comments We stayed at The Adler in March 2012 to celebrate a special birthday. The location was convenient for all the major tourist spots and walking distance to some good restaurants. The staff,especially the front desk, were polite, helpful and always carried out their duties with a smile. We would recommend The Adler, a true 5 star hotel.

comments This is a wonderful hotel. The staff if exceptional: attentive, courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean, comfortable and stylish. It's in an excellent location, close to the tourist hot spots, but still quiet and not too busy. I loved it here.

comments Great location (withinh walking distance of Retiro Park and the museums). Accomodations were perfect - quiet spacious rooms with bathrooms that have the latest amenities. The staff was friendly and VERY helpful. This is a great choice for business or leisure travel.

comments Hotel che ha rispettato, anzi superato le aspettative. Ambiente confortevole, riservato e di classe, il numero non elevato di camere determina una atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante, l'arredamento è piacevole. La posizione geografica è ottimale, situato in un quartiere modello,con la vicinissima metropolitana, il "Parque del Retiro" a pochi passi ed i taxi facilmente raggiungibili. Personale altamente professionale, cordialissimo e disponibilissimo a fornire qualsiasi informazione. Insomma un hotel che si posiziona al di sopra di tanti altri. Complimenti.

comments My husband and I had never visited Madrid so decided on The Adler for a brief visit at the end of our vacation. We arrived after midnight due to flight delays and were greeted as if coming back to our own home. The hotel is elegantly appointed and our room was an oasis after a rough travel day. A beautiful bowl of fruit awaited us and excellent air conditioning, bedding etc. We really felt like the staff focused on us alone our whole stay. In fact the place was so quiet we almost believed we were the only guests. Within convenient walking distance to The Retiro, Prado. We will definitely return to The Adler the next time we are in Madrid.

comments The Hotel is in an excellent location and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only quibble was that we asked the Concierge to recommend a local restaurant for dinner and he said that there was no need to book. Unfortunately he was wrong as the best local restaurants were completely full and although we had a very pleasant evening it was one of those attentions to detail that the front desk got wrong.

comments Es el hotel ideal, pues es céntrico, cuidado, limpio, con buen servicio y totalmente distinto a los grandes hoteles llenos de gente. Intimo.
