Clean, well appointed and very central - wonderfully convenient. The room was a little smaller than I had anticipated but perfectly adequate for a few days' stay and the bathroom was excellent.

Wonderful location, close to many bars and restaurants, Prado etc. Large, comfortable room. Sound insulation excellent. It was a pity Wi-Fi was not available. Kitchenette utensils too basic - we needed a chopping board, bowls, spatulas and extra pans (not everyone eats out all the time). Staff were very helpful. We'd certainly go again.

Easy walking location for many of the sights. Nice size, clean room with complete kitchenette. The window dressings where very good at blocking out unwanted sound and light. The only drawback was that exhaust from the street was able to come into the lobby during the day when they had the front doors open.

Clean, perfectly located in Santa Ana/Huertas, very accomodating staff. My onl,y complainbt is that they should get Wi-Fi and if they are going to tell you the rental internet connection is broadband, it should BE broadband. Complaints about noise in other comments seem unfounded to me. I was in a 2nd floor front room and with the double windows closed, could barely hear the EXTREMELY loud sounds of "la marcha" on weekend nights.
I will definitely coem here again.

`The apartment was larger than I expected and clean, we had two balconies to the street with double glazing so the street noise was not too bad - thins is the centre of Madrid, a city that does not sleep .... The walls are a bit thin and we had a party going on in the next apartment until six in the morning which kept me awake, the management said it would not happen again and they were right. All in all a great location, it suited us.

Excellent apartment and location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment was very spacious and clean. The only criticism is that you can only open the windows in the lounge a small amount and despite the air conditioning, it can feel a little claustrophobic. I would absolutely stay at the apartment again should I ever visit Madrid.

1. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All of them thy their best to comfort guests.
2. The apartment is adequate and cleen.
I have only two suggestions: 1. the kitchen equipment is too basic and can appreciate some improvements.
2. It looks like the sewing system requires major improvement: the smell from it is unbearable at times. However, we experienced the same everywhere in old towns of Spain, so it may be a common problem.

This place was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was perfectly clean, spacious, modern and well equipped and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is about as good as anywhere you could choose to stay in central Madrid; particularly if you're looking to be close to one of the busier areas for nightlife. In terms of value for money, I can't imagine that's it's possible to do much better than this anywhere in the city. We will certainly be booking this place again next time we visit Madrid.

Nice place. A free internet access could make it even better. People in reception are very helpful. In the 6-person appart., no outside view to streets.

Truly fabulous location and extremely friendly staff. The rooms are enormous and with the exception of a kettle and toaster which seem to be missing from most European kitchens I have stayed in recently it has everything you need.

Very clean, excellent location, friendly staff, lots of space in apartment. Our only issue was the hot water ran out after two showers - this apartment was for six people, but it heated up quite quickly again.

Unfortunately we were stuck in your lift for an hour and missed our evening entertainment. Will you consider offereing us a reduction in our fee by way of compensation? Apart from this we were very happy with our stay, the stqaff were very helpful. However there was a smell of bad drains in the room

the appartments are great value for money and in a fantastic location. great for hen/stag/group parties or couples wanting to see the sights. will definately stay there again if i ever return to madrid. the appartments are also perfectly clean.
