ottimo anche il buffet della colazione ..in reception sono gentili e disponibili a quasiasi richiesta ...L'ubicazione dell'hotel e l'ideale per raggiungere il centri di maggior interesse ,eventualmente a 100 mt , c'e' la comodissima e efficentissima metro'.praticamente tutto ok ...

	Hotel magníficamente situado en el corazón de Madrid. La parada del metro cerquísima, nada de ruidos desde la habitación. El cuarto de baño estaba totalmente reformado y nuevo, lo cual nos sorprendió muy gratamente. Volveríamos a alojarnos sin duda alguna.

	Nuestra estadia fue perfecta. El lugar es precioso, muy limpio, la ubicacion no puede ser mejor. El personal de recepcion es de lo mas amable, y hasta nos proporcionaron un corgador de celular q nos faltaba. La verdad que no podria haber sido mejor todo, el lugar parece 5 estrellas. I found the hotel Cason del Tormes in the Arthur Frommer's guide. It is a wonderful hotel, walking distance to every area of Madrid and the metro, clean, and quiet. Even though it is so centrally located, it is quiet at night because of its location. The service was wonderful and the prices unbeatable. The desk clerks are helpful and personable. It is hard to find a hotel in Europe, so clean, so centrally located, for that price. My husband and I feel we found a hidden treasure in Madrid and are planning to stay there often.

Aunque la verdad pase muy poco tiepo en el hotel, ya que tooodo el día estaba paseando, fue una estancia muy tranquila, no hubo ruidos de mas en las noches o en las mañanas; el desayuno era variado, abundante y bien presentado; la atención del personal, siempre amable y cordial, y la limpieza magnifica, lo cual era muy importante ya que las instalaciones de los baños estaban un poco antiguas y el desgaste podía confundirse con suciedad. Lo mejor la ubicacion en medio de todo pero en un rinconcito alejado del ruido, cerca al metro y a los principales sitios de interés si te apetece caminar. Muy bien en general si solo deseas descansar.

En nuestro viaje a Europa hicimos reserva de hoteles por internet sin tener la mas mínima informacion de estos. Encontramos a Cason del Tormes en Madrid, e ibamos con la espectativa, pero sorpresa nos llevamos al ver que no nos equivocamos. Hicimos reservas para dos habitaciones y puedo decir libre y francamente que estas eran muy confortables. Los baños como nuevos, el reservicio en general del hotel lo podriamos calificar de 1 a 5, siendo 5 como excelente, 5. Gracias muchas gracias a todos los integrantes del hotel por tan buen servicio.
