comments I really enjoyed my staying at Apartamentos Dana, Madrid. The location is great! You're in the center of Madrid and you can get anywhere in a glimpse. The personnal was very pleasent and helpfull. I could get the apartment keys as soon as i've arrived and they've told me what to see and do and where to go. The apartment itself was bigger then i thought and it was everything i needed for a short stay in Madrid.

comments The Apartamentos apartment we stayed in was VERY basic. But a little more investment in some decent bed linen and proper lighting would go a long way. Having said that the location of the aprtment is brilliant and seeing as we spent much of the time out - this did not effect our enjoyment of Madrid.

comments Very nice and clean. Perfectly located and plenty of space for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen (only thing missing is cutlery) and very handy supermarket just in front. Highly reccomended.

comments This is a lovely apartment, and so central and quiet. It was great to have so much independence, and to be so close to Central Madrid and all of the attractions. We went on the Bus Tour on Saturday, but otherwise we walked everywhere. Some earlier reviews said to avoid this area, but they are totally wrong. It is a nice plaza, with kids playing and people strolling or office workers having lunch. There are a lot of cafes nearby but it was not noisy at all. There were also police present most times, as in all of Madrid, so we felt very safe. It is also right beside a big church. There is a big Chinese supermarket accross the road and also a Corte Ingles in the nearby Metro Station. There are some ladies of the night in some of the streets at night time, but these do not harass in any way and in fact they are mainly further away at Gran Via Metro Station. One very minor detail that I would recommend is that it would be nice to have a kettle for boiling water and maybe some kitchen utensils, like a chopping board, spatula etc. The apartment is bright, modern, clean and spacious, and I would definitely recommend this to friends if they wish to visit Madrid. comments i love the apartment!! it's very cosy. We enjoyed our stay there. Plus, it's near to the shopping street, Gran Via. there's also a supermarket in front, we bought some groceries and cooked breakfast.

comments Alquilamos un apartamente para 2 que resultó ser enorme, muy tranquilo, limpio, cómodo y bien situado, se lo recomendaría a cualquier persona. We rented an apartment for 2 and it was very big, clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Nous avons loué un appartement pour 2 et il était tres grand, propre, calme, comfortable et bien situé. Je le conseille!

comments Very clean and comfortable central apartments, perfect for group or family stays and cannot say a bad word. The only unforntate point [although this was throughout madrid not just this area] was prostitutes on street corners! But would wholly recommend staying here

comments Al llegar no encontramos a nadie, mi hermana y yo que somos personas de mas de 60 años estabamos muy preocupados, la escalera y el ascensor están muy deteriorados, pero cuando localizamos a la dueña y nos mostro el apartamento, este está muy bien, limpio y acogedor, otra cosa que nos impresiono fueron las personas que dormian en las aceras, en la plaza de enfrente, el apatamento es centrico

comments En conjunto estupendo. Parece que lo estrenes tú. Es amplio y muy luminoso. Si vas con un bebé como nosotros es ideal, no nos cobraros más y tiene ascensor y bañera. También calefacción, lavavajillas...La zona es muy céntrica. La única pega es la incomodidad de las camas. La TV no tiene mando a distancia pero podeis comprar uno en el Chino próximo. Asi que si vamos a Madrid repetiremos pero ¡¡¡ por favor, cambiar las camas que desmerecen con el pisazo!!!

comments The interior of the building other than the apartment was in disrepair.The apartment was nice and in a good location close to the Callao line. Unfortunately, the beds were so uncomfortable that we switched beds several times trying to get a good night's sleep. There were too many beds, which caused the apartment to be too cramped. The owner would be wise to get rid of the bed in the living room and buy at least one good mattress. The only other disappointment was that the person we talked to on the phone and the one who met us spoke almost no English, so we couldn't get any idea of what was near, how to turn on the stove, etc...I have rented an apartment in barcelona and several houseboats before and the actual assistance of the person in those cases was much better than this one. Overall, the apartment was nice, but I would never rent it again because of the bed problems.

comments Apartamentos Dana was a delightful suprise. Roomy and clean and a lovely place to return home to for a seista after trekking all over the city during the morning. The area is in the hip Malasana neighborhood, so plenty of great cafes and tapas places close by. Plus it is only a block from all of the action on Gran Via. Don't let the facade deter you. If you are young and want to spread out in a home away from home this is a great place at bargain price. The kitchen is well equipped, but remember your wine opener.

comments Everything as agreed and depicted on the website. Meeting to pick up the key went flawlessly. Disadvantage was the construction work that started early in the morning at the street that the bedroom is facing. Obviously, this work is a temporary thing. Recommended.

comments Los apartamentos están muy bien. La entrada al edificio está bastante vieja, por ello que están reformándola. Pero una vez dentro de los apartamentos, nada que ver con esa entrada. Están muy muy bien cuidados y limpios. Lo recomiendo por estar tan centricos y cercanos a la gran vía, por ser económicos y por su calidad.

comments Excellent location which I think is the most important thing when visiting a city. The place was really difficult to find as the name is not on the outside of the place. The bed was uncomfortable but on the whole good value for money and it was nice to be overlooking the fountains outside

comments The location is perfectly located for easy access to the shopping,entertainment and nightlife centre as well as the metro if it was necessary to travel outside. The apartment was lovely and clean though basic, and the lady who greeted us was quite helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay there again.

comments I found the appartment spacious and clean good service the only down side was the appartment we had there was not enough light as the living room window looked out onto the court yard and it was a bit dark no view. the appartment was well placed for all the areas we visitied.everything was in walking distance no nead to use public transport excellent we will stay there again but have a room over looking the square.

comments This was my 2nd stay at Apartementos Dana, and will be happy to stay there again on any future visits to Madrid. The flats are clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. It's also a very central location ,close to Callao Metro station and all the sights and nightlife of the city center.
