comments Siempre ha sido un buen sitio para alojarse no sólo por la situación sino por la limpieza y la relación calidad/precio. Ahora, con la mejora de la la decoración de habitaciones, está mucho mejor. Sigo recomendándolo.

comments Si se busca descanso es complicado en el centro Madrid ya que hay mucho ambiente ruidoso hasta altas horas de la madrugada, supongo que según la fecha, ideal por situación y comunicación, en pleno centro.

comments camera veramente ben curata nei piccoli dettagli, con ottimo gusto estetico e soprattutto ben pulita. bagno con il necessario ma comunque ben fornito. non lasciatevi ingannare dall'androne di ingresso, l'hostal veracruz ha una qualità esagerata in rapporto al prezzo contenuto che offre. posizione iper centrale, non c'è bisogno di alcun mezzo pubblico, solo le proprie gambe per poter raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse. puerta del sol a 2 passi, plaza mayor a 3 minuti, shopping a 2 minuti (tipo la Gran Via), ristoranti sotto casa, parco del buon retiro a 10 minuti. ottimo ottimo ottimo

A bigger bed would have been to be desired and a more quiet room BUT if one wants to be in the center of the city one needs to assume this downside as well!!!!!!!! comments Estuve con mia mama hace 1 semanas en el Hostal, son muy gentiles todos y tiene los servicios basico, si se precisa algo extra tambien te ayudan con ello, las habitaciones y baño son muy limpias y asi las mantienen dia a dia, esta super bien ubicado en la Pta del Sol a un paso de todo, no falta nada alrededor y se puede llegar caminando a los lugares mas historicos. Slds a todos especialmente a Ruben que es uruguayo como nosotras.

comments Ottima la posizione, le stanze non sono grandissime, ma comode, carine e molto pulite. Anche il bagno ok, puliscono ogni giorno. Peccato per i lavori sulla facciata del palazzo, rumorosi, polverosi e gli operai davanti al tuo balconcino! Per il resto, lo consiglierei.

comments La atención del personal,la habitación,la calefacción , la calidad del baño y su limpieza son muy buenos, como su ubicación en pleno centro.Salvo que la habitación Nº 3 que la que nos tocó está justo arriba de la entrada de un pub. Lo cual incomoda toda la noche el ruido de la calle y las conversaciones , los gritos de la gente. La próxima vez que vaya ,voy a pedir una habitación que no dé a la calle de la Victoria

comments El hostal es limpio y cuenta con caja fuerte, televisión e internet wifi. la ubicación es perfecta, a unas dos cuadras del metro Sol. El personal que atiende a los huéspedes es agradable y servicial. La calle de noche es un poco ruidosa por la proximidad de los bares y los trabajos que se están realizando en la fachada pero si busca un lugar limpio, económico y bien ubicado para dormir en el centro de Madrid definitivamente recomendaría el Hostal Veracruz. Gracias al personal por hacer que nuestra estancia en Madrid haya sido tan amena y agradable.

comments La habitación estaba muy limpia. Todos los días la recogian, la limpiaban y ponian toallas nuevas. El personal muy amable. Un poco ruidoso por ser un lugar muy céntrico. Está a 30 segundos de la parada del metro de Sol. Y al lado de la calle Preciados, muy bien comunicado.

comments 1) muy buena atención por parte de su personal. 2)muy buena ubicación geoigráfica , a unos 200 metros de la Puerta del Sol 3)Restaurante El "Museo del Jamón" con sólo bajar a la planta baja , ya que está en el mismo edificio. Y por supuesto muchos lugares para el desayuno, para salir de tapas , para comer y cenar en los alrededores. Metro a 1oo metros .Precio razonable- En resumen MUY BUENO-COMODO-ESTVE A GUSTO

comments Las habitaciones son cómodas y bien acondicionadas. La limpieza es inmejorable con servicio diario (que no hay en todos los hostales). Lo mejor es la libertad de entrada y salida porque te dan tu propio juego de llaves. El único incoveniente es que no es una zona silenciosa...pero merece la pena por estar en plena Puerta del Sol

comments Fantastica la location, praticamente sei a Plaza del Sol che è il centro totale di Madrid! non è inclusa la colazione ma a 1 minuto in tutte le direzioni trovi un sacco di posti dove mangiare, tra cui dunkin donuts, cafè e thè e star bucks, e altri piccoli bar nelle vie adiacenti per una cifra che va dai 3,50 ai 5,50 euro! mi cono mosso sempre a piedi, tutto comodissimo. personale del ostello molto disponibile e gentile, tutto giovane. certo tutte le camere sono bianche, nn c è fantasia, ma le pulisono tutti i giorni e rifanno il letto SI trova al centro della movida madrliena!!!! lo consiglio vivamente

comments Hostal muy bien ubicado, a pasistos de la Puerta del Sol y de todos los paseos de interés turístico, con una atencíon muy amable ( custodia de maletas por dias y asesoramiento para el transporte al aeropuerto) y con una relación precio -servicios muy conveniente ( ascensor, aire acondicionado, limpieza, clave digital para acceso nocturno.)

comments Cumple lo que promete, limpio, cómodo, barato. La atención muy amable, la chica de las mañanas además es increíblemente bonita! Es muy céntrico pero en la noche ni te enteras de lo que pasa en la calle (buen aislamiento acústico) el único defecto es que están reparando la fachada y no puedes abrir las ventanas, bueno puedes pero no tiene ningún sentido ver la estructura y la malla verde. Por lo demás todo excelente!

comments El lugar es muy centrico, está a un paso de la Puerta del Sol, y de los lugares más turísticos de Madrid. El hostal es sencillo, pero muy limpio, la habitación doble es un poco pequeña, pero tiene de todo, cuarto de baño completo, aire acondicionado, tv, y conexión wifi. El precio es bastante ajustado, en relación a los precios de los demás hoteles de la zona. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de la señorita de recepción que nos atendió muy bien en todo momento a mi y a mi esposa, dandonos toda clase de indicaciones de los lugares a visitar en Madrid. Si tuviera que poner algún pero, sería el excesivo ruido que viene de la calle durante la noche, cuestión inevitable de todos los alojamientos de la zona, ya que se encuentra en una de las principales calles de la zona de tapeo de Madrid. Sin duda cuando volvamos a Madrid, volveremos a repetir. Altamente recomendable.

comments El hostal está muy bien, en plena puerta del sol, muy centrico. La relación calidad precio creo que es buena. El ultimo día, tras dejar la habitación, pudimos dejar las maletas guardadas en el hostal hasta la noche que teníamos el vuelo. Para mi es una opción muy recomendable para los que quieran ir a pasar unos días de visita en Madrid.

comments We staid in the hostel in May for three days. The location is perfect right in the center of Madrid so you can visit all the main sites on foot. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. We had a room at the back of the hostel, not facing the street, which I can recommend since the street can be a bit noisy at night since the hostel is located near lots of bars and restaurants. Breakfast you can take at the cafe next door, take a good coffee and a sandwich for a good price, it is fun to do standing there with all the locals. For my next visit to Madrid I would really reconsider staying at the Veracruz.

comments I enjoyed my stay. Hostal Veracruz is centrally located and within walking distance of all of the main attractions in Madrid. I'm definitely glad that I read previous reviews and brought my earplugs. I would not have slept well without wearing earplugs since the area is quite loud both day and night.

comments El alojamiento ha superado mis expectativas. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cuida y con ciertos detalles típicos de categorías superiores. La atención en la recepción ha sido inmejorable. El único inconveniente es el ruido de la calle. La habitación tiene un buen aislamiento, con ventanas tipo climalit, pero si la abres ha ruido de gente. Es lo que tiene estar en pleno centro. Repetiré sin lugar a dudas.

comments Hostal muy acojedor, situado en pleno centro de madrid ( a una esquina de la puerta del sol y la parada de metro). Habitaciones reformadas estilo retro, muy limpias y sabanas muy blancas. Los dueños nos trataron muy bien e incluso tuvimos facilidad para dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestra partida. Relacion calidad-precio inmejorable. Volvere en mis proximas estancias en madrid.

comments La verdad que el Hostal esta muy bien, cumple su función a la perfección. Inmejorable localizacion, junto a la Puerta del Sol, tiene practicamente casi todo lo que ver en Madrid a unos pocos minutos caminando. Gran variedad de cafeterias, bares, restaurantes y sitios de tapeo en los alrededores. Las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal realmente agradable y predispuesto a ayudar en cualquier cosa. Sin duda será mi lugar donde me quedare en mis proximos viajes a Madrid.

comments This place was an excellent choice to stay a few days in Madrid. The location can not be closer to the center of the city, it is really easy to find a great bar or restaurant in the neighbourhood. In the weekend nights the street is a little noisy, but it is still ok. The hostal staff is really kind and helpful, they do speak English, no difficulities in communication. The rooms are not too big, but clean. Good place!

comments The accommodation is really nice and comparatively clean. The rooms are small but nicely furnished. The location in the very centre of the city is on the one hand fantastic (because most of the sights are in walking distance), on the other hand a disadvantage (because it's quite loud at night - take earplugs). The owners are great - very friendly and helpful. Comments: - no breakfast, but nice café downstairs - knowing how to speak Spanish is recommendable (at least a bit)

comments The hotel and staff were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The building was covered in scaffolding, which didn't detract from our stay, except when the I woke up to find a builder at my window ! They moved us straight away to an equally well appointed room. The workmen had nearly finished but just check the scaffolding is down. I would have given them a five but for this point.

comments The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I felt very safe. The hostal was a little hard to find but once we located it. It was in a great location. We had a room that faced the busy street but once we closed the windows, and shutters, we were fine. I would definately stay there again. It would have been nice to have kitchen facilities available.

I requested a quiet room in my booking but Owners were not able to change room. Very disappointed as hostal was very good otherwise.

comments The hotel was in an amazing location! Very friendly staff: suggested what to visit, where to eat, and helped us book a taxi for the morning we were leaving. It's a bit noisy at night but it wasn't much of an inconvenience. Definitely recommended, and will stay there again if I go back.
