Es un hotel muy céntrico. Es limpio y las habitaciones están bien, aunque los lavabos de que disponen las habitaciones son muy reducidos.

The hostal was smack bang in the centre of Madrid. The main metro line is just a few yards away. It is a just a 2 minute walk away from Puerto del Sol, the main meeting point for the Madrilenos. The hostal was nice. I had a good en suite room in a very competitive price. There was a problem though. The air conditioning in the hostal didn't work. It was early June, extremely hot in Madrid and I slept without any kind of air conditioning over night. I couldn't ask about AC on reception since I was a bit late in checking in and the time I realised there's a problem with AC the reception was closed. The lady on reception was quite serious. Not that I have any complain about the behaviour but customers seem to expect some smiles and proper welcome when the check in. When I asked the same lady the day I was checking out that if I can leave my luggage till late evening, she simply refused. It is not a standard practice of hotels and hostels around Spain and much of Europe.

Very nice and tidy room, staff are nice and friendly, from Hostel Playa is close everywhere and you have to visit Zahara restaurant-bar on main road Grand Via

Bueno,la experiencia fue mala pues llegue a las 9 pm como les anticipe en un correo y la recepcionista no estaba.estaba cenando,luego de esperarla 40 min tuve que llamrla desde un telefono publico para pregntar por mi reserva, al dia sigte pague y me fui, para selfservice es un buen hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful not only regarding the accomodations but getting around town. Our room was just what we needed and spacious. I'd definitely stay there again!

always noise doing by other guests during night time and the hotel responsible refused his intervent for stopping this fenomena. He told me that I should have to provide and not him.

Bad place to stay, the manager or owner was totaly unpolite and made a big confusion with the booking. And didn't accepted credit cards as the site informed

they had no airconditioning nor a bath which were advertised on the net. However, once I complained they moved me to another hostal - Cruz Sol which was very good!
