My husband, son and I spent a week in Madrid on vacation. We wanted our hotel to be a place with enough space to relax, and a small kitchen so that we could eat breakfast in our room. Our room was perfect, and we felt very relaxed.

La habitación era exacatamente la que aparecía en la fotografía de la web. Eso sí, para el invierno, lo mejor disfrutar de las vistas desde dentro de la habitación (tiene un ventanal enorme, pero si sales a la pequeña terraza, se escuchan mucho los coches de la Cuesta de San Vicente.), y en verano imagino que será mejor disfrutar de la terraza comunitaria del ático.

excelente localização, com metro, shopping, atrações, tudo à porta. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Decoração moderna (arquiteto Brasileiro). Estacionamento anexo. Solicitamos quarto com vista e ao chegarmos encontramos o quarto já arrumado e com uma linda vista para o palácio. Recepcionistas Daniel e Yussara muito gentis e atenciosos. Alguns itens a melhorar: a louça disponível muito lascada, alguns lençóis utilizados para nosssos filhos rasgados, a falta de um local para parar o carro na frente do hotel. O ideal seria ter acesso direto do parking para o quarto.

Es perfecto. En el centro de madrid con aparcamiento publico justo al lado.
Solo un pero. Falla la accesibilidad para los carros de los niños.

We enjoyed three fabulous days in Madrid at Jardines De Sabatini. From the moment we arrived the staff were professional, very helpful and made us feel welcome. All requests however small were managed efficiently with a smile. The room with a spectacular view of the gardens and palace was as requested, professionally prepared and well appointed. The buffet style breakfast was varied for all tastes, well presented and of excellent quality.
The location is central to all of the major places of interest in Old Madrid, we arrived via the Metro at Playa De Espana from Charmartin rail station as suggested with no issues. A short walk through the gardens and past the palace got us to Plaza Mayor and the main square for our first day of sightseeing.
I would not hesitate to recommend the team and apartments at Jardines De Sabatini, we had a memorable trip and are already planning our return.

Me parece una eleccion excelente que hicimos mi hija , mi nieto y yo porque pudimos estar en un lugar cercano a todas los puntos importantes de turismo en Madrid, la atencion excelente, las habitaciones muy comodas y todo esto a un precio muy razonable.

This was a nice hotel in a great location! It is right across from the palace gardens and within walking distance of great restaurants, main tourist attractions, and the metro. We would definitely stay here again. We had a small problem with hot water, which was quickly remedied, and they moved us (upgraded us) to an amazing suite overlooking the palace and gardens. We couldn't have been happier for our last night in Madrid and Spain!

I had a wonderful stay here after stumbling across their website by accident when planning my Spain/Portugal trip. This hotel was a real highlight of my trip. Not only was the room excellently appointed with an amazing view of the Royal Palace from the nice-sized private terrace which couldn't be beat, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly in every way, from booking reservations at local restaurants to recommendations and even helping us with our luggage. I had stayed in other apts. on my trip, but this was the first apt. with 24 hour onsite staff that really made me feel taken care of. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Madrid.

Well located. Spacious, clean room. 2 negatives- allowing only one (free) Internet wifi device per room. With 3 people travelling with smartphones & laptops this was most inconvenient & not in keeping with all other accommodation places we've stayed. Also, a Eur20 charge for one load of self service use of laundry facility was excessively priced.

Would recommend Jardines De Sabatini - the staff were great and even did our on line BA Check in for us! Plus provided us with maps and train times etc. We went for a Suite so had plenty of room. There is a lovely roof terrace where you can take up your own drinks and sit and watch the sunset - would definately stay again. Got the new fast train back to the airport from the station less than 3 minutes walk and cost less than Euro 3.

Using the car park is not convenient, because it does not belong to the hotel and does not provide direct access to the hotel. Besides, the car park fee cannot be paid through the hotel and has to be paid in cash (credit cards are not accepted), which is very inconvenient when you stay several days at nearly 20 euros per day.

We stayed at the Aparto Suite Jardines De Sabatini for 3 night in September 2011. The apartment was absolutely fabulous and exceeded all expectations. The bedroom was large and the sitting room even larger. The rooms were very well appointed ant the view from the roof solarium was fantastic. The location is ideal and within walking distance of all the main sites. I would like to particularly like to praise the staff, everyone of them was fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. The staff were cleaning all the time, the place was spotless. If you are looking for an excellent accomodation at a reasonable price, i dont think you could find much better

My family and Me had a fantastic stay in Aparto Suite Jardines De Sabatini.The location is superb - one side the Palace and the other side Mayor Plaza, Gran Via...all in walking distance. The Staff were exceptional, possibly the friendliest. Ask for Mr Daniel, he is very helpful.
The rooms are very clean, big and spacious with modern facilities.
My only suggestion would be to include bottled water as complimentary...not that its expensive it just adds value and concern to the whole deal.
If I ever to visit Madrid again, this hotel would be my first choice!!

Convenient for the main attractions on foot. Entrance to the meter a few minutes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The suite was spacious and functional. we did not use the breakfast. Special sun terrace overlooking the royal palace.

Excelente servicio en general en particular del front desk. Personal atento a las necesidades de los huespedes. Amables y colaboradores. Me gusta mucho el hotel y sobre todo la ubicación y la maravillosa vista del Palacio Real. Los desayunos buenos, aunque deberían incluir mayor variedad de frutas de temporada y ensaladas de frutas (frutas troceadas de distintas variedades). Por lo demas todo muy bueno.
El aseo de la habitación es bueno, pero puede mejorar. Me permito sugerir que los tapetes de Pie de Cama de las habitaciones sean lavados con mayor frecuencia. Se ven sucios y es posible contagiarse de infecciones. Sugiero que como lo hacen en muchos hoteles del mundo incluyan unas pantuflas desechables para los huespedes.
Gracias por su buen servicio y atención al turista. Esto hace que siempre se quiera regresar a Madrid, al hotel Jardines de Sabatini !

We thoughroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony of the Palacio Real was out of this world, I doubt you would get a view like that , for the price we paid, in any other capital city. We had been warned about noise in Madrid before we went, but because the bedroom is at the back of the apartment, noise was not an issue at all, we had three really sound nights sleep on the most comfortable bed. The apartment was very clean and tha staff were all very helpful and friendly. We have already reccommended the hotel to several of our friends!

We think that this is the "Best Hotel in Madrid"!
Our family (2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 13) stayed for 4 wonderful days at Jardines de Sabitiini in late June of 2011. It was a fantastic experience from the moment we walked in the door until the moment that we left. I would highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed in a suite on the 6th floor that had a panoramic view of the Royal Palace. Really, it's an amazing view. The room was very large by any standard and had a bedroom, full kitchen two couches and a 4-person dining table. The room was spotless and decorated using very contemporary furniture on gray stone floors. The bathroom was 'designer'. The entire room must have been completely renovated wihin the last 2 years (max).
There were separate air conditioning controls for the bedroom and living area - and the air conditioning was quiet and cold. This is a non-smoking hotel - and there was not even a trace of any smoke smell in any part of the hotel that we visited.
This hotel is VERY SHORT walking distance from a huge number of areas you'll want to visit (Plaza de Espana, Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Oriente, etc.). It's also just a short walk from two metro stops. We took the metro from the airport to the hotel, and it took us about 35 minutes or so - with just one change of trains.
We ate breakfast every day at the hotel. Nothing too fancy - just good food (eggs, bacon, croissants, cheese, meets, cereal, yogurt, juice and really good espresso and coffee) displayed very nicely in a contemporary dining area. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to see the sights.
The hotel is home to a private antique car museum made up of cars owned by the family who also own the hotel. We got a private tour from the owner, and it was a very memorable part of our trip. If you stay at this hotel, let them know you'd like to tour the private museum.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We found it through Trip Advisor. I've never written a hotel review before, but I wanted to take the time to let others know about this "gem".

We had a wonderful stay in Madrid and defintively recommend this serviced apartments. If you want to sleep with windows open - ask for a suite to the back.
A big plus is the terrace on the roof top. It would be better to have longer opening times for it (now 10AM - 10 PM), because in summer it is to hot to use it before 9 PM.

Experiancia totalmente recomendable. Muy bien situados en pleno centro puedes ir andando a todos los sitios pero ademas la calle es tranquila y las habitaciones no son nada ruidosas. Maravillosas vistas del Palacio Real desde la habitacion y tambien desde el solarium.
Toda la decoracion muy moderna y agradable al igual que el trato de su personal. Recomendable 100% seguro que volveré

el servicio de limpieza deja mucho que desear asi como el material de cortesía ( champú, etc) que está muy racionalizado.
la conexion web gratuita teniamos que pedirla diariamente y estabamos una semana, por lo que desistimos y utilizamos nuestra propia conexion.
mejorables todos los aspectos comentados a mi entender

Great view, good location if you want to stay around the old part of town. The staff were nice and the room was fine. Although felt that if booking a suite the cutlery and glasses etc should be available when check into room - it felt a bit ridiculous having to pay a deposit for a wine glass back at reception!

We enjoyed our stay at Aparto Suite Jardines De Sabatini. The location of the apartments was excellent - very close to everything we needed in Madrid and the view from our balcony was fabulous.
The apartment was very clean and it was great to have the kitchen.
The staff were friendly and extremely helpful regarding places to eat, what to see and how to get there.
I will recommend the apartments to our friends.

The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and only a few minutes walk from the Royal Palace. The view of the Palace from the roof garden was amazing! Furthermore, the staff were all very helpful and made us feel welcome.

It's a value for money, if you need a kitchen. If you need a stay, there are better situated hotels. This one is rather far from everywhere.
Espressomat in the lobby is nice, and a cheap vending machine too. No phone directory in the room is bad. Kind of stained linings too...

Suite familiale irréprochable : propre, très bien isolée du bruit ; literie impeccable - accueil convivial et très grande disponibilité des hôtesses d'accueil qui ont fait preuve de "persévérance" pour dialoguer en français. Elles ont été également de très bon conseil pour les lieux de visite et de restauration. Le parking gardé est également très pratique.
Très satisfaits, nous avons une très bonne adresse d'hébergement à Madrid.

Séjour de 4 nuits en famille à 4 très agréable pour visiter Madrid ; les suites côté rue sont très spacieuses, bien tenues et idéales pour une famille de 4 voir 5. Elles sont refaites à neuf avec des matériaux contemporains bien choisis;l'équipement de la kitchenette est basique mais fonctionnel et les salles de bains sont même très luxueuses . Dans les derniers niveaux la vue sur le "Palacio Real" est splendide de jour comme de nuit. Un seul petit bémol cependant la rue est un peu bruyante pour ceux qui dorment dans le séjour même fenêtres fermées . Le personnel quand à lui est très serviable, pro et disponible. Adresse vraiment recommandable et idéalement située !

My husband, 2 year old child and I stayed in a studio apartment in late April 2011. We had an excellent stay - the building and apartments were modern, kitchenette was fully equiped, the crib they supplied was new and nicely prepared. The terrace was beautiful for a late afternoon drink. Would definately go back. My one complaint was the showerhead in our room was a modern rectangular style but annoying to shower with.

Hay un parking en los bajos del edificio y aunque no es del hotel te hacen un descuento, es muy cómodo. Merece la pena ocupar una habitación con vistas al Palacio Real pero solo si esta ubicadaen los pisos altos, en los pisos más bajos los árboles no dejan ver nada. Esta cerca de la zona histórica y monumental.

Personnel gentil serviable.Pas de vraie vue sur les Jardins avant le sixième ou septième étage. Les autres donnent sur le mur des jardins et la rue très bruyante dès 5 h du matin. Emplacement près du centre assez pratique mis à part le bruit assourdissant de la Cuesta San Vicente. Hotel sympa, chambres spacieuses. Seul le frigo fait trop de bruit, on doit l'éteindre pour dormir.

Nos ha gustado su ubicación. El desayuno muy pobre. Internet es gratis en todos los hoteles de 4 estrellas que vamos habitualmente, tendría que ser una atención al cliente, fuimos con el portátil y sólo por dar su clave había que pagar, y bastante caro.

We completed our 50th birthday girlfriend trip through Spain in Madrid where we slept 2 nights at the Aparto Suite Jardines de Sabatini. We were extremely impressed by the helpfulness of the staff: from room selection and preference, to organising transportation to the airport or even breakfast before time as we had to leave early. The staff was genially interested in making our stay perfect, this is a rare gift. Also the apartment was really great: space, cleanliness and view wise. Finally the rate was very reasonable as well, mostly considering the big tourism conference happening in Madrid during our stay. The central location permitted us to walk to all major attractions.
A great stay, I will surely put the Aparto Suites in my good books for a further stay in Madrid. Thank you to the great staff. (NB another plus: a large room to work or relax on the main floor).

Estuvimos el fin de semana de Nochivieja y fue genial. El Aparto Suite está muy centrico, así que pudimos ir andando a casi todo el centro de Madrid, de esta manera coneces mejor la ciudad que si vas en Metro o Autobús, aunque también tiene unas perfectas combinaciones para ello. Las instalaciones son de lujo. El trato del personal inmejorable. Un saludo a Yurena que se portó genial con nosotros. Esperamos volver a Madrid y por supesto iremos a este hotel.

La suite estaba muy bonita, con mobiliario muy moderno y muy acogedor. El personal se portó excelente, muy amables y serviciales en todo momento. La ubicación es bastante buena ya esta frente al Palacio Real y a 5min. de la Gran Vía. Los unicos 2 comentarios que tengo es que la reserva era para una habitación con vista a los jardines y al llegar nos dieron una habitación con vista al patio, sin embargo nos compensaron de manera muy atenta con el desayuno e internet gratis. El otro comentario es que la habitación tenía un olor a comida de los previos inquilinos, el cual no fue fácil de quitar. En general, muy buena estancia.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, íbamos con un niño de 3 años y nos pusieron la cama supletoria que solicitamos en la reserva. Sin embargo la cama de matrimonio es tan grande que casi que no nos hubiera hecho falta la supletoria. Pese a las camas, la habitación es muy amplia, con una mesa junto a la ventana ideal para desayunar, con buenas (y curiosas) vistas (piso 7), aunque no fueran al Palacio Real, ya que se ve en la trasera del hotel, la gran aglomeración de construcciones del centro de Madrid. Disponer de nevera, microondas y fregadero para nosotros es la comodidad que buscamos, al viajar con un niño, por lo que estuvimos muy cómodos. El suelo de cerámica (o pizarra) es un poco frío para estas fechas y se echa en falta la moqueta típica de muchos hoteles o al menos unas pantuflas de esas de toalla como cortesía.

We had a spacious family room, which is great for five people (the kitchen was perhaps a bit poorly equipped). The staff was friendly and ready to give tips on what to do and where to go. Nuestro estudio un poco ruidoso al dar a la calle, pero lo pedimos con vistas y era inevitable. El servicio despertador nos llamó una hora antes de lo previsto, ya que no actualizaron el reloj con el cambio de hora de invierno. ¡Abuso del taxista llamado por recepción= 44.50 euros al aeropuerto, cuando el que cogimos al llegar nos cobró 31.60 euros!

La estancia fue muy agradable. Reserve on line y el apartamento se correspondía totalmente con la descripción y las fotos. El personal que nos atendió fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo, sobretodo para ir con niños como fue mi caso.

Estuve buscando por internet varias opciones para mi estadia en Madrid y ninguna me llamo tanto la atencion como Aparto Suites jardines De Sabatini. Asi que lo reserve! pero mi grata sorpresa fue al llegar. Es realmente el mejor lugar para hospedarse en Madrid. Tiene todo lo que andaba buscando: centrico, comodidades, bella decoracion y buen precio. Yo reserve el studio con la terraza y tenia la vista espectacular del Palacio Real. Era como estar viendo una postal enfrente de mi, increible. Me encanta la idea que te ofrecen tu propia cocina, ya que aunque no soy amante de cocinar,pudimos tener la comodidad de hacernos el cafesito por la manana, unos huevitos al estilo hondurenio, nuestro te por la noche y de mantener nuestros refrigerios bien conservados, pudimos comprar ice cream, y nuestras bebidas favoritas y mantenerlas refrigeradas... luego disfrutarlas en la terraza con esa vista espectacular. Los banios estan lindos porque son nuevos, amplios y modernos. Para mi es una de las cosas que primero me fijo en un cuarto de hotel y este logro satisfacer todas mis expectativas... inclusivo sobrepasarlas cuando me mostraron el solarium que tienen!. En pocas palabras es un hotel que te da el servicio de aparto-suite,decorado con estilo y con una exelente ubicacion. Yo encontre mi segunda vivienda en Madrid ( resido en Miami) , pues cada vez que vaya me quedare con ellos! Lo recomiendo al 100% ( tomando en cuenta que soy una mujer bien " picky" y detallista. We stayed at the Aparto for six nights and enjoyed everything about the accommodations. We had a lovely room with very comfortable bed, nice linens, very clean and modern kitchen area and beautiful bath. The location is perfect, and we walked throughout the historic area - although two metro lines are within blocks. The views of the Palace and Jardines are lovely from the room. The major squares and the Grand Via are just minutes away as are many great restaurants and tapas bars. The staff was very competent and made helpful suggestions to make sure our visit was pleasant. We loved Madrid and we would highly recommend Aparto Suites Jardines De Sabatini as a place to stay.

Un hotel moderno, completamente nuevo, con unas maravillosas vistas al Palacio Real... habitaciones comodísimas e increiblemente amplias, equipadas y silenciosas (a pesar del tráfico madrileño), además de un personal atento y muy agradable... Además está muy bien comunicado... Sin duda repetiré...

The location is nice, walking distance to the center, metro access, stores, bars, restaurants etc. The appartments are large. The staff was allways very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfest.

Le damos la puntuación más alta por su ubicación,instalaciones,limpieza y seriedad.
Es el sitio ideal para visitar madrid sin aglomeraciones y en pleno centro de la ciudad con una muy buena conbinación de transporte público a tan solo unos minutos caminando.
