comments The hotel and staff were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The building was covered in scaffolding, which didn't detract from our stay, except when the I woke up to find a builder at my window ! They moved us straight away to an equally well appointed room. The workmen had nearly finished but just check the scaffolding is down. I would have given them a five but for this point.

comments The owner was always around and helpful, the room was cleaned daily, the bed was comfortable, and bathroom was private and functional. Great location as well.

comments The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I felt very safe. The hostal was a little hard to find but once we located it. It was in a great location. We had a room that faced the busy street but once we closed the windows, and shutters, we were fine. I would definately stay there again. It would have been nice to have kitchen facilities available.

comments En general la estancia fue muy buena, las personas encargadas son muy atentas y tratan de ayudarte en todo lo que pueden, obviamente es un hostal sencillo, por el precio es justo.

comments Hostal is in very central location, was very clean, sheets & towels changed daily, but very noisy at night due to 2 bars staying open until 6am in the morning. We never got to sleep at all! I requested a quiet room in my booking but Owners were not able to change room. Very disappointed as hostal was very good otherwise.

comments The hotel was in an amazing location! Very friendly staff: suggested what to visit, where to eat, and helped us book a taxi for the morning we were leaving. It's a bit noisy at night but it wasn't much of an inconvenience. Definitely recommended, and will stay there again if I go back.

comments Had a great time in Veracruz Hostal, the staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean. We did enjoy our stay. Thanks! Pasamos 7 maravillosos dias en el Hostal Veracruz. Esta ubicado en el centro de la Ciudad en un area estrategica y de muy facil acceso. Gracias!!
