The Aparthotel Compostela Suites exceeded my expectations by all means. All of the staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and it was easy to get to from the airport. Next time I fly into or out of Madrid I will be staying here every time.

En cuanto a la estancia y los apartamentos estupendos. Lo malo es el desayuno y el servicio de cena es muy pobre, es decir lo que no funciona bien es la cafetería, el resto genial.

Eché de menos que no hubiera ningún menaje en la cocina, ni cubiertos ni vasos ni platos, del resto muy bien, bonito apartamento, tiene calidad en su construción, buenas puertas, correcto mobiliario, los baños estupendos, (sólo un pero, estaba roto el soporte de la ducha en uno de ellos). BIEN

Muy bien, eficiente staff, suites espaciosas, cocina funcional.
Ubicación lejos de la ciudad, pero cerca del recinto ferial y del aeropuerto.
Sin embargo, el transporte entre hotel debería funcionar todo el día y no sólo en ciertos horarios.

Überwiegend waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt in den Compostella Suites sehr zufrieden. Auffallend war nur, dass viele Kleinigkeiten in den Zimmern vor unserer Ankunft nicht geprüft waren. Alles Sachen, die in den nächsten Tagen behoben wurden, die jedoch an den ersten beiden Tagen das Leben etwas schwer gemacht haben. So zum Beispiel ein fehlender Halter für die Dusche, eine mit Kabeln heraushängende Steckdose neben dem Bett, ein fehlender Wasserwechselschalter zwischen Dusche und Badewanne, eine kaputte Glühbirne.... so etwas hätte vom Service gesehen werden müssen!
Unterm Strich jedoch ein angenehmes Ambiente, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und perfekte Lage zu Flughafen und Messe.

Excelente lugar, practico, cerca del aeropuerto. La reserva por internet muy clara y sin sorpresas. Lo unico a tener en cuenta y que no figura en ningun lado es que los utensillos de la cocina hay que pagarlos aparte para usarlos. Igual volveria al mismo lugar.

No tengo ninguna queja sobre la estancia en el hotel. La recepcionista, muy agradable, los trabajadores de la cafetería, igual, la limpieza muy bien, el menaje está bastante completo y nos devolvieron la fianza sin problema... Las instalaciones muy bien, una pena que mi estancia fuera es noviembre y no pudiese usar la piscina, pues tiene muy buena pinta....

Super trakilo el desayuno buffet escaso pero es lo k esperabamos la chica d recepcion muy simpatica y atenta una pena no poder disfrutar d esa piscina para correr por alrrededores muy bien y para ir al metro en 5mint en bus la verdad k muy satisfechos gracias volveremos a una cosa importante no hay nada d menaje deberian d avisarlo sobre todo para personas k estan pocos dias...

En general bastante bien, el apartamento estaba limpio, solicitamos cama de matrimonio y no hubo problema. La limpieza no la hicieron ya que se quedó puesto el colgador "no molestar en la puerta", pero a la vuelta la señora de la limpieza se ofreció a limpiarla, a lo que dijimos que no por la hora que era, y nos recogió amablemente la basura y nos proporcionó toallas y gel para el baño.
De menaje nada.

I have been traveling all around the world and the apartment was very nice.. And it had all the needs we needed. The thing I didnt like and was very disepointed of was that i chosed the apartment because of the high standard of the apartment and because it had a swimming pool.. There where 30 to 35 degrees and the swiming pools was out of order.. We didnt even had a shower that worked.. But after speaking with the reseption they fiksed the showers and a small pool.. If they hadnt done that I would have moved to a nother hotel... the rooms and the service at the reception was great and the area oround the bildings was very nice... but you have to remember that this is far from city centre so the pool erea is one of the main things that atracts costemers so it has to be 100 prosent... Remeber that a good expierience you tell a some few people but a bad expierience you tell everyone, that is how people do.. So my best pointers to you is that the hole area needs to be 100 prosent espesialy the pool erea!! Best regards marcelo

I was really impressed with the Compostela suites. The rooms were clean and modern and the rooms were cleaned as and when you wanted. The staff were very pleasent all of the time. The only negative thing i would say is i think the pool should be open in May and not June. With two children I purposely choose this apartment because it had a pool so was dissapoined when i found out it was closed as was my children.

I would rate the compostela suites a 5 but on arrival i found loads of spanish people arguing and eventually found out that alot of people who had booked to stay had no bookings at this place.
When i got seen to,first i got told there was no rooms then after moaning about being offered somewhere else further from airport which did not suit my plans i was given a room key and quickly went to my room which was excellent and would stay at this place again but hopefully with no complications next time !!
