comments El hotel es muy sencillo y con buen nivel de limpieza. El personal es muy agradable. Nos brindaron toda la información que necesitábamos, fueron muy cordiales y atentos. Se encuentra a dos cuadras de la Gran Vía y cerca de la mayoría de los lugares turísticos de interés. Cómo aspecto negativo destaco que no incluyan el desayuno en el costo de la tarifa, algo muy común en latinoamérica. No es práctica frecuente en España por lo visto.

comments El hostal tiene una muy buena ubicacion pero por contra es una zona de marcha y la habitacion daba a la calle fuencarral donde toda la noche habia ruidos. El trato muy amable por el personal del hostal. habitacion amplia,mas bien limpia aunque un poco antigua.

comments If you are smoker this place is may be ok for you. I requested a non smoking room, and didn't get it. There was smoking on my floor and I wasn't able to open the window because it was shut and blocked from being openning.

comments About what one would expect for this price: very basic but clean. Excellent location, the Prado Museum is within walking distance. One big issue, however, was noise! Our room faced a VERY busy road, and a group of teenagers ran riot until about 6am. The hostel management did absolutely nothing about it. In summary, this hostel is good if you're on a tight budget, but if you actually want to get some sleep it's worth going for something a bit more expensive...

comments I really liked Hostel Nuria. The service was friendly and efficient. The location is fantastic in the heart of colourful action, and so may shoe shops, for men and women. The room was basic but clean, pleasant, nice big towels in the bathroom. It rocked.

comments The triple room we stayed in is spacious, new and very clean. However, the blinds of the windows of the room cannot be pulled down for extra security. And the housekeeping person actually left the closed windows wide open both. This is dangerous as we stayed on the 2nd level and anyone could have break in through the windows from the back of the hostel which is a black and quiet alley.

comments Check in reception: RUDE Night Receptionist: EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE. Hostal Nuria needs a HUGE refurbish! The rooms are dark and dingy - a prison would be better. The bathroom was old and smelly, and the showers were cold. The beds were unstable and very very creaky. It was a bit inconvenient to keep going to another building to ask to be let into my room - you must leave your key ON the reception desk when you are out. Best stay away (if you dont speak spanish!) the staff get annoyed if you cant speak spanish! Never again will i stay here - total waste of money!

comments Mi estancia en el hostal Nuria ha sido realmente genial, el personal es muy agradable y las habitaciones no son de gran lujo pero es mas que correcto para estarse unos dias disfrutando de Madrid. Esta situado en pleno centro de Madrid a 2 minutos de Gran Via y 10 de Puerta del Sol. Realmente lo aconsejo a todos los que esten buscando un hotel bueno y barato que este bien situado

comments The location was fantastic, but the heater in our room did not work, the inner window shutters did not close so it was increadibly noisy, one member of the staff was unbelievably rude. We were the only people on the floor other 15 or so *unsupervised* 10-12 year old boys!!! We would not stay again.

comments The people on the desk are very friendly and some of them speak English. The hostel is a large older establishment and some of the plumbing could be better. It is centrally located and close to Gran Via, Sol and Tribunal Metro stations. I could walk to most things once I had my bearings. The biggest drawback is the street. Madrid never sleeps so don't think you will either. All those party people who revel all night leave the street in a disgusting condition and although Hostel Nuria keeps it's footpath clean, not everyone else in the street does the same. Watch where you walk.

comments Albergo in zona centrale a dieci minuti di cammino da Plaza del Sol e molto comodo alle fermate del Metrò. Edificio di cinque piani con ascensore fino al quarto e con scale larghissime e comode. Consiglio gli ultimi piani in quanto pur avendovi risieduto nel periodo di Capodanno 2007 e nonostante l'albergo fosse al completo ed in zona di intenso traffico . si è rivelato sufficientemente silenzioso. Bagno in camera di dimensioni ridotte e con sanitari abbastanza usurati. Per chi esce presto la mattina dall'albergo ,considerando che l'apertura degli esercizi (bar , caffetterie) avviene abbastanza tardi , consiglio di usufruire della colazione presso il piccolo ristorante interno che è offerta anche ad un prezzo molto onesto. Estrema gentilezza e cordialità alla reception con personale parlante anche italiano.

comments El Hostal IMPECABLE, nos ubicaron al principio en la parte vieja del mismo. osea el primer edificio y allí no nos hubiéramos quedado hospedados, muy triste y pobres las habitaciones e incluso con mal olor, y así lo dijimos, de inmediato nos traladaron al edif. de al lado... TODO NUEVO... OTRA COSA, Y NUESTRO ESPECIAL AGRADECIMIENTO EN PARTICULAR EN LA RECEPCION POR LA ATENCION DE LA SRTA ROSY FUE DE PRIMERA, MUY AMABLE Y COMPRENSIVA.... del resto del personal bien, pero seguro que con un poquitin más de cariño sería mejor... PERO TODO LIMPIO Y EN TOTAL ORDEN, LO RECOMIENDO....consejito, deberían arreglar TODO el Hostal y tenerlo como esta en la parte nueva, sería lo ideal.

comments el hotel ganaria mucho en calidad y en numero de turistas si dispusiera de mas habitaciones con cama de matrimonio. Los fines de semana hay muchas parejas que desean pasar la noche juntos despues de una romantica velada en el centro de Madrid y al llegar al hotel están obligados a dormir separados. Por lo demas el hotel muy sencillo pero muy limpio y a pesar de estar en el mismo centro muy tranquilo.

comments The staff was friendly and helpful. The building, rooms and facilities are in serious need of an upgrade. BUT the rooms are clean and the water pressure is great (you know this one is key for some travelers!). So, if you are on a tight budget, this is a good alternative. After all, its location is unbeatable and you are not in the room that much to begin with, you are out and about exploring the wonders of Madrid!

comments Las dependencias estan muy bien, limpias con espacio suficiente y lo mejor de todo muy bien ubicadas -pleno centro a pasos de estacion de metro- Eso si, para los sensibles a los ruidos le falta aislacion acustica pues se escucha hasta quien sube por ascensor. Recomendacion llevar tapa oidos, para cuando descanses.

comments holaaaaa,somos un grupo de amigas q estuvimos hospedadas en el hostal hace un par de semanas, y la verdad q estuvo superbien, todo era nuevo, todo muy limpio, pr eso si, nosotras estuvimos en otro edificio contiguo q pertenecia al hostal pr q estaba dos portales mas abajo.Lo q es en si el hostal dnd esta la recepcion es muy antiguo, pr no sabemos cm seran las habitaciones pq no estuvimos en ellas.En definitiva, la parte nueva esta de escandalo.Un saludo, Fati, Marixus,Chari y Mati.

comments Our stay at Nuria was very good, in general terms. Because I arrived by car, it was extremely difficult to download and load our baggages due to no parking area available even for just one minute. Later I discovered a private parking 6 blocks away to park our car and a small bay for loading 1 block away that was used for leaving, but our arrival was chaotic, because we stopped traffic and we could'nt download our baggages and we were harassed by other drivers. The room were very good, very clean and bathroom also very clean.

comments Habíamos reservado una Habitación doble con cama de matrimonio y nos dieron una doble con tres camas individuales. Nosotros somos dos chicos gays. No hicimos ninguna observación al respecto y por lo demas tampoco nos pusieron ninguna pega. Escogimos este hostal por su situacion cerca del centro pero sobretodo por estar en el barrio de chueca. Existe un parquin publico en plaza barceló a 5min andando del hostal. El Edificio tiene ascensor,pero es un edificio antiguo como muchos de los del barrio y no esta reformado. La habitacion tenía tv, y ducha, pero los acabados eram bastantes tercermundistas. Colchones de muelles con somieres de muelles de esos que cuando estas haciendo algo jajaja se entera el universo entero. Tiene aire acondicionado aunque no lo utilizamos y nuestra habitacion daba a la calle hernan cortes, pequeñita y poco transitada asi q no teniamos ruidos a pesar de ser un segundo. Concluyendo nosotros sólo queríamos un sitio para dejar las malestas y dormir despues de llegar de fiesta digamos desde las 5 am hasta las 12 pm y para eso este hostal nos sirvió.
