comments das hotel an sich ist sauber und ok und es ist super dass es zentral gelegen ist, der service jedoch ist miserabel und ich habe noch nie zuvor irgendwo auf der welt so unfreundliches personal erlebt!

comments very clean, friendly staff although they don't speak english, rooms with street view are a bit noisy especially on Fridays and Saturdays as the Hostel is in the heart of Madrid (very good location for sightseeing and parties;))

comments This hostal was very clean and rooms were a nice size. It was very central, plenty of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep, and the shopping district a five minute walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful, although they spoke no English. There was a little noise from the street in the mornings, but otherwise would definitely recommend this hostal as a good place to stay in Madrid.

comments We asked for a double bed when we made the online booking. When we arrived, the owners were confused and hesitated, since we were two girls, but after I while they said ok. I'm glad I speak Spanish, I think it helped..

comments The hostel was very clean and staff very friendly even though they do not know one single word in English. The room and bed was very good. Even though we had the room to the back, the building itself is quite noise. You hear every door closing, bell ringing... But if you've been on a good night out you don;t care. You qwill sleep anyway. All in all, nice place to stay.

comments very neat and tidy place with friendly family running the show. Right in the middle of Madrid but remained quiet with thick windows. Couldnt have picked a better spor. Bed was a bit small. I'm 6.2". Will use it nest time we visit Madrid. We were so close to everything it was a joy.

comments Very good Hostel. Clean and ideally situated in the centre of Madrid. Staff was very friendly but they don't speak a word in English. Room was located on the other side of the road, so it was very quiet. I guess if the room is on the road side, there will be some noise, since it is a busy street.

comments Very good location, clean room, the personal very friendly (although they don't speak english at all; thanks God I know some spanish and I could manage :)) The only thing I could complain is that the walls are very thin and I could hear everything : the receptionist talking on the phone, people passing next to my door... I had the feeling that they are in my room :)))) One more thing: the single room next to reception(room no. 3) , does not have door to the bathroom, which is a little weird, even if it is a sgl room :)). But overall, it is a nice place to stay and I would definitely choose the same place to stay in Madrid.

comments Hostel Las brisas was ideally located in the centre of Madrid, a little street noise but to be expected for the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms one was a very good size and one on the small side but perfectly adequate. We had problems with the electrics on the second day, however the staff dealt with it immediately and it was all sorted out by the time we returned in the evening. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds made up. The hostel is attended 24 hours a day allowing access in at any time and was kept very secure. We were very happy with our stay and would go there again if we return to Madrid.

comments Very clean, pleasant place, the hosts are very frendley, the situated in plenty center of Madrid whith a lot a place to buy . when they do house keeping make very noise, and you can ear everything. Lugar muy limpio, agradable, los anfitriones son muy amables, el hostal es muy centrico lleno de sitios para comprar en sus alrededores.Lo unico es que cuando hacen el house keeping hacen mucho ruido, y se escucha en las habitaciones.

comments small, clean room. great location in the city. the staff wasnt the friendliest but who cares. my only complaint was the shower which i never completely understood which was either icy cold or scalding hot at random intervals

comments Although cheap, I found this hostel to be very unwelcoming and quite unfriendly. The air-conditioning in my room didn't work and with Madrid being 36 degrees at the time it proved to be almost unbearable. The owner seemed to have a Victor Meldrew attitude!!
