Overall the standard was good: the apartment was clean, the kitchen and bathroom particularly. However, there were insufficient mugs - only 2 for 4 people and bowls, which was a little inconvenient. One of the fold up beds had a plank missing which made it rather uncomfortable for my daughter. My biggest gripe was the provision of bedding. The weather turned colder during our stay and the duvets were extremely thin and I woke up several times during the night and had to resort to wearing a jumper in bed with my coat on top of the duvet! I am very surprised that there were no extra blankets supplied and this made us glad to leave the apartment in the end, I am afraid.
Location excellent, noise no problem, but I think more care and attention needs to be given to the matters above, so I probably wouldn't book this apartment again.

Excellent, very satisfied. Good location to catch the Madrid Vision and head into the shops. Also very clean and tidy, loved it!

Very cental and convenient - not good for those bothered by noise. Apartment was great for us, but we all (30s and 40s) would have liked more substantial beds. Alvaro v friendly and helpful.

We had the best time in our appartment. It is situated just right in the center in a little street that allows you to sit on the small balcony and whatch the busy streetlife there. the rooms are just big enough for 4 people whereas the kitchen and bathroom are very spacious. on top there is a dvd player and an internetconnection that for some reasons did not work. the landloard is very nice and uncomplicated. estaba de puta madre!

The street is abit noisy especially in night times & week end. It is better to have sound proof doors for the apartment.

The apartment was just as described and the pictures were very accurate. The location was ideal for us- in the heart of the city. Alvaro was FABULOUS!! Very helpful and if we needed anything we knew we could call him. Only negative was not enough towels or toilet paper.

This was a lovely apartment which had everything we needed. The location was fab. Alvaro was very friendly and helpful in organising our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

This apartment was great -- the location ideal, the decor nice, and the owner very helpful. We would recommend it to others in a heartbeat. Even though the street is quite noisy, the bedroom for the apartment is on the interior so you don't notice while trying to sleep.
