Dear guest, Thank you for your comments that helps us improve. We are sorry to know that you did not find your short stay with us satisfactory. However, we never have hidden the fact that we are currently on improvement works; should you be concerned about this, we recommend that next time you contact the hotel before booking. On regards to the charge of your credit card in advance, at the moment of booking, you had the choice of different kinds of reservations: you chose the non-refundanble and non-cancellable booking which is cheaper. If you were not sure about your booking, you could have chosen the normal rate which is more expensive but you have the choice of cancelling or amending. However, as you were not happy with us, we offered the choice of a 3-star hotel right in the city centre, which as you say is part of the same company. Being a guest of our hotel, they kindly drop their rates so the difference would not be too much, which as you say was 106 Euros for 3 nights for 2 rooms. This makes 17.66 Euros per room per night for a hotel of a superior category to us. On regards to the taxi, please bear in mind that the hotel did not have the obligation of getting you one (or two, as you wanted) as we did not hide our improvement works. However, we got you one because we wanted to make your stay in Madrid as nice as possible. We hope you had a nice stay in Madrid, and that the hotel you finally stayed was of your liking. Estimada cliente: Gracias por su e-mail y sus comentarios que nos ayudan a mejorar.En referente a su comentarios, iré por partes: Quizá la diferencia idiomática fue el problema, ya que su reserva siempre estuvo confirmada; sin embargo a su llegada temprano por la mañana, no había habitaciones disponibles limpias ya que la noche anterior habíamos estado completos. En cuanto a que se le pidiera pagar en efectivo, no se le pidió tal cosa, se le pidió el pago de su reserva (en efectivo o con tarjeta) porque su tarjeta estaba denegada y nunca se le cobró nada a la misma. En cuanto al comprobante del pago, jamás negamos un comprobante de pago, lo que no hacemos es dar dos comprobantes de pago cuando sólo se paga una vez, como era lo que usted nos pidió. En cualquier caso, no se le dio comprobante de pago, porque usted no pagó nada al hotel. Además, sentimos que finalmente no decidiera quedarse con nosotros porque en realidad no pudo comprobar cómo era nuestro servicio, y que no nos avisara al respecto de su decisión, ya que guardamos su habitación y nunca informó de que finalmente no iba a alojarse en el hotel. Sentimos que piense que no se le dio el servicio que correspondía, ya que no nos dio oportunidad de demostrárselo. En cualquier caso, esperamos que su estancia en Madrid fuera satisfactoria.
