Tengo 50 tacos y he viajado mucho. Este es un hotel/residencia que por el precio/ubicacion es intachable. Limpio y aseado y no hay jaleos internos. Los recepcionistas un poco parcos en palabras pero y Ke ? Voy a volver cada vez ke vaya a Madrid. Ah si quieres sorprender a ti ligue con una habitación de ensueño ya sabes paga 100 cacharros o mas pero no vengas aqui que esto es para dormir con sabanas limpias, ducharte con agua muy caliente y punto. El alojamiento es limpio y muy centrico en la ciudad...y hay cierca muchas estaciones de la metro....El desayuno es un poco limitado..pero bueno... para mi era suficiente....Con el bano en comune no estaban problemas.....	report this review as inappropriate

We had to wait for a considerable amount of time for someone to come and open the door when it got stuck on several occasions. Others we spoke to complained of the same problem. Also breakfast was a slice of toast and coffee, which in my opinion was insufficient. Also it would have been useful if there was someone who spoke even a small amount of english on hand.	report this review as inappropriate

Muy buena atención en la acogida.El único inconveniente fue el portero automático que, por la noche, no funcionaba como es debido y estuvimos algún tiempo llamando para que nos abrieran.Pero por lo demás,muy bien.	report this review as inappropriate

For what you pay it is perfect. I had a single room with wardrobe, desk, chair and sink. The toilets and shower were always clean. There was a room to leave your luggage in which was great. My room was clean and seemed like there was nothing at all wrong with it. There is no view and the window looks out into a patio but you have to consider how much you are paying. It is the cheapest I found on the Internet. Some of the comments here I think are a bit unjust.	report this review as inappropriate

It was a nice place to stay, nothing exceptional but nothing weird on the other hand. The room was fine, was clean and with the equipment needed.. Note here that my room didn't have a tv or air conditioning, which may be a problem during summer. The showers and toilets were also clean, i felt a bit weird in the shower as it was too small, and when getting out i realised that the door wasn't locked..and i'm sure i had locked..didn't get breakfast but i was told by the guy there that it was out of the building and he gave me a map. The people there were too friendly and cooperative. I think i'll suggest this place, its nice for the amount of money you're paying ;)	report this review as inappropriate

observamos en el hotel varias fallas a saber : no aceptan tarjeta de credito solo efectivo,el restaurant esta ubicado a 100 mts aprox del hotel y la atencion es mala , el ascensor es incomodo entre otros esta es la opinion mia y de otras 5 personas que me acompañaban para finalizar el hotel esta bien ubicado y el precio de hospedaje es bueno deberian mejorar	report this review as inappropriate

We had a room with double bed and shared bathroom. The room was clean when we arrived, but during our stay (5 days) never cleaned. It had two seperate beds, a small table and a large wardrobe. You share the bathroom with only two other guests, so you hardely notice they exist. Breakfast is a cup of tea (or coffe) and a toast. The location is very good, close to the hotel you have a metro station and you can walk to the palacio real in only 5 minutes. habitaciones poco acojedoras, los ventanales no tenian persianas y entraba mucha luz que junto con el rudio del exterior dificultaba el sueño. no hay cambio de toallas incluso a petición expresa después de 5 días. el desayuno que ofrecían era ridículo: 1vaso de leche+1 tostada (la cafetería no se hallaba en el mismo hostal; tenías que salir de él para tomarlo)	report this review as inappropriate

Se trata de un hostal mut mut centrico, con la parada de metro de Plaza Esp´ña justo delante de la puerta. Es un hostal discreto, sin elegancias pero correcto y muy limpio. El servicio (recepción) es a veces un poco soso, no muy agradable, y el desayuno bastante rancio. Extremadamente ruidoso por la noche.	report this review as inappropriate

En principio nos enviaron a una residencia de estudiantes cerca de la plaza de España. El lugar era céntrico y barato, pero la habitación era interior, las camas estaban empotradas en armarios, bastante estrechas e incómodas. El desayuno, escaso. Si además has de compartir el baño con adolescentes después de la fiesta... Lo mejor, el trato del personal, muy correcto y cordial.	report this review as inappropriate

la atención podría haber sido mejora (las sonrisas son gratis, no?) el desayuno tb, uno no pide un banquete pero.... por cierto, no tienen ventiladores y hay habitaciones donde por la ventana no entra casi aire por lo que habría que considerar ese punto son cosas puntuales y "triviales" pero suman todo lo que supone la estancia en el hostal	report this review as inappropriate

I think the hostal worth the price. You get what you pay for. It's cheap so its nothing fancy but it's ok. The room is clean and neat, except for one thing that its a bit too hot and there was no air con or fan at all. I tried to open the door but didnt help much and instead u have to hear all the noise from the traffic or the couple next door in the morning. ( can't complain much about this ). One think i really like about this is the location. Its right in the centre of everything so it's good. Close to metro and supermarket, cinema, bars clubs... the accomodation you get is exactly what you pay for. plain and simple. not too bad a location - near the local attractions. receptionist doesnt speak english which makes it necessary for one to get a guidebook rather than relying on the locals. i was only put off by the latter. otherwise, recommended for budget travellers.	report this review as inappropriate

la fermata della metro non è GranVia ma Plza d'Espagna (una lunga camminata sotto il sole!) e poi da lì, dopo la registrazione, ancora a piedi per raggiungere il residence. Ma è un posto davvero carino e pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.	report this review as inappropriate
