Estimado cliente: Gracias por haber elegido Muralto para su estancia en Madrid y por hacernos llegar sus comentarios. Me alegra saber que los servicios han estado a la altura de sus expectativas. En relación a los precios de nuestro garaje, hemos decidido no incrementarlos para el año 2012, aún teniendo en cuenta que los aparcamientos públicos en nuestra zona están por encima de nuestros precios diarios ( más de 28 €). Estimada Sra. Folch: Gracias en primer lugar por hacernos llegar sus comentarios en relación a su estancia con nosotros y por haber elegido Muralto para su estancia en Madrid. Efectivamente el apartamento que hemos podido asignarles en esta ocasión ha sido el que correspondería al tipo de reserva realizad, es decir, para 2 personas. En otras ocasiones en función de la disponibilidad, hemos podido asignarles los apartamentos grandes, dirigidos especialmente para familias y estancias de 3 o 4 personas. Lamentablemente en estas fechas no disponíamos de apartamentos más grandes para ofrecerles y siento que la satisfacción no haya sido la misma. Si lo desea, para la siguiente estancia en Muralto, independientemente del medio que utilice para realizar su reserva, puede enviarme un email e intentaremos asignarle un apartamento más grande, en función de la ocupación de esos días. Con respecto a la cafetería, estaría muy agradecido si pudiera especificar si se refiere al restaurante de la esquina del edificio o a nuestro servicio de desayuno buffet en la entreplanta del hotel, ya que el restaurante no está gestionado por Muralto y el servicio de desayuno buffet lo hemos incorporado a nuestra oferta a finales del pasado año.
