we had a very relaxed stay here & would recommend it to everybody,the hotel was beautifully decorated & spotless,staff were very helpful & we certainly would visit this hotel again they made our break in madrid very enjoyable

Es un hotel en una calle muy particular, que le da su encanto. La estética es preciosa y te motiva en alguna manera . El aparcamiento un poquito incómodo

friendly staff, gorgeous place, the room was a little less gorgeous than i expected and quite small. view shoddy, but was ample enough for us. the shower however was quite scary and would turn boiling hot/freezing cold randomly (bathroom exceptionally small) the boutique bar (the small cafe at front of the hotel) was lovely and the location was superb.

El hotel es un poco raro y las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas y raras también puesto que tienen el WC dentro de un armario!!Además te pegan un sablazo por el desayuno (10? por pers). Por contra el personal es encantador y la localización del hotel idónea para no tener que coger coche durante la estancia. Además esta situado al lado de la boca de un metro

The lobby and rooms are very artistically furnished as suggested in the hotel information. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is in an interesting neighbourhood and close to the main shopping and museum areas. It is almost 5 minutes from the Metro, not 1 as in the hotel information. Go left on Reyes (from Metro exit) and continue on Pez. We would stay there again.

El personal es muy amable pero yo habia solicitado una habitacion con 2 camas individuales y no pudieron darnos la, tuvimos que aceptar una habitacion de matrimonio muy pequeña aunque decorada con mucho gusto y cariño o que nos ayudasen a encotrar otro hotel. El hotel es muy centrico y bastante tranquilo. Volvere quizas con mi marido.

The room was a bit small, but very nice and cozy. Personals were friendly. Down side: walls are not soundproof :(

Hotel location, staff, and small cafe were fine. Bedroom was good although the view to the central courtyard was poor. Bathroom was disappointing with above mirror light fitting completely missing, badly chipped shower tray (a mini bath!) and mouldy shower curtain. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is clean, centrally located and the rooms are all of distinct character. The staff were very helpful but ocasionally the finishing touches were lacking.
