comments Buena ubicación, pero el ascensor apenas funciona, la habitacion que me dieron daba a la escalera que es de madera, y por lo tanto el ruido del hotel, de subir y bajar escaleras no permite dormir

comments La ubicación fue excelente, a pocas calles de la Puerta del Sol y de la Plaza mayor. La habitación muy limpia, pero muy caliente por no tener aire acondicionado. El elevador falló 3 veces y estuve en el 7o. piso.

comments The hotel was in excellent location. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. But the hotel was extremely noisy from inside (people were slamming the doors which made earthquake like feeling, you could here every conversation ) and from outside - it was noisy 24 hours a day: until 4am you could hear people screaming , talking loud and at 7am you could hear working people outside. I loved Madrid, I was happy anyways, but I had terrible experience with the hotel noise.

comments Excellent location. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants/ tapas bars close by. All main sites within walking distance. There was a large party (class) of teenagers who were quite noisy, so was glad we were away from the lift/stairwell.

comments Este hotel esta muy bien situado, en el centro. Pero referente al hotel: los recepcionistas muy antipaticos, habitaciones muy ruidosas y le faltaba una capa de pintura y lampisteria.
