comments la verdad es que el hotel cumplio totalmente con nuestras espectativas, buen servicio de habitaciones, limpieza absoluta de los baños (a pesar de ser compartidos), la gente de muy buen rollo la verdad. El restaurante no puedo opinar ya que se encontraba cerrado. La unica nota negativa seria la situacion aunque con un taxi se soluciona rapido. si buscas un hotel bueno bonito y barato este es tu hotel

comments Having arived very late in the evening I found the night clerk in attendance, he was most helpful, the room was clean and acceptably comfortable though carpeting would be a plus... All in all great value for the amount I paid.

comments I really appreciated my stay at Hostal Welcome, it is a recommendable place for people are visiting madrid - the only thing I would sugges is to give people the right to print document when using your internet service without sending document to your email account for printing. Also please include more details on your location to facilitate people to arrive to hostal easier, e.g. bus line, bus stop where to get off etc..

comments ambiente agradable, habitaciones limpias, todo muy bien, exepto ´la ubicación del hostal, ya que se encuentra un poco alejado del centro ( aprox. 15, 20 min andando), pero en general el trato que recibí durante mi estancia fue muy bueno.

comments Me agradó mucho, es muy limpio, hay orden y el taro es amable. Soy mexicana y tuve que estar unos días en Madrid. La estación del metro está relativamente cerca, aunque si no te gusta caminar puedes tomar un taxi. Todo me pareció excelente!

comments A lovely Hostel. There is Wi-Fi, but only in the hall. No air conditioning. Clean showers. Nice people. Easy access with the bus, even though it is quite far from the center.

comments The stay at Hostal Welcome has been surprisingly great. Great, because I did not expect so much comfort and service for only €13.50. I was so positively surprised! The hostal is very, very clean, the rooms got nice sheets and towels, the showers got soaps, the service is great, breakfast includes big portions and a friendly service as well. Even though the website says the hostal is far away from the city it is actually very easy to reach by metro and a walk. The metro line no 1 is the one which connects to the main areas, the museums, the sol and is easy to get to from the bus station. All in all it has been a great experience for me and I would highly recommend this place if one does not feel the need to stay right in the middle of the busy city. Thank you very much!!

comments I enjoyed everything about my staying at Hostal Welcome except for its geografical position. It's really far from the metro station. But it's compensated by the lovely staff,who are always ready to help, and all the neccessary conviencies, such as the internet access,telefone,own canteen. All in all I really liked my stay. One of the greatest advantages is the price)) Thank you for your hospitality

comments Freundliches, mehrsprachiges Personal, guter Service, Frühstück inklusive. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es etwas außerhalb liegt und deshalb nach 23.15 Uhr nur noch per Taxi (5 EUR) oder 15 Min. Fußmarsch erreichbar ist.

comments Fuer den Preis war es super. Zimmer sind sauber und Handtuecher gibts auch dazu. Die Toiletten und Duschen waren auch einwandfrei. Insgesamt dauert es ca. 30 Minuten ins Zentrum von Madrid. Aber ist nicht grossartig stoerend. Wer nur eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen und Duschen will, der ist da richtig.

comments The staff were always helpful with the reception open 24 hours. There were friendly guest and a little cafe nearby which proved comforting. There was a very relaxed atmosphere, clean rooms and nice people. Although the location is not very centric to madrid and getting around can be confusing the area seems up and coming and is good for people who want to see a different side of madrid (not just all the tourist musts) we loved our stay in our shared room and the two girls who we met there.

comments Wir sind als Gruppe sehr herzlich empfangen worden, die Zimmer sowie Duschen/WCs waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Trotzdessen, dass das Hostal recht weit außerhalb liegt, ist es gut mit Metro und Bus zu erreichen. Danke!

comments Las habitaciones muy limpias. No habia ruidos. Las camas muy comodas. Las habitaciones con lo necesario para pasar la noche despues de la visita turistica a Madrid. Lo unico engorroso es que hay que salir de la habitación para ir al baño. Lo recomiendo.

comments Hostel Welcome is cheap hostel with very nice interior. It was clean, breakfast was tasty, personal was nice. I didn't like community which lived there, internet was always occupied because there was only one computer - but with microphone and web camera - and also I missed sink in the room. Hostel is 20-25 minutes from metro station by walking, we didn't see taxi near the station - only once.

comments Our stay ot Hostal Welcome wasn't bad. The only problem was that we didn't really understand where exactly it was located. Taxi drivers had a difficulty to find it as well in spite our leaflet with the hostel's address and their gps gizmos. On the other hand, the rooms and bathrooms were really clean and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of a good night's sleep.

comments the hostel is new, clean, welcoming...downsides...not enough computer access and no printer....a little expensive as well....get wifi in the rooms and no access to a communal ktichen on top of restaurant...ability to boil water is essential for most travellers

comments En este Hostal se percibe buen trato (llegamos a la 1 de la mañana y ningún problema). La limpieza es absoluta tanto en las habitaciones como en los baños y las zonas comunes. En 15 minutos te plantas en el centro de la ciudad y el precio es insuperable. Como aspectos negativos diría la falta de insonorización de las habitaciones y el no tener opción a habitación con baño (ni pagando más por ella). En resumen, es un hostal muy muy sencillo pero cumple exactamente las expectativas que crea su publicidad (página web en este caso)

comments El hostal es acojedor y limpio lo malo que no tiene banos privados pero para el precio .... El unico incoveniente que tube fue pagar el estacionamiento que cuesta como pagar otra habitacion yo pense que estaba incluido , pero en conclusion el hotel estuvo bien , lo recomiendo para grupos de amigos que no quieran gastar mucho en hospedaje

comments Hostal Welcome is a really modern, new building with clean and sterile facilities, unlike many other Hostels. They make your bed everyday, which is never done at any other hostel, and the staff are so lovely!! the only downside is the fact there is no kitchen! who can one expect to cook dinner if you dont want the optional meal they provide and you cannot afford to go out?! i thought for such a big place that was its biggest downfall.

comments The hostel was far far away from metro station and absolutely in suburb, industrial and quite dangerous area. Didnt feel safe even inside because of the other people, turned and left just by entering. Awful, no more like this..

comments The hostel room was super clean, the shared bathroom was immaculant and soothing and the staff was helpful- BUT!!!! Unfurtunately, the hostel's location was the scariest experience I had in all of Europe. Located deep in an industrial area with an exausting 20 minute hot walk to the nearest metro. As it turns out- it is located in a dangerous part of a town in the outskirts of Madrid. I had to make sure I returned before dark or take a taxi back to the hostel. If you are a woman and staying there I recomend you take a taxi, specially if you make a late night arrival.

comments El hostal esta muy lejos de la estacion del metro, muy lejos del centro, situado en medio de un poligono industrial y esta habitado por decenas de personas de raza negra que supongo q estaran alli por trabajo, pero no inspira la mayor confianza, ni el sitio, ni la gente, ni nada de nada... Yo no repetiria ni locooo!!!!
