Estimado Huesped, Este es un edificio histórico y por lo tanto el acceso no es el mejor y no hay ascensor, pero ya estamos trabajando para instalar uno. Usted tiene razón de que no hay indicación de las salidas de emergencia y le agradecemos por recordárnolo, ya mismo solucionaremos esto y de seguro estará en poco tiempo, y con respecto al tamaño del baño, nos huberia encantado hacerlos mas grandes pero no teníamos mas espacio, son baños pequeños pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. |

Estimado Juan, Vimos que usted escribió un comentario negativo que nos perjudica enormemente, lo que sucedió es que ya no teníamos habitaciones doble normal disponibles (EUR65) y le dimos a su amigo una Premium (EUR 95) como a usted sin cobrarle mas y para no cancelarle la habitación, asi que en lugar de engañarlo a usted lo que hicimos fui darle a su amigo una habitación mejor y mas grande sin cobrarle mas. Y con respecto a que no tenía su habitación nada de lo que ofrecíamos, me puede explicar a qué se refiere, ya que damos hasta un computador portátil gratis en la habitación y Wifi gratis, si algo faltó en su habitación tomaremos las medidas necesarias. |

El desayuno consta de leche, café, té, fruta, tostadas, croissant, jugo de frutas, cereal, mantequilla y mermelada. El ruido de la calle es porque estamos ubicados en el centro de Madrid, una de las zonas con la mejor movida madrileña. |

Estimado Huesped, El edificio histórico donde funcionamos estaba deteriorado cuando abrimos el Hostal Oxum, poco a poco hemos venido reformándolo para dejarlo como nuestras habitaciones, bellas, limpias y decoradas con buen gusto, vamos a instalar un ascensor proximamente y mejoraremos la entrada del edificio. Esperamos que vuelva para ver los cambios. |
