comments The hotel was very basic and did not provide any ironing facilities whatsoever. I was forced to buy a brand new shirt for a wedding because I could not get any of my shirts ironed there. This would be totally unnacceptable in any other hotel and made my stay very stressful

comments Friendly staff. Nice coffee bar. Comfortable. Good cold breakfast choice - cooked perhaps not to every English taste. Ten minute walk to Metro but taxi fares to/from centre were reasonable. Would stay again.

comments The only problem was that we didn't speak Spanish and the fact that the hotel is rather off the beaten path. The breakfast was exceptional and the room clean and comfortable.

comments Accommodations and staff were great! Unfortunately teh hotel wsas undergoing renovations on the floor below us which involved hammering and chisselingfor most fo the day.

comments The hotel was nice - not that convenient to major attractions, but close to a metro station. I used one of your in-room lotions and had a severe allergic reaction. The lotion was old and caused major skin irritation. Friendly desk staff.

comments at fist they gave me twin bed instead of double bed that i booked, but the hotel was very helpfull to change the room immediately

comments Good location if you intend to use the Atocha Station. The breakfast buffet was very nice also. Felt a bit noisy in the morning as our room was next to the utility elevator and the maids' room. But overall, pretty good business hotel.

comments The quality of the place was adequate, and it was being renovated even during our stay. The staff were professional and helpful. Location near the Atocha train station was useful, but the neighborhood is a little bit run down.
