El apartamento está bien ubicado y es tranquilo, bonito y funcional, siempre y cuando se tenga en cuenta que es un 5º sin ascensor y que las zonas bajas de la buhardilla son inhabitables pues son demasiado bajas. También faltaban calefacción o mantas.

The apartment was excellent. Well furbished and air conditioned considering we were staying there for the summer. Very well situated close to metro and one metro stop away from the centre Sol. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. The only downside would be is that there is no lift service. Still would recommend tourists to stay here as the price is reasonable as well.

I am happy with the apartment, it was clean cheap and located in a beautiful area in the old city part of Madrid. Just 5 min to the metro and 10 min walk to the center plaza - I recommend and would use this for my next stay in Madrid.

We had a wonderfull time staying in this studio. it was really well located (only 10 min walk to Sol). Very clean and well furnished, at least fair enough for 4 days. Not noisy at all even tough we arrived saturday night and it was very busy outside, once in the studio, we had no problem getting to sleep. I will recommend it and definitely come back again.

The Lavapies Apartments were by far the nicest place my friends and I stayed while on vacation in Spain. Our apartment was two bedrooms--much more space than the three of us needed--clean and quiet. The neighborhood was centrally located and was far more charming than some of the more popular neighborhoods in Madrid. I would both stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Apartamento muy limpio. El trato con el cliente muy bueno. Pero no hay ventanas y el techo es bastante bajito para un hombre. Ideal para pocos dias para una pareja joven.

El piso deberia estar algo más equipado, como por ejemplo trapos de cocina, bayeta, quizas un minipimer y microondas... Pedimos una silla de más ya que ibamos quatro más una niña de un año y no fue posible, asi... que aunquè todo estava muy bien y limpio, habia lo justo y necessario!

Estupendo el apartamento, muy limpio, muy nuevecito, nos gustó mucho a todos... el unico inconveniente es la zona con algunas peleas de noche, pero con cerrar las ventanas nos valió. Volveriamos a repetir porque la relacion calidad-precio es muy buena.

Das gebuchte Appartment stand am Anreisetag nicht zur Verfügung. Es wurde ein anderes nicht adäquates Apartment angeboten - aber zum gleichen Preis.Die Betreuung war nur in Spanisch. Die Anmeldung bei Ankunft bei dem sogenannten Vermieter hat überhaupt nicht geklappt.

The location was very central but the particular apartment had very little light. Also, it would have been good to include some condiments/spices and even a cutting board in the kitchen.
