A estadia no hotel só não levou um 5 porque o acesso à internet, além de bastante lento, era pouco intuitivo. Na minha opinião deviam simplificar mais o acesso aos clientes, além de melhorar a velocidade de acesso.

pur non essendo proprio centrale, questo hotel è situato in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo e silenzioso e collegato ottimamente con autous e metro (la fermata della metro si raggiunge in 2/3 minuti a piedi). l'hotel è nuovo e c'è molta attenzione per la pulizia. Le camere standard non sono però molto grandi (noi eravamo in quella che loro chiamano tripla, ma in effetti è una doppia con lettino aggiunto). La colazione abbiamo ritenuto di non acquistarla in quanto un pò troppo cara (da listino 16,50€ anche se in albergo c'è la possibilità di prenotarla la sera prima a 12€). La caffetteria dell'albergo però, a meno di non saper far a meno di una ricca colazione all'americana, offre la possibilità a prezzi normali di ovviare tranquillamente. Il personale dell'albergo è molto cortese e disponibile. Sicuramente, per il rapporto qualità prezzo, è un albergo da consigliare.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido perfecta, y el trato del personal de recepcion, como de limpieza, muy atentos y simpáticos. Por supuesto, lo recomendamos, y si volvemos a Madrid, no dudaremos en repetir. Tengo que recalcar que las cunas son grandes, y mi hijo de 2 años,durmió estupendamente (de esta manera, nos ahorramos la cama supletoria). Gracias por todo.

La estancia en el Hotel fue perfecta, todos los trabajadores del Hotel con los que traté, muy atentos y serviciales, la limpieza, correcta, tambien es de agradecer el detalle de las botellas de agua en el minibar de la habitacion todos los días, así como el dispensador de agua con limon que ponen en la recepcion del Hotel, son detalles que dejan ver su preocupacion por la comodidad y el bienestar de los clientes y más esto días en los que ha hecho tanta calor en Madrid, si a todo eso, le añadimos su ubicacion en una zona tranquila y que está muy proximo a una boca de Metro, ya está todo dicho, Un Hotel MUY recomendable.

Segunda vez que hago una estancia en este Hotel y el trato fue el mismo que have 1 año !
Lo recomiendo por la cercania del métro que con solo un transbordo nos lleva hasta el aeropuerto o hasta Sol.
El único problema, internet. Antes era mucho más practico.

Nos alojamos mi marido y yo en el Ayre Gran Hotel Colon de Madrid cada vez que necesitamos acudir a una visita médica en el Hospital Gregorio Marañon y estamos siempre muy a gusto. Es un hotel muy agradable donde puedes descansar a gusto. También destacaría la amabilidad del personal, y el precio reservando la estancía on line es razonable.

La estancia ha sido muy buena. Lo que yo sugiero es que pongan en las habitaciones lo necesario para abrir y cerrar las ventanas, porque es incómodo tener que avisar para ello. Por lo demás, todo estupendo. Cuando vuelva a Madrid, repetiré hotel.

Atención del personal muy atenta.
Servicio restaurante en habitación y comedor: buena.
Situación del Hotel: buena.
Dotación de complementos de baño (toallas, champús, etc.): Regular, faltaba cepillo y pasta de dientes en baño, durante dos días no se suministró toalla ducha: el primer día no había y al reclamarla para el segundo día no se repuso.
Nos sorprendió la cantidad de polvo acumulado en las paredes y espejos de la habitación.
En general tuvimos una agradable estancia.

El hotel cumple totalmente las espectativas esperadas. Está muy bien comunicado con el centro, el desayuno está muy bien, la atención buena, la habitación muy confortable y limpia. El detalle del agua gratuita un puntazo....

Limpieza, instalaciones, comunicado con metro y bus... La única pega a nuestra habitación es que con el aire acondicionado puesto al mínimo para dormir, nos congelamos (los tres, y no es que fuéramos los tres muy frioleros). Pero bueno, con una mantita se solucionaba.

We were very pleased with the hotel, cutomer service and location. The front desk staff were always very helpful and most spoke English well so communication was not a problem. They were helpful with suggestions for meals and knew all the bus and metro routes. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms were quite in the evening and we were an easy bus ride to the central park of Madrid without the crowds.

Muy bien. La insonorización ha sido perfecta que es importante en Madrid . La zona de cafetería muy bien la opción de desayunos.
Todo facilidades en Recepción, si bien, deberían quizás tener otra persona más para hacer los Check in. Hubo que hacer cola y esperar un rato. En definitiva, para repetir de nuevo.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ayre Gran Hotel Colon hat uns sehr gefallen. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und mit der Metro in wenigen Minuten vom Stadtzentrum her erreichbar.

The only thing I didn't like was that the beds were separated :( but excellent service, cleanliness, the breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend it ;)

La estancia en el hotel fue cómoda y placentera. La habitación de tamaño regular, sería mejor un poco más amplia. El baño está muy bien, amplio y cómodo. Los desayunos muy buenos. La atención en el front desk de primera. Si vuelvo a Madrid, volveré a este hotel.

Buena atención personal y comodidad en general. No me gustaron ni el colchón(muy duro) ni las almohadas(demasiado blandas), por lo que no descansabamos bien.
BUen detalle las aguas del minibar y las trufas de bienvenida.

Nuestra estancia, fue perfecta, el hotel estaba muy limpio, en la habitación no se oía un ruido, la situación fenomenal, ya que a pocos metros hay una boca de metro, cerca del retiro y alrededor varios sitios en los que poder desayunar, comer y cenar incluso. El único pero, es que el hotel se compone de dos torres, y a nosotros nos tocó la que está más lejos de la recepción por la que entramos, entonces hasta que llegas al ascensor........ hay que recorrer un poquito, incluídas unas escaleras que con maleta en mano, la verdad un poco incómodo, pero en general muy bien. Desde luego para repetir y también para recomendar.

Estuve en el Edificio América. Muy buena atención, impecables las habitaciones (decoradas con muy buen gusto), comodísima la cama y almohada (de ésta dispone de menú), perfecta la limpieza, buena ubicación (a 200 mts. del Metro), a unos 30 min. del centro.
La contra es que (en la habitación en la que estuve) el baño, al tener paredes y puerta de vidrio (esmerilado) no permite ninguna intimidad. Todos los movimientos y ruidos son percibidos por las otras personas de la habitación.

une suite junior au 7eme étage avec chambre salon et salle de bain vaste le tout dans un décor moderne et un service irréprochable autant que discret. un garage pour la voiture facturé 20 euros la nuit (un peu cher).Nécessité de prendre le métro pour se rendre en centre ville ,la station étant à 50m de l hôtel.avons profité d'une promotion à 58 euros la nuit !à recommander.

Excelente habitación y equipamiento del hotel. La ubicación la encontré un poco alejada del centro y en un barrio sin muchos lugares de interes, ese sería el único punto negativo. El personal del hotel muy servicial, desayuno abundante y variado.

La estancia ha sido inmejorable. Hotel totalmente reformado con aire innovador. Habitaciones perfectas (limpieza, comodidad, decoración, etc.), servicio atento y una cocina (servicio de habitaciones, desayuno y buffet-carta) deliciosa. Precio razonable para su buena ubicación.

As a British traveller the selection of tea at breakfast could be improved and there was a long que to get to the coffee tea table as there was only one machine.
Apart from that the staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms nice clean and comfortable.
I would stay there again.

La habitación espectacular: cómoda, tranquila y muy limpia.

Good location of hotel - not in the center of touristic attraction but very easy to reach by metro any of them (metro just 2 min walk from hotel). Clean, comfortable and spacy room.
All staff were extremely helpfull. I felt like home there. Thanks to all of them.

La decoración genial. El desayuno muy completo, los huevos te los hacen al momento, como los pidas. Es mas barato si coges el desayuno allí, en la recepción. Si quieres in desayuno mas sencillo tienen una buena cafetería. El hotel esta a una manzana de una parada de metro. Andando, en 10 minutos estas en el retiro.

estuve en la junior Suite y sinceramente esta muy bien, aparte de ser muy tranquila y luminosa, se agradece el poder disponer de una buena mesa de trabajo, la cama es muy comoda y el servicio de habitaciones bastatnte rapido. Sinceramente estoy muy satisfecho con mi visita por el Ayre Gran Hotel, estare de vuelta bien pronto.

Hotel muy recomendado para pasar unos días. El hotel se encuentra perfectamente comunicado con el centro teniendo incluso parada de bus en la puerta. La comodidad y decoración de hotel es excelente y la comodidad de las habitaciones y su decoración, moderna y actual, nos dice de un hotel que se adapta a cualquier exigencia. Buena relación calidad-precio. Personal de recepción atenta y rápida. Sin duda volveré en mi próxima visita a Madrid.

Hotel moderno, confortable, limpio y acogedor. Además de muy
buen trato y agrado por parte de todos sus empleados.
Es mi tercera estancia desde Diciembre 2010 y seguiré hospedándome siempre que esté en Madrid y tengan habitaciones. Bien comunicado tanto en autobús como en metro.

Facilities in the room were limited. Could use a stocked minibar. Also WiFi was not very good. Otherwise everything was excellent. Room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were very welcoming. helpful and friendly.
Excellent valkue for money. I would definitely visit again.
