1. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All of them thy their best to comfort guests.
2. The apartment is adequate and cleen.
I have only two suggestions: 1. the kitchen equipment is too basic and can appreciate some improvements.
2. It looks like the sewing system requires major improvement: the smell from it is unbearable at times. However, we experienced the same everywhere in old towns of Spain, so it may be a common problem. |

This place was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was perfectly clean, spacious, modern and well equipped and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is about as good as anywhere you could choose to stay in central Madrid; particularly if you're looking to be close to one of the busier areas for nightlife. In terms of value for money, I can't imagine that's it's possible to do much better than this anywhere in the city. We will certainly be booking this place again next time we visit Madrid. |

Nice place. A free internet access could make it even better. People in reception are very helpful. In the 6-person appart., no outside view to streets.

Truly fabulous location and extremely friendly staff. The rooms are enormous and with the exception of a kettle and toaster which seem to be missing from most European kitchens I have stayed in recently it has everything you need. |

Very clean, excellent location, friendly staff, lots of space in apartment. Our only issue was the hot water ran out after two showers - this apartment was for six people, but it heated up quite quickly again. |

Unfortunately we were stuck in your lift for an hour and missed our evening entertainment. Will you consider offereing us a reduction in our fee by way of compensation? Apart from this we were very happy with our stay, the stqaff were very helpful. However there was a smell of bad drains in the room |

the appartments are great value for money and in a fantastic location. great for hen/stag/group parties or couples wanting to see the sights. will definately stay there again if i ever return to madrid. the appartments are also perfectly clean. |
